A very pleasant stay experience. great view straight to the airport runway. nice bed and linen. complete amenities for an affordable price. the most important things, the hospitality from the staff. and i described it as perfect! thank you for the hospitality given. obviously will be here again for the upcoming visit.

Very close to Balikpapan International Airport, equipped with MICE services, and meeting spaces, and often used by the local government for its events. Not the cleanest and the best hotel but close to the airport and a good choice for business and short visits in Balikpapan.

Perhaps this hotel is the nearest one to SAMS airport Balikpapan. About 15 minutes walking to the airport entrance. It has a big meeting hall, spacious restaurant and wonderful swimming pool. Some talented therapists can be found at spa downstairs.

L'hotel è vicinissimo all'aeroporto e quindi molto comodo se siete di passaggio a Balikpapan. Il personale è molto gentile, le camere ampie e pulite, i letti molto confortevoli. L'hotel dispone di una bella piscina, ottima la colazione. Sulla cena ci sono spazi di miglioramento.... Nonostante si affacci su una strada molto trafficata, le stanze sono silenziose e si dorme benissimo.

Pertama kali menginap di hotel ini di balikpapan. Kesan luar biasa yaa ternyata nyaman juga.

Room is clean, but hot water is not working properly ( has been checked with engineering but still not working properly) need to follow up for those things, Breakfast no taste for all kind of food ( only chicken porridge very tasty) Pasta hard, order omelete but waiting for 30 minutes, main course fish very hard and no tasted All day dining ( order for Pinnacolada but look like pineapple juice only) F&B need to improved for this issues Pool water ( green colour) need to treatment very well Thank you
