Empfehlenswert... Das Hotel ist ruhig, der Service ist schnell und freundlich, auch wenn es nicht vor der Check-in-Zeit ist, man darf das Zimmer betreten, Sauberkeit ist ok, es gibt einen Balkon im Zimmer, kostenloses Nachfüllen von Trinkwasser , heiß und kalt verfügbar, es gibt ein sauberes Schwimmbad, sichere Parkplätze. Der beste. 👍👍👍

Erstens war dieses Hotel wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage war weit weg von der Stadt, aber es gefiel mir, also blieb ich dort, also war es kein Problem. Es war schön, das Schwimmbad bis spät in die Nacht zu genießen. Für diejenigen, die keine Bugs mögen, ist es jedoch definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt viele Ameisen... und Eidechsen... viele. Sogar im Zimmer... kommt rein... Ansonsten ist es eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Ein Hotel, in dem Sie den besten Service erhalten. Ich liebe Ritz, der niemals ein Nein als Antwort akzeptiert. Das Essen ist sowohl morgens als auch abends köstlich. Das Gänge-Menü war ziemlich umfangreich, aber alles war so lecker, dass ich alles gegessen habe, ohne etwas übrig zu lassen. Ich dachte, es wäre schön, wenn sie noch ein paar kostenlose Yoga-Kurse anbieten könnten. Es gab nur eine Schachtel Taschentücher im Zimmer, die mir schnell ausgingen. Man kann es sich sofort telefonisch liefern lassen, aber andere Hotels haben keins im Zimmer, also hoffe ich, dass sie das verbessern können. Aber ich kann nicht genug über das neue Hotel loben, das den besten Service und das köstliche Essen bietet.

Wir haben den Hinweis auf die Menzelejepun Villa per Zufall. Es ist jedoch eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre, Sie leben im Herzen des Zentrums in der Nähe alles (Denpasar, Sanur Strand etc.) und auch wenn Sie in einer schönen ruhigen Oase ohne Lärm versteckt sind. Die Eigentümer Patrick und Dewy und alle Hotels sind sehr nett, freundliche Leute, immer hier für Sie. Wenn Sie etwas brauchen, zögern Sie nicht, sie zu fragen. Sie werden Ihnen mit allem helfen. Aufenthalt hier war besser als wir erwarteten. Ich hoffe nur, dass mehr Leute über dieses versteckte Paradies wissen, weil es wirklich es zu entdecken verdient. Verbringen Sie dort ein paar Nächte und Sie werden es nicht bedauern Danke Dewy und Patrick für all Ihre Pflege und Gastfreundschaft Lucy

Insgesamt ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum von Kuta, Central Kuta Park ist ideal. Aber seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn Sie ein Vielfaches der Parkgebühr zahlen müssen, weil das Hotel nicht mit dem dortigen Parksystem zusammenarbeitet, wenn Sie im Hotel nebenan übernachten. Dort ist die Parkgebühr inbegriffen. Das Kuta Hotel hat dieses Privileg nicht täglich, Sie MÜSSEN also extra Parkgebühr zahlen! Das Zimmer ist einfach und ok. Sauber? Ich habe Erfahrung mit Zimmer 1217, wo es viele Flecken und Schmutz auf den Bettlaken gab, das Fenster ist nicht sauber und wenn man nach draußen schaut, war direkt vor dem Zimmer eine tote Maus. Seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn es überall riecht. Das Badezimmer ist ok, es dauert 2 Minuten, bis man eine heiße Dusche bekommt, Sie müssen es neu einrichten, da es keine warme Dusche, sondern superheißes Wasser war. Der Abfluss ist verstopft, Sie werden dadurch einen überschwemmten Boden haben. und es dauert ein paar Minuten, sie loszulassen. Das war meine Erfahrung bei meinem Aufenthalt im Every day, vielleicht machen Sie eine andere und gute Erfahrung. Ich habe nur das Zimmer gebucht, da ich superfrüh zu meinem Flug aufbreche, also gab es kein Frühstück, da ich es auch nicht gebucht habe. Werde in Erwägung ziehen, wiederzukommen. Verspreche es nicht!

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Der Service war schön, gutes Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen 7-11am. Saubere Zimmer, gutes WLAN. Einfache Gehstrecke und Taxiservice günstig. Es empfiehlt sich für günstige Preise. Schnelltjeckung im Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal.

Es war mein 1. Besuch sowohl auf Bali wie auch in diesem Hotel. Meiner Meinung nach war es fast Perfekt. Die Lage mit nur 15 Gehminuten vom Flughafen sowie 15 Minuten vom Großen Strand in Kuta, super vielen kleinen Stores, Restaurants usw. ist einfach klasse. Auch das Hotel an sich war grundlegend sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Ausstattung war top, es war alles da was ich brauchte. Somit habe ich nichts aus zusetzen, ich denke wenn die Poolbar besetzt wäre und man irgendwie abends noch gemütlich an einer Hotelbar oder Poolbar sich aufhalten könnte und wenn die kleinen Balkone nicht vom KlimaAnlagen Wasser voll Tropfen würden, wäre es eine 10 von 10, so eher eine 9, was heißt ich würde jedes mal wieder Eden buchen wenn ich nach Kuta käme.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service).
