Das Hotel ist mit Einkaufszentren wie Iconsiam verbunden, was das Einkaufen bequem macht. Die Zimmergröße ist für den allgemeinen Bedarf ausreichend, Bad und WC sind sauber und hygienisch. Es gibt nicht viele Hoteleinrichtungen und der Pool ist relativ klein. Das Frühstücksangebot reicht nicht aus und es gibt noch Raum für Verbesserungen.

Die Lage ist super, das Hotel ist direkt mit Siam World verbunden. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Jedes neue Hotel ist sauber und stilvoll. Auch der Service ist sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein gutes Gefühl👍

Has to help this hotel to clarify a bit The location of this hotel is amazing and convenient as transportation is excellent and you can choose the boat, BTS gold line to avoid the traffic jam. The boat can reach a lot of places. The electric plugs are also excellent as there are usb and multi-national plugs. The water pressure in toilet is also excellent with different modes. I have been to 30 countries with different hotels experience. This hotel security is great. The hygiene here is great but the ventilation in toilet has to be improved. And also the sound isolation.

房間很小，跟國內格林豪泰、如家一個水準，唯一好的是地理位置便利，出門就是暹羅天地，還有很多乾淨的按摩店

新酒店新裝修，房間裏避免不了有裝修後的味道，這是能接受的，但衞生間下水道反味嚴重，充滿一股濃郁的氨氣味，堵都堵不住。

Dieses Hotel hatte heute, am 15. September 2024, eine große Eröffnung. Aum San und der Betriebsleiter begrüßten uns beim Einchecken. Ich wollte möglichst der erste Gast sein, der am Tag der großen Eröffnung eincheckt. Aber heute hätte ich es fast aufgegeben. Wir hatten jedoch so viel Glück, dass wir heute die ersten sein konnten. Sie haben uns sehr überrascht. Ich schätze sie sehr ☝️😉 Das Zimmer ist sehr schön (tadellos) und das Hotel ist direkt mit dem Icon Siam verbunden, was sehr praktisch ist! Wir werden wiederkommen, um wieder hier zu übernachten. ありがとうございます😊また、戻ってきますね！

Brand new hotel. Very well located, comfortable and also with great views. Can also enjoy thw sunrise while taking the brakfast in the 9th floor. Very asy access with Sky Train and close to different malls and river area. Great option for me as a business men

This hotel had been open less than 3 weeks. I read another review highlighting some of their issues in the first few weeks. I experienced similar........but I brought them to the managers attention, and they were very responsive. This hotel is brand new - and I can see that they've got some teething problems - but they are quickly adapting. And the staff in the restaurant area are so sweet and kind. They definitely turned me around........

Similar to another review - hotel has potential. It's new and clean. Pool and gym are great - restaurant is good (not great). Too many frustrating (but small) issues to make me ever want to stay here again. - Rooms are tiny - I feel like I am in New York. - One elevator is constantly out of service. - Laundry is not yet available. - Shower doesn't drain properly - even after we pulled a big hairball out. - Shampoo/bodywash are stuck to the wall - and one had fallen off the wall. - They lock the door to the next door food court/mall before 10am - so you have to exit out of the building to go into the front of what is effectively the same building. - But the worst issue is that 2 days into my 4 day stay - they left a bill at my front door at 5.45am for me to come to the front desk to pay my outstanding restaurant bill (which totaled approx $150 US dollars). And when I went to pay - they added an extra 200THB without explanation - other than to say that this is the amount their system says - which doesn't match the bill that they printed for me. I asked them to cancel the transaction because I feel that they are scamming me. - Breakfast is mediocre - despite a nice restaurant setting. Better than you get in the USA, but lesser options than other hotels in the region. I still cannot get beyond being asked to pay my restaurant tab halfway through my stay. You have my credit card on file - you put a hold on some amount when I checked in. As a hilton diamond member for 20+ years - I have never seen this. Bottom line - do not stay here. There are just too many little things that they are doing wrong. I do not trust them here. Go stay at the Hilton Millenium.

On September 19th, I had the pleasure of checking into the newest hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, the Hilton Garden Inn Riverside. The hotel is situated in a prime location, directly opposite Icon Siam, the largest shopping mall in Southeast Asia. The decor is modern and aesthetically pleasing, and I was warmly welcomed by Khun Aum and​ Khun Pook, who provided exceptional customer service. My room​ had breathtaking view of the Chao Phraya River. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
