Das Hotel befindet sich in bzw. über einer kleinen Mall mit Metro-Zugang. Für das Frühstück gab es Coupons, mit denen man in einem kleinen Bistro in der Mall pro Person zwei vorgegebene Gerichte und zwei Getränke auswählen konnte. Zudem erhielt jede Person pro Tag einen Gutschein für ein Heißgetränke in der Lobby.

Tolles Hotel und absolut lohnenswert. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und unten gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und schön und man kann BTS in wenigen Minuten erreichen, indem man unten ins Einkaufszentrum geht.

Übernachten Sie immer hier in der besten Lage der Stadt und die Lebensmittel sind umgeben, was ich wirklich genieße. Tolles Personal an der Rezeption lächelt immer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um sicher zu bleiben

Großartige Lage neben einem Einkaufszentrum und dem Bahnhof. 2 Haltestellen bis Chinatown. Ausgezeichnetes Tagesbett zum Faulenzen. Tolles Fitnessstudio, aber kein Pool.

Gute strategische Lage. 7/11 ist unten, was sehr praktisch ist. Sie können morgens brekkie gleich um die Ecke finden. Kein Schwimmbad. Fitnessraum ist vorhanden. Geräumiger Parkplatz, da das Hotel an ein Einkaufszentrum und einen Büroturm angebaut ist.

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, kaputte Zimmer, die kein Feuerwerk gesehen haben

The room is relatively spacious compared to similar hotels domestically. The hotel staff provide excellent service, although their English is somewhat Thai-accented, making it a bit hard to understand, but overall communication is not affected. Additionally, two coffee vouchers are given daily, which can be exchanged for coffee or tea at the lobby coffee cart. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, but a smoking area is specifically designated on the 11th floor balcony, which still offers a great view. Downstairs are a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, with the mall directly connected to the subway station, which resembles a bunker-like structure. Convenience is top-notch. Adjacent to the hotel is Chulalongkorn University, Thailand's top-ranked university.

The hotel location is very convenient which closes to MRT and walking distance to Banthatthong.

Nice boutique hotel that is close to office. Also next to Sam Yam Mitrtown. Clean and comfortable.

Staffs are friendly. Service is good. The room is big but the bed and pillow too soft and pillow has buggy smell… the shower room is too small. One more bad thing is the fire alarm on the ceiling (I don’t know what it is) keep blinking in blue light all the time, I can’t sleep in my first night stay because of this blue light. Location is good as it is in the mall and above the Metro station. But it is difficult to find taxi or Grab. I spent half an hour to get Grab accepted, mostly in Bangkok I spend only 5 minutes to find a Grab taxi but this place Grab drivers rarely accept unless they drop people at this same building. Anyway, the Samyan Mitrtown is so small which doesn’t have any things to buy. Only have Uniqlo and Muji which we can shop. In conclusion, from my experience this time, I will not stay at this hotel or go to this place anymore.

The hotel location is excellent, room is modern and clean, staffs are pleasant are nice, but facilities are limited, no eateries, no restaurant, don't even have tooth brush and tooth paste in the room, gym is small and limited equipment, otherwise, overall is a comfortable stay.........
