GGastnutzerI booked the pet room with my dog and was really happy with the room. The room is spacious and clean, it also has a backyard for my dog which was really great. I thought I had to pay for parking but the staff told me the parking at the front of the building is free and I was quite lucky and managed to get a spot when I got there. Location is great, not far from CBD and all the resturants so there were lot food choices. Also really loved the building and the garden, will definitely be choosing Mercure next time I am in Canberra.

GGastnutzerUnser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wunderbar, wir hatten Frühstück am Morgen- Hubby liebte es und sie hatten auch eine Wahl für Vegan.
Nur Con riecht Zigaretten, während wir ins Zimmer gehen. Es gab zu viele Raucher im Hof entlang der Halle.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is located to the north west of the city centre. Though it is a bit far from the city it is quite convenient, there’s a supermarket (woolies) nearby. Parking is difficult but they provide parking for extra fee per night with unlimited in and out. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and sufficient for our travel purpose to attend an event nearby. I like the double beds (two separate beds) option but this type of room only comes with a disable-friendly bathroom. I wish their double beds are bigger in size and they have a regular bathroom option with a bathtub.

LlonetloveMidnight Collection was in a central location where amenities is surrounded. You have pub, tram station and walking distance to civic center. The facilities is good enough to have a relax and enjoyable swimming pool and sauna room after a long day. Food wise is pretty tasty, while it may not be free flow in term of buffet style.

GGastnutzerWe had a perfect stay at Rydges Canberra, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, the location was AMAZING, the breakfast had everything we needed and I loved the facilities with the gym, sauna and pool. We thought it was excellent value. Just don't look too closely at the cleanliness in the bathrooms or upholstery etc.

GGastnutzerGood hotel with decent amenities and an excellent location, but the staff experience was extremely disappointing. We were travelling with a young child and requested a late checkout. They informed us it would be $30 to extend beyond 10 AM, so we agreed. We checked out at 11:45 AM, only to find they had charged $60, which felt unreasonable and misleading.
On top of that, housekeeping knocked 3-4 times, and their behaviour was shockingly rude. One staff member even said, “You have 2 minutes, just get out in 2 minutes,” which was completely unprofessional. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never encountered staff speaking or behaving like this.
0/5 for staff behaviour.
If you care about service, I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable hotel. If you’re on a tight budget and only want to stay near Parliament and don’t mind compromising on service, then this place might work - but be prepared for poor staff interactions.

JJelly1JellyHotel is in a very good city location with access to light rail, coaches, restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance. Free breakie for kids too which was good and breakfast offer itself was acceptable.
Apart from that you'd have to turn a blind eye to the state of the room itself (need to lower your expectations by a lot) , run down bathrooms ( needs major renovation), dusty bedsides and snack bar table, very crowded pool and lack of hotel car spaces.

Alles war spotless, komfortabel und viel Gedanken in das, was wir als Reisende brauchen.
Das Essen war für Frühstück und Abendessen erstaunlich. Beste Mahlzeiten habe ich schon lange gehabt.
Das Problem, das wir hatten, war die Schwierigkeit, sich zu überprüfen. Es gibt keine „Person“, die mit irgendetwas helfen kann.
Wir werden sicher wieder zurück sein!
