The best hotel in Trinidad and Tobago

The hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful

All good from check in to check out … very nice and comfort room the night bar is nice special when nice singer I like their hotel I will return … is good for the money

The room was very spacious, the bed and linens were very comfortable, good water pressure and temperature in the shower, and beautiful view, however the windows were dirty from the outside. Couldn't find the remote for the tv because there wasn't one, took a very long time and several calls before we finally got one to the room... AND the reason given was because we were asking for one after 10 pm.... but I thought this was a very unreasonable excuse to give since we shouldn't even have to be searching for one at all!!!! So a little disappointing there. The breakfast was good, had a variety of local and western dishes, no coffee machine for self service （ but can order one）and most of the waiting staff were friendly. Smooth check in and check out.

The hotel is nice but I booked a room with ocean view and all my windows were frosted. Hotel said there’s nothing they could do since it was my last day when I was finally able to let them know and I booked through 3rd party

Beautiful hotel, friendly and efficient service, excellent food.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Hyatt. The service, amenities, and view were amazing. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the check-in and check-out services was quick as well as room service.

My parents had a lovely stay here. The staff offered complimentary drinks for my mum as it was her birthday. The hotel was gorgeous and the service was great

沒有一次性拖鞋 和 牙膏牙刷 正好是你最需要的東西 需要自己自備，上電梯需要刷卡是正常 但是下電梯和進去游泳池也需要刷房卡 這點很不方便，房間電視機需要連結自己手機打開YouTube投屏才可以看

部屋はのコンディションは快適に保たれている。 海側のオーシャンビーと裏側の眺望無しでは雲泥の差がある。裏側だったので非常に残念だった。オーシャンビーを要望したが空きがないとの事。プールエリアが客室数の割に小さく、子供が溢れていて大人が落ち着いて過ごす感じではない。

房間設施都好，但周邊環境很一般，沒有沙灘

環境不錯就在海邊 但周邊餐館較少
