The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in.
We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend.
We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite.
”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”.
This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it.
Living Room:
A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space.
Bedroom:
The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding.
Bathroom:
As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub.
We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite.
Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor.
”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”.
Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless.
The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.

As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests.
We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel insgesamt. Ich hatte nicht die Chance, die Hoteleinrichtungen zu überprüfen, aber mein Zimmer war großartig. Wenn Sie reisen, die meisten Orte relativ früh schließen. Wenn Sie also nach etwas zu essen suchen nach 8 Uhr, wird es eine Mission. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt.

3320693****Sehr zufrieden mit einem Aufenthaltserlebnis, vor dem Aufenthalt hat ein Spezialist eine Microsoft-Nachricht hinzugefügt und die Bedürfnisse des Aufenthalts gefragt und die Spielstrategie des Hotels und der Umgebung eingeführt.
Der Prozess der Verwaltung des Aufenthalts ist auch sehr langsam. Das Personal der Rezeption hat nicht nur eine schlechte Bewegung, sondern auch geduldig mit mir das Restaurant, die Lage des Fitnessraums und die Öffnungszeit des Hotels vorgestellt. Ich habe die Details gesprochen, bevor ich die Anfrage erhoben habe.
Die Zimmerbedürfnisse sind gemäß den vorherigen Kommunikationen erfüllt. Es war eine zusätzliche Überraschung, als ich ins Zimmer ging, um die Glücksgäste des Hotels zu bekommen. Im Zimmer wurde eine einfache willkommene Einstellung getroffen. Es ist auch ein personalisiertes Manion-Kühlschrank auf dem Tisch gehängt. Das Geschenk war sehr warm. Der Zimmerraum ist sehr groß, die Bettwäsche ist soft, die Nacht schlafen besonders stark, die Qualität der Wäsche ist auch gut, die Warmwasserversorgung ist sehr gut.
Ich habe zwei Mahlzeiten im Hotel gegessen. Ob es sich um Frühstück oder Abendessen handelt, und jedes Mal, wenn es Personalsitze gibt, nehmen die Kellner die leeren Tafeln rechtzeitig ab und machen es nicht schlecht.
Als der Mitarbeiter aus dem Haus ging, fragte er auch, wie sich der Aufenthalt fühlt, besonders intim. Insgesamt übersteigt das Aufenthaltserlebnis die Erwartungen, ob die fachliche Ausbildung des Servicepersonals oder die Einrichtungen des Hotels das erste Niveau!

QQueenNatWooWir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Holiday Inn Baoding. Wir kamen spät am Abend. Sie wissen, es ist eine tolle Reise, wenn Sie so viel Spaß haben, dass Sie vergessen, Fotos zu machen. Checkin war ein reibungsloser Prozess, es gab einen Markt, wenn Sie Geschenke bekommen können, Lana ist, Getränke. Wäschereien und so weiter. Wir erhielten eine kostenlose Waschmaschine, die wir bei der Abreise verwendeten. Es liegt auf dem Grundstück. Die heißen Frühlinge befinden sich in einem anderen Gebäude, das ein schneller Spaziergang war. Dieser Ort ist erwachsen und kindfreundlich. Obwohl Sie in der Mitte von niemandem sind, ist die Stadt nur eine schnelle Fahrt. Wir machten ein wenig Einkaufen im Schuhgeschäft. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und geräumig. Es ist großartig für Familien, unser 13jähriger Sohn liebte es.

DD20891****Es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Diese neu eröffnete Privatunterkunft bietet Einrichtungen, die mit denen eines 4,5-Sterne-Hotels vergleichbar sind. Da es Nebensaison war, hat der Besitzer das Zimmer mit Seeblick modernisiert. Die Terrasse liegt zum Yishui-See. Im Sommer gibt es einen Infinity-Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Privatunterkunft verfügt über ein Billardzimmer, einen Tischtennisraum, Karaoke-TV, ein Kinderspielschloss usw. Es gibt auch einen Dopamin-Innenhof, der sich perfekt für einen Wochenendurlaub mit der Familie eignet. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr nett. Ich wollte Mineralwasser kaufen, aber er hat uns viel davon gegeben. Es war ein sehr zufriedenstellender Urlaub. Es war sehr ruhig, niemand war überfüllt, und die streunenden Katzen waren auch freundlich. Es ist ein Feng-Shui-Schatzland mit einfachen Volksbräuchen. Ich werde im Sommer wiederkommen.

NNamoshiThe service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit.
The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue.
We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Obwohl der Gastbedienstete hinter dem Angebot von Geschmacklosen und Duftstoffen gelöst hat, Aber das Gefühl ist nicht gut, und ein anderer Punkt ist, dass das Zimmer überall mit einem Spiegel ist. GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
