GGastnutzerVery happy with my stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend and will come back to stay.
Excellent location- conveniently located central downtown and walking distance to a lot of places. Within 10min walk to Crew Cafe, Complexe Desjardins, Underground City, Eatons, Notre Dame Basilica and many great restaurants such as Monarque.
Amenities- great! The gym had decent equipment, there is an outdoor heated pool and a sauna. Lobby has a cafe and there is a restaurant and bar in building as well.
Valet parking (in and out privilege) $48/night or self parking $35/night in same building. And a grocery store “Avril” just outside the hotel.
Room- very clean and spacious! Modern design, includes slippers, very comfortable mattress with foam pillows. There is a mini bar fridge, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a water dispenser in the hallway to refill your water bottles.

GGastnutzerThe service at this hotel is truly excellent. Everyone goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay. The breakfast provides choice and variety. The free car park is very well lit and parking is ample. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, toiletries and quality towels are provided. The large screen tv has a variety of channels. There is a desk, a microwave and a fridge. The blackout blind is great. Coffee is available 24hrs. There is a pool and a laundry room which was useful as I extended my stay. I stayed for three weeks and never considered moving to another hotel. Special thanks to Yennifer and Paula at reception, and the breakfast team for their professional, friendly and kind service. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and maintenance is constantly taking place. My stay was excellent because the hotel itself was great but most of all because of each member of staff is busy being amazing. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests.
Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name.
Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings.
I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

BB-Y酒店位置很好，不少景點都在步行距離，非常方便。員工熱情親切，值得稱讚。每天送飲品及小食券，可於5-7 pm在酒店餐廳內享用，是額外驚喜。
房間很大，活動空間足夠，設有按摩浴缸，但噪音很大，窗簾比較多塵，而且不少掛鉤都破爛，要花點時間才能把窗簾拉上。但總體來說房間還算不錯。

However, the parking is shared with public although it is in door. The parking garage is too narrow compared to Double Tree.
Would like to come here again but parking would be a concern. And the swimming pool is a bit closing too early.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch habe mit meiner Karte 100 CAD vorautorisiert, aber es gab ein Problem und die Überweisung wurde nicht durchgeführt. Ich habe jedoch eine Erfolgsmeldung von der Bank erhalten und bisher keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Die Lage ist ok, direkt neben Chinatown, und man kann gut in die Altstadt laufen, aber es gibt viele Obdachlose, es ist etwas chaotisch und die Preise sind nicht günstig.

GGastnutzerWe loved our stay. Everyone who works here was really nice to use, and we had a great view of the city, which fun to watch the world go by. It is right across the street from China Town, and an easy walk to the Old Port and the water. Highly recommended. :-)
We said “average” amenities because it was average. Nothing over the top, but what we looking for a nice place to stay near the Old Port. We loved it!

Es gibt nicht einmal Zahnbürste/Rasierer. Keine Hausschuhe und die Klimaanlage ist schwach.
Das Parken ist schrecklich. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen, in der eigenen Parkgarage zu parken. Zwielichtiges **** und eng mit vielen Lastwagen darin. Es gibt viel bessere und billigere überdachte Parkplätze mit Sicherheitsdienst innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß (Indigo/Zentrum Desjardin).
