Worst hotel experience in a long time. Presentation on arrival is like walking into a abandoned building. With no reception to speak of and no one to greet you. A lone pool sitting in some knee deep grass, at least the pool looks clean. After about 10 mins an Indonesian looking person floated in and so I asked if I could check in. They advised room having maintenance and seemed perplexed that I was there. Upon showing them my booking the room still wasn't ready by 6.30pm arrival. Seemed reasonably clean but was placed into a room that has sewage leaking from the toilet through the room. The next day they moved me but then I had no towels, no water and the room wasn't cleaned for three days. I was told they had run out of towels !!! I asked many times for a refund to go elsewhere but the workers have no English. Overall a very disappointing stay.

The hotel has had a major flooding, my first room downstairs was very damp and the air conditioning did not work, I was placed upstairs with a working air conditioning, flood damage to ceiling and walls. No hot water. The location is good and the staff were very friendly.

Don’t go here!! We arrived and it didn’t look at all as in the pictures. The pool was not nice at all. And when we came they said the hotel was closed because of water leak so we had to try and rebook another hotel with small kids with us.

We stayed here for a few nights. I think we weren’t helped by the weather, but because it was raining there wasn’t really anywhere to sit other than our rooms. One of the rooms from our group got flooded from the rain, although the staff did offer to move them. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was raining, but it was quite small. The staff were really nice and helpful, but the hotel itself wasn’t great. The bathroom was small and the shower was open, so it flooded every time we used it!
