Location: convenient just right opp platinum and walkable to pratunam. Lots of massage nearby hotel. Cleanliness: very Poor. Requested for housekeeping, not clean. They only change new towels, replenish shower amenities and arrange bedsheets. They did not even bother to clean up the dirt and mess in the shower area. Hair is still lying everywhere in the toilet. Shower area was clogged with hair and housekeeping did not clean. I have to clean up my own. Lots of mould and bacteria in the shower area. Housekeeping don't even bother to wash the area. Service: Lobby counter service is quite slow as this hotel is crowded with patrons. Lobby counter service average as we have big group of ppl and they manage to upgrade 1 room for our family due to overbooking. Housekeeping respond service is very poor. We requested for an item and it took them 30mins to come back to us. Lift service: there's 3lifts, we have to wait around minimum 10 to 15mins every morning and every evening. Lift service is very slow even though it's crowded with people. Complimentary drinks: there's complimentary water, coffee and tea at the lobby area, but only available from 10am till late afternoon. It's closed during evening. Bed is OK, pillow is too soft, next day experience neck pain due to soft pillows. Our room air-conditioning is not cold enough. Noisy and not cold. I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Platinum Mall and the general Pratunam area. Walking to the nearest BTS station is around 10-15 mins, you can walk to CentralWorld area in around 15-20 mins. The hotel looks a bit dated, but the room and breakfast area are relatively new. Our room has a large balcony but the noise from outside was quite obvious due to it being situated in a busy street. All the hotel staff we came across were all very friendly and were attentive to our inquiries during the stay. We'd love to stay here again in the future.

Overall stay was pleasant. But amenities provided were not great. Slippers were thin and torn easily. And towels were old and not white.

Huge room space. Not the first time booking Centrepoint! Renovation made it look a little grand at the lobby. :)

Location was great. They do have a side access gate which makes it easier for everyone to access. Staff were very friendly too and helped whenever they could.

Located at a small alley which traffic quite heavy during daytime and congested. Grab driver usually don’t want to come into the hotel. The towels are very old, dirty and torn. Room is spacious and clean.

After their renovation, the room become more spacious n brighter n cleaner. But the hotel security deposit has raised to 1000 baht per night per room which is too much .

Great location, spacious renovated room with microwave and big refrigerator! Give Housekeeping team big thumb up! They clean very well and even arranged my daughter toys. Waiting for the lift is quite long most of the time. The AC compressor noise is very loud even though it’s outside the room at balcony. We stay at 21st level and can hear the noise from renovation at upper level.

My second time staying in centre point, they renovated their room this time . Always recommended for a stay as the room is huge enough for 4 pax although I book for 2 . Would stay here again for my next visit

Very friendly and nice staffs! Helpful and good! Will totally reccomend friends to stay there. Currently undergoing some revamp in their hotel! Hope our next visit the reno will be done!

convenient location to go Pratunam shopping and all walking distance to near by mall such as central world, 4 faces buddha for praying and getting street food. the famous wantan mee and pork knucles rice just one stone throw away.

Hotel newly renovated, room & toilet are clean and spacious, location very good but the side door to the street is closed so we need to walk out from the main entrance to reach the Main Street, which is a 5-10 mins walk. House keeping took 15 mins to bring us our extra toilet 1 night. Afterall hotel was good.

Toilet clog and bath clog and power failure can’t charge handphone using extension. Long waiting for lift. Breakfast daily same.

The hotel needs to improve on their hygiene. I had to call every night for a new towel because it is always stained. Room service every day cause the bathroom kept clogging. Alot of dirt and weird stains from the bed to floor to toilet…. However, the location is really convenient and hotel is really big
