Sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und sauber. Die Angestellten sind nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist jedoch etwas weit von der BTS/MRT-Station entfernt, sodass Sie möglicherweise einen kurzen Spaziergang machen müssen, um es zu erreichen.

Die Serviceeinstellung des Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut und wird definitiv nicht das 4⭐-Niveau erreichen! Es kann sein, dass die Hotelbewertung in Thailand anders ist als bei uns, das Zimmer ist nicht so groß wie angegeben, aber der Rest ist sehr gut, und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch! ! !

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sieht auch sehr schön und sauber aus. Es scheint, als ob es in einem Expat-Gebiet liegt, es gibt viele indische und japanische Restaurants in der Nähe, es ist ziemlich schwierig, ein thailändisches Restaurant zu finden. ☹️ Am meisten genieße ich die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer.

Es ist etwa 9 Minuten zu Fuß von Nana BTS entfernt.Die Fußgängerzone ist eng und uneben, seien Sie also vorsichtig mit großen Koffern. Die Hoteleinrichtungen, die sanitären Einrichtungen und der Personalservice sind sehr zufriedenstellend, und der Preis ist angemessen. empfehlen!

I stayed here for about a week and all I can say was it was quite an unpleasant experience due to the wear and tear state of the hotel (see pictures). From the door peeling off to the mouldy bathroom and clogged shower area - I won’t recommend it. There are plenty options around Soi 11 if at the same price or cheaper. On my first night I didn’t realise that I was sleeping on dirty sheets with BLOOD STAINS on it. They didn’t clean the room before I checked in! The hotel tried to accuse me of doing this and also tried to charge me 500 baht for towels that had make up and some facial mask on it. While confronting them, they can even tell me well it was initially 800 baht so it’s cheaper. But it’s not that case, I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and I’ve never been charged for makeup on towel stains - they can be easily washed off! After complaining to them about this, they reluctantly agreed to waive and told me not to do it again. How rude was that? Staying here is like staying at a dorm, not an actual hotel guest experience. I will never come back here again. Pros: the location (if you get a quiet room because clubs are loud and open till 2/3am daily nearby) & the breakfast spread.

I recently stayed at Citrus and had a good experience. The room was big and clean, making it comfortable. The hotel is in a dark alley, but I checked in at 3 AM and didn't have any problems. After checking in, I went out and felt safe in the area. It's also close to many restaurants and bars, which is convenient. However, the area can be noisy at night, which might bother light sleepers. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
