Finally got the chance to stay in this Japanese hotel in Ubud, impressive garden landscape facing the forest, nice nature with very relax calming stay. Breakfast was well prepared , dinner as well . Worth the visit .

第一次來峇里島，根據朋友的推薦選擇了虹夕諾雅，虹夕諾雅位於相當安靜的地方，在裡面可以拍許多美照，也可從房間外直接下水游泳，讓人感到極度放鬆，可以在飯店內待上一整天，值得大家去享受。

酒店座落於山林溪谷之中，仿如世外桃源，花香、鳥鳴、蟲叫，溪水潺潺，餐廳在户外用餐，自在且舒適，每位服務生都笑容滿臉，禮貌周到，早餐預訂在鳥籠裏食用，大自然的饋贈景色宜人，一切都是如此美好！

酒店在森林內， 裏面還有一條森林步道可以走向溪谷，房間乾淨整齊。

沒有私人泳池，是公共的，比較硬傷

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier weil das Resort wirklich auf den Fotos sehr schön aussah. Und das war auch so. Eine tolle Anlage, sehr schönes Zimmer, ein genialer Pool für alle Villas gemeinsam. Dazu wunderschöne hängende Gazebos über dem Tal. Einfach schön. Aber leider endet es da auch. Das ganze drumherum völlig desolat. Kein Auge für die Details. Eine einzige Bar, die diesen Namen schon alleine deswegen nicht verdient, weil die Flaschen im Regal alle verranzt sind. Bein Frühstück reine Glückssache, was und vor allem wann man etwas bekommt. Ein tolles Zimmer, aber für eine Nespresso Maschine hat es nicht mehr gereicht. Stattdessen ein altersmüder Wasserkocher. Klares Management Problem. Wenn der GM nicht weiß wann Leute auschecken und sowieso eh nicht fragt, ob man zufrieden war, dann wird sich wohl auch nichts ändern. Sehr schade, diese Anlage hätte Potential aber sie braucht erstmal eine Grund Renovierung des gesamten Personals.

Hotel is quite far from Ubud, but the location is so quiet and Beautiful that Guests can totally relax in this Hotel. No TV, Music in room, but you have have a Gazebo where you can have a nice afternoon nap. The Pools are huge and ONE section is private....

This location is really breathtaking beautiful! The sunrise in the early morning is amazing when you are looking over the jungle. We had a panoramic villa. It's very quiet and you have a lot of privacy. Visiting this location you really step out of a crowded life. Also you can take breakfast in a private gazebo, which is really a great experience in the early morning. The spa is really worth it. The people are so friendly and helpfull!

I recently spent a weekend stay (two nights) at Hoshinoya Valley, and it was the absolute worst resort experience I have ever had. Check-In Process: The nightmare began at check-in. The process was completely unclear and disorganized, with staff who seemed utterly incompetent. We were left waiting with no communication or assistance. Room Condition and Housekeeping: The facilities was filthy, with mess everywhere. The housekeeping team was the worst I've ever encountered. They never performed a proper room make-up or turndown service. We reported our key missing inside the room, only to find it on the desk where the housekeeping should have easily noticed. Food and Dining: The food offerings were abysmal. We tried lunch, and the few breakfast options were laughable. Canapés for breakfast, charged at 1 million IDR, tasted like absolute garbage. The quality of the food was appalling, with cold and poorly prepared dishes. Facilities: The pool was unusable, constantly below 16 degrees, making it feel like a cold plunge rather than an enjoyable swim. Service and Regulations: The service regulations were bizarre and unacceptable. Smoking was allowed in non-smoking areas, and the shuttle pick-up service was unreliable and never proceeded as scheduled. The guest assistance team was worse than any three-star hotel I've ever worked with. There was no leadership or proper training evident among the staff. Shockingly, we weren't even asked for ID to stay, making the place feel unsafe and dodgy, like a hideout for fugitives. Management and Post-Stay Issues: Throughout the entire stay, no management personnel were present. It felt like the resort was being run by a bunch of untrained, clueless trainees. The frustration continued even three days after check-out when they mischarged our folio. There were multiple delays in sending the correct folio, no refund issued after 3x24 hours, and a bag went missing during check-out. Conclusion: This stay was horrendous from start to finish. There are far better options in Ubud, especially at this price point. I strongly urge any potential guests to avoid Hoshinoya at all costs. It is not worth a fraction of the price, and you will only end up frustrated and disappointed. Final Verdict: A dreadful experience, not worth your money or time. The worst stay ever. Please, do yourself a favor and never consider this property as an option. And thank me later.

My stay at Hoshinoya hotel was unforgettable. The hospitality was outstanding, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I loved walking through the rice fields and trying batik painting, which was a unique experience. Participating in Balinese offerings added a special cultural touch to my stay. Hoshinoya hotel combines luxury with authentic local activities, making it a truly memorable destination for a special getaway. This stay was truly special!

One of the most memorable and magical stays. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and were blown away by the hospitality and professional of the staff here and the experiences we had on-property were some of the best during our trip. We especially enjoyed our Ubud Jungle Dinner and making an offering with hotel staff. Highly recommend staying here during your Bali vacation.

First of all, it was one of the best stay I’ve ever did in my life. As someone who loves Japanese and Balinese culture so much, Hoshinoya Bali totally made my dream come true by experiencing best of both cultures. The gorgeous architecture and style of the villa look so much like Japanese houses. I haven’t been to Japan yet but I watched a lot of documentary and photos that made me feel the strong japanese vibes once i stepped into the room. The bed is so good and when i woke up, the sunrise of ubud greeted me beautifully from the top of the valleys through the gorgeous glass window of Jalak Villa in Hoshinoya. the area of Hoshinoya is not near from the Ubud center yet it gave a totally hidden gem kind of feeling and i loooove it. But don’t fret cause they have the shuttle if you want to go outside the resort and it takes less than 30 mins to the ubud center. Also, I don’t know about other people but I chose to stay the whole 3 days at this resort because there’s always an interesting experience that this resort offer! I got to learn how to do Batik, a very indonesian heritage like painting on the fabric with traditional way. Also there’s rice field excursion where we walk on the ricefield nearby. The food here also extraordinary and they are so good at making indonesia dishes! This is where i found hoshinoya is really serious to show off the indonesian culture through their cuisine! I love all the dinner and breakfast also their special afternoon tea. The vibes of this area is so peaceful and relaxing. I almost didn’t notice when the staff cleaning the room because how they want us to feel private. If i could say three of my favorite thing other than the room here, possibly their gazebo that is super cozy, their swimming pool that feels like a river, and the spa that was so spectacular. I just love this place so much and would loved to come back!

My new absolute favourite hotel! Everything is so stylish and beautifully designed. The staff is incredible and the villas are stunning. We stayed in the Jalak Villa, which has amazing views of the rainforest. Really enjoyed the gazebos for dining. The food is also incredible. Would love to come back!
