I recently wrote to Premier Inn with a real and valid complaint, from our room not being ready til an hour after check in, to only have tea, coffee, cups & towel for one despite the room being for two. Having to clean my breakfast table to searching for cutlery and lay the table ready to eat, to there not being food and juice at breakfast, to paying for what should have been courtesy coffees, to being charged for 2 full english breakfasts when one was the english and the other continental, too the cleaners coming in 20 mins early without knocking first!! 6 people (incl myself) from our group of 9 complained. My friend got a free weekend in compensation and i received a total of £2.89 in compensation. I am absolutely disgusted with the unfairness of how they decided to compensate us. Shocking treatment from what i always thought was a good hotel chain. Money grabbing b******s!
