We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Nice room with balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating. I am a psychotherapist and needed a private space at one point during my stay to have a session with a client who was in crisis. They were able to provide me that space and were quite sympathetic. It was easily walkable to town each day, and we had no problem arranging a tour to take us to the glacier. For an extra charge, the hotel was able to provide us a very nice lunch for the time that we were at the glacier. We dined in the restaurant for dinner two of the nights, and both experiences were wonderful. The food was top-notch for dinner, and the cocktails were also superb! The breakfast each morning, which I believe was included, was absolutely delicious! There were a lot of healthy options provided. I would also like to highly recommend the medical facility that was quite close to the hotel, TMSALUD. I had an issue with my knee and got in quickly to have a consult with Dr. Gimenez, who was INCREDIBLE! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel not only for the accommodations, but for location to all the attractions nearby.

Room is nice and good size. Has sufficient space for 2. Breakfast is a nice spread, although it is exactly the sane everyday. Hotel has sauna, gym and massage services (cheaper than street prices for tourists).
Location is super convenient, easy walk to town for food and shopping. Also very near to the free shuttle to the Glaciaruim.

Das Design Suite Hotel ist genau das, was es heißt. Es ist ein sehr Design und sehr schönes Hotel. Es sollte das beste Aussichtshotel in Calafate sein, um den See von Argentinien zu sehen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein ganzes Fenster mit Blick auf den See. Während Sie langsam den wunderschönen Seeblick, die Schneegipfel, den blauen Himmel und die weißen Wolken bewundern. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Geschmack ist gut, der Service ist sehr herzlich und die Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut. Es ist sehr intim, dass man auf der Gletscherwanderung ein Mittagsset bestellen kann, und es gibt überdimensionale Sandwiches, Äpfel, Wasser, Schokoladenkuchen und Energieriegel, die sich sehr lohnen. Gehen Sie in etwa einer halben Stunde am See entlang zum Stadtzentrum und passieren Sie auch den Feuchtgebietspark. Es gibt Busse zum und vom Flughafen zum Abholen und Absetzen, dem Bus zu folgen entspricht einem Tagesausflug in die Stadt! Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht, der Preis ist recht günstig, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die großen Fenster blicken auf den See von Argentinien. Wenn Sie im Sommer reisen, steigt das Wasser und die Landschaft wird schöner. Der Frühstücksraum des Hotels ist bei Sonnenaufgang zu sehen, er ist wunderschön, und ich werde ihn das nächste Mal wählen. Die Lobby des Hotels befindet sich im 4. Stock. Der Raum muss abgehoben werden, was etwas ganz Besonderes ist.

We stayed at the Boutique Hotel La Cantera in El Calafate for 3-nights in mid-Oct, two nights while visiting the Perito Morena Glacier and one night after returning from a visit to Ushuaia and before taking the bus to Chile ($120 US/night). The hotel is on a hill 5-blocks above main street (with all of the restaurants, shops), so a car is an asset; however, for those without, they offer an evening shuttle with a local taxi for less than $1. Plenty of free parking is available. The hotel is in two buildings, each on its own terrace. Our superior doubles were on the upper terrace in the building with reception and the restaurant. Both were spacious, although one had a large entry area and more plush furnishings. There was a king bed with side tables, an open cabinet for clothes, safe, mini-refrigerator, TV, and two chairs and a table by the window with a view of the lake over the front building. It was fronted by a terrace with some lawn furniture that was accessible by going through the lobby or simply stepping out over the low-silled window. We didn't use it, though, because of the howling, cold wind at this time of year. The room was heated by a sub-floor system with no controller in the room; we found it too warm, so had to prop the window open at night. Breakfast was good, with a choice of eggs, fresh-squeezed orange juice, mimosas, and the regular ham, cheese, and baked items. The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored a bag for us while we were on our excursion to Ushuaia, and were helpful in arranging a taxi to get us to our 8 am bus to Chile. A pleasant and comfortable boutique hotel.

A modest aging property located in the small town of Califate that provides a convenient base for exploring the nearby lake and natural wonders. It looks quite stately from the lobby and exterior but the rooms and especially the bathrooms are long over due for an upgrade. We stayed for two nights at the end of January as part of a tour to visit glaciers and national parks. We stayed in a king room on the 2nd floor. While perfectly clean and comfortable it was definitely a step down from other hotels on this trip-comparable to a mid-scale spot in the US. Like other area hotels in Patagonia, there is no Ac due to the normally cool climate and heat is provide via antiquated radiators. Luckily there was a large sliding window to open but without any cross ventilation or fan to move air, the room felt stuffy. The small bathroom was at least 20 years old with outdated fixtures like the tub/shower combo and a tiny single sink with antiquated faucet and sputtering water pressure. Bath amenities were also very basic. Breakfast was included and while there were many selections, items were largely packaged and canned foods set out like canned pears, cold cuts, and processed meats and cheese. As I said, despite the woeful lack of creature comforts, as a place to crash for a couple of nights it was perfectly adequate.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gefährlich, weil es aus Metallschalen und sehr heißen und wenn man nicht merkt, kann man verbrennen
Es ist Frühstücksbuffet, aber ich habe es immer gefunden.
Mosken über dem Brot und Menschen mit Husten und Grippe kösten über dem Essen
Vorschlag sollte die Lebensmittel mit transparenten Decken verschlossen werden, um sie hygienischer zu machen

El lugar está muy lindo. Queda a varias cuadras del centro , pero las vistas todo lo valen. Si bien para llegar al centro la bajada caminando es pesada, el repecho más aún. Pero considerando que bajas una vez al día no hay problema. Los chicos de la recepción muy amables. El desayuno rico, y el cuarto espacioso y con las comodidades necesarias. Muchas luz entra apenas amanece. Y algún que otro ruido de otras habitaciones se escucha, pero lo normal. Nos quedamos varias horas en los sillones esperando el trasporte para volver y super confortable Lo único a mencionar pero es de todo el calafate, es que los hoteles te dejan hacer el check in a las 14 y el vuelo llega a ñas 7 am. Todas esas horas son Tremendas. Nosotros aprovechamos y nos fuimos ese mismo día de excursión al glaciar. Pero téngalo en cuenta. Ya que el regreso , es a dormir

CChloeHotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

曽曽小姐Es ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Main Street entfernt und ohne Karte nicht leicht zu finden. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon der Lobby ist jedoch sehr beeindruckend und lässt jeden entspannen. Es gibt einen 180-Grad-Blick auf die Stadt El Calafate mit schöner Schattierung von Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist hilfreich bei der Beratung lokaler Touren und bei der Organisation eines Shuttlebusses zum Flughafen. Das Personal des Restaurants ist nett, das Menü auf Spanisch zu erklären, während ich nur auf Englisch sprechen kann.

Das Badezimmer war etwas krampft, aber das scheint die Norm in diesem Bereich zu sein. Sie erlaubten uns, unsere Taschen in der Vordertafelzone für ein paar Stunden zu verlassen. Das Frühstück war ziemlich erstaunlich.

GGastnutzerAuf unserer Reise durch Ushuaia, El Calafat und Buenos Aires, und das war zweifellos das beste Hotel mit den besten Kosten x Nutzen aller, noch mehr mit einem günstigen Wechsel des argentinischen Gewichts. Sie geben immer an, die Buchung zu machen und direkt im Hotel mit Visa-Karte zu zahlen. Die Rezeptionisten sind super nett, vor allem die Natasha, die sogar Portugiesisch gelernt hat. Alle Kommunikation und Buchung wurde direkt mit dem Hotel gemacht und reagieren sehr schnell. Sie bleiben neben der Hauptstraße, von der zu tun alles zu Fuß. Zimmer mit hervorragender Größe, gute Dusche und komfortable Bett. Im Parkplatz geht der Bus, der zum Glaciarium Museum der Eisreisen geht, leider waren wir nicht für kurze Zeit. Sie haben unsere Gepäck nach dem checkout gespeichert, weil unser Flug später losgeht und wir die Stadt nutzen wollten. Wichtig: machen Sie die Reservierung so schnell wie möglich, denn es ist schnell ausgeschöpft und ich musste direkt mit dem Hotel, das ein letztes Zimmer hatte, zu tun. Ich würde sicher wieder im ACA bleiben.

Die Reinigungsdamen waren freundlich und halten den Platz in einer anständigen Form, aber das Hotel macht Sie nicht sehr willkommen. Rezeption ist eigentlich eine Sache, Frühstück ist angemessen, aber servieren ziemlich stinkende Teile - Sie müssen sich bemühen, eine anständige servierte Eier zum Beispiel zu erhalten. Als solches ist das Hotel ziemlich zu teuer für das, was Sie erhalten. Als Reisende und Gast würde ich lieber aus der Politik verlassen. Allerdings hat das Hotel durch seine Fensterausstellung für Israel herausragende Unterstützung (Flag + Zeichen ”wir stehen vor Israel”), die bislang über 30.000 Zivilisten (70% Frauen und Kinder) getötet hat, Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt ziemlich unbehaglich gemacht. Da es sich um ein ziemlich ”polemik” politisches Thema handelt, das vielleicht nicht auf Triadvisor gesetzt wird, da es die Entscheidung des Hotels war, eine klare öffentliche politische Haltung zu vertreten, fühle ich es auch hilfreich, hier für die Reisenden, die sich eine informierte und bewusste Entscheidung darüber treffen, ob Sie hier bleiben. Ich hätte gern wissen wollen, bevor Sie online buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nur zwei Viertel der Hauptstraße und nur wenige Viertel der Naturreservierung 'Laguna Nimez'. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und angenehmen, immer bereit, jeden Zweifel zu lösen. Nicht nur meine Anfragen beantwortet, Aber sie haben mich auch über die Aktivitäten in der Gegend beraten, und sie haben sogar für mich die Reservierungen gemacht, wenn es notwendig war. Das Frühstück ist sehr komplett und vielfältig, bietet nicht nur Optionen mit Mehl, sondern auch eine gute Das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant zum Essen, das ich im Vergleich zu den Preisen des Zentrums für billig erachtet habe, mit einem vielfältigen Menü und einem ausgezeichneten Service. Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen gut, obwohl das Bett etwas größer gewesen sein könnte. Trotzdem war es komfortable und ich habe mich gut ausruhen. Obwohl das Hotel Auto hat, habe ich es nicht benutzt, so dass ich nicht darüber nachdenken kann. Ich bin jedoch sicher, dass ich, wenn ich nach El Calafat zurückkehre, wieder in das Michelangelo Hotel untergebracht werde.

GGuest UserNatürlich gibt es unterschiedliche Meinungen, ich weiß. Unsere Erfahrung war nicht so groß. Auf der positiven Seite sind die Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Ho(s)tels interessant. Waschservice ist nett. Aber das ist ziemlich viel es. Der Ausdruck 'Wenn Sie Pflaumen bezahlen, bekommen Sie ...' existiert aus einem Grund. Dass alles grundsätzlich kommt mit einem günstigen Hostel. Aber einige Dinge sind etwas zu grundsätzlich, wie z. B. die Matratze. Isolation ist buchstäblich Null, besonders wenn Sie auf der Straße schlafen. Earplugs ist eine Muss, und auch dann müssen Sie Glück haben, etwas Schlaf zu bekommen. genügend Leute werden das Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend, oder so etwas nennen. Aber es ist schwer, Brötchen Brot zu Toast und Orange Teile genug zu rufen. Und abschließend, ich denke, Sie könnten sagen, das Personal ist freundlich, aber abgesehen von diesem ziemlich unfähig.

Overall the Hotel was nice but when we first checked in the room they assigned to us was facing the dusty parking lot with no view whatsoever except the cars. When asked to be moved to another room, the morning reception person would only give us another room at an addition US $20 per night. The hotel did not appear to be fully booked so we surprised at this request but reluctantly agreed. Upon checking out, the same morning receptionist, she charged us twice for the bottles of water we consumed and in our rush to get the taxi did realize this unit l later. Other than the morning Reception person our stay was good. On the contrary, the evening Reception was much more helpful and pleasant.

After brilliant experiences all over Argentina, Arakur in Ushuaia, Los Cerros in El Chalten, to hotels in Bariloche, BA. Mendoza etc, we were excited to stay here at Lagos. How disappointing. The breakfast was the quality of a hotel one third the price. They could not control guests at 1am from running up and down hallways, partying in rooms. The walls have no insulation, so my wife could hear snoring through her ear plugs, through a wall. The staff were obnoxiously rude. The rooms dated, no free water. At least they were clean. The lobby is nice, the pool beautiful. The chainsaw, mower and other power tools all day outside window, for three days though has been testing. Ask to speak to manager and got nothing. Changing rooms to cheaper one but not getting refundwas also hard. Do not recommend
