From the outside, this building looks good. But once you enter, you'll see a weird shopping mall-like interior with dark corridors. It's dark even in the morning, but the lights are off around 8pm leaving the corridors really dark. It has an eerie atmosphere like an abandoned building. Reception is closed from midnight to 8am and the building is extremely quiet. The balcony has short walls on both sides, your neighbors can easily jump into your balcony and you can clearly see inside your neighbor's room. The night I stayed there, I saw no lights in other rooms on the entire floor. Lots of empty rooms. I spent one terrifying night being scared of both the balcony and the corridor. You must make sure that both your front door and balcony sliding door are locked the whole time there, there's even a warning sign inside the room to keep the balcony door locked. If you'll be staying alone, especially for female travelers, I highly suggest to skip this hotel.
