Renovation ongoing and likely to be going on for at least a month. Was not informed before booking. The location is convenient but the room and shower are really small. One of the 3 rooms booked had a malfunctioning AC which was not rectified during the duration of the stay despite complaints to the staff. Won't be returning for my 4th time for sure.

The hotel location is right on the hot spot of Georgetown. But it goes with noise at night until 2am. So if you plan to be partying at night it's ideal and walking distance to Love Lane and all Georgetown touristic areas. But if you wish to sleep and relax after midnight definitely not the right hotel for you. The room was OK in terms of size but a lot of mosquitoes coming from the bathroom drain. I've killed at least 50 of them thanks to a mosquito raquet 🤣 The tip is to close the bathroom curtains so they don't get in the bedroom. Humidity in the room had the paint peeling off. For the price I don't think the room quality was enough. Specially for the humidity and mosquitoes combination. The breakfast menu was not available but you can easily go down the street and eat at ease or order with the application grab. No bar available in the hotel. The shared areas are clean. Loved that you have to take off your shoes at the entrance. There are stairs to get into the hotel but they help you with your luggage. The first time you arrive you need to ring the bell for them to come open for you. Small door not easy to spot at first. I suggest to the hotel to stick the name directly on the door at eye level and big to avoid confusion. I've uploaded a picture of the door for you to not get lost. After you check in they will give you the door code so easy for you to get by. Staff has been helpful when asked but not interacting or giving you suggestion or asking you how things are going. I've rated cleanness average because there was a lot of hair in the bathroom when I arrived. Had to literally take it off during 5 minutes. Thick long hair... Not sure how they didn't spot it. Apart of that they were cleaning all right the rest of the stay. Internet was not easy to get when in the room but in common areas or close to the door of the room works better. Don't save on a sim card and buy at the airport for having internet at all times on your phone. Will help you with maps and outside anyway. The taxi from the airport was very convenient only 30 minutes and I ordered with grab came within 5 minutes. Hope this information helps 🌹

Overall a pleasant stay but for the price we paid, there are better options. No activities or any programmes. The poolside bar is not open for business. It took a while to get the smart TV to work with Netflix ourselves.

Não vá!! Reservei o hotel pela piscina e quando cheguei lá é um tanque de água quente e suja, uma vergonha. A internet é muito ruim (dentro do quarto funciona péssimo), os atendentes sem nenhuma vontade de ajudar. Muito muito barulhento até tarde da noite. Pelo preço caro que paguei poderia ter ficado em um hotel que não fosse uma mentira. E o pior: não há porta entre o quarto e o banheiro, só uma cortina. Então quando você usa para fazer número 2 todos escutam e sentem o cheiro!!!! A única coisa boa é que está bem localizado, e tem café de graça. Por favor procure outro lugar para não dar dinheiro a quem engana pelas fotos.

場所は近くにレストランや観光ポイントが徒歩圏にあって良いです。ただ多くのBARが近くにあり、とにかく夜遅くまでうるさいです。ホテルのプールはメンテナンス中で使えません。大きさもジャグジー程度なので小さいです。全部で8部屋の小さなホテルでスタッフは居ません。チェックインの時だけ対応します。共有スペースに冷蔵庫とかコーヒーセルフ等あります。ハウスキーピングはOKです。

酒店位置可圈可點，特別好，去哪裡都方便。樓下緊挨着有一家早餐店，燒臘和白雞絕了，特別好吃。 酒店很乾凈，住能滿足，衹睡覺主要出去玩的是很好的選擇。唯一不滿意的一個下來給我們開門的女服務員，瘦瘦的戴個鼻釘，很傲慢不禮貌。負責checkin的稍微胖一點的女服務員很好，打掃房間的男服務員也很好。

地理位置很好，但是酒店中文的名字跟酒店現場的中文名字不一樣，酒店入口位置很隱蔽，房間不大，設施一般，税費和攜程網站顯示的不一樣，10.3RM/天（折後人民幣税費大概是16元），酒店價格和實際情況略顯不值，酒店需要拖鞋進入二樓，瓷磚樓梯有幾塊脱落，容易造成傷害
