Sehr schöne Unterkunft, naturnah, guter Service, sehr nette Angestellte und sehr gutes Essen!

We stayed at Bambu Indah for 2 nights between 3-5 June 2024. As someone who has stayed in many places before, we can say that it was the best hotel we have stayed in. All the employees are so friendly that you are always filled with positive energy. We especially loved the natural vibe here and they work hard to maintain it. There is always great work and effort, whether it is the maintenance of natural pools or the pest control of the rooms. Thanks to the naturally flowing water from the spring, the coldness of the water is perfect for this hot weather and it cools you down very well. We have not had any negative experiences, you can stay with peace of mind. Many thanks to everyone who contributed.

當天到了佩尼達島才訂的住宿，隔天退房老闆女兒要我們再付一次錢，出示收據跟他們說已經付過了，她表示我們付的是房間的"確認費"並說他昨天已經取消，我隨後出示信用卡也並無退款給他看，她還是堅持要我們付款，雙方僵持不下打給trip的客服也叫我們不要再次付款他們致電去確認，過沒多久他們說不用付了，但他們也沒有接客服的電話，因為客服打來說他們未接通時我們已經離開，飯店顯然不熟悉網路和刷卡機的使用，因為吃早餐時等前面一組旅客刷卡就反覆弄了20分鐘，最後飯店說不用付款時也沒有致歉，一大早的行程被浪費了一堆時間連一句道歉也沒有，餐點炒飯有螞蟻，好好的一天由這鳥事開始完全不推薦

是此次烏布之行最特殊的體驗。 先説缺點：和傳統酒店很不一樣，敞開式，會有蟲子（部分朋友可能不能接受）空調也不算給力，晚上阿勇河的聲音比較響，我住的cooper房型需要爬上爬下比較辛苦。 除此之外真的是太棒的體驗！叢林景觀，純天然泳池，竹子電梯，每一處都足夠特別（很出片），喜歡！！！😘😘

挺好的 適合度假 就是蟲子太多了

2 super schöne Nächte im Dschungel-Zelt mit 2 Kindern (6 und 8). Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und schön ausgestattet. Es wurden ausschließlich (wie im gesamten Hotel) naturbaustoffe verwendet. Abends war man den Tiergeräuschen und dem Fluss sehr nah, was wir sehr genossen haben. Mücken oder andere Tiere haben sich aber nicht in unsere lodge verirrt. Die den reisterassen nachempfunden naturbäder waren nicht nur beeindruckend sondern boten auch eine willkommene Abkühlung. Der Service war zuvorkommend. Wir haben beide Abende im Restaurant am Fluss gegessen. Es gab eine kleine Auswahl an local Food- Qualität war gut, wir waren zufrieden. Fazit: wunderschöner Spot für die Familie mit Abenteuer feeling,

Durchweg nettes Personal, sehr sauber, sehr guter Service und eine sehr tolle Anlage. Die natürlichen Pools direkt am Fluss sind sehr schön zum entspannen. Das kleine Restaurant direkt daneben versorgt einen mit Getränken und leckerem Essen oder Snacks. Beinahe alles ist mit lokalen Rohstoffen gemacht und darauf ausgelegt keinen Müll zu verursachen. Paradiesisch!!!

Wir hatten unvergessliche Tage in diesem Wunderschönen Resort mitten in der Natur. Der Service war stets tadellos und wir durften außerdem sehr gutes Essen genießen. Es war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis, die Architektur ist phänomenal, allein dafür lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt!

It’s hard to find the right words to describe this unique experience. Even after three nights, it’s difficult to express just how sad we are to leave Bambu Indah. The accommodations are nothing short of stunning—each bespoke, bamboo structure showcases creative architecture and inspiring design. We stayed in the Sumba house, a comfortable three-bedroom home that’s a bit secluded, which we loved. The entire place radiates positive energy and good vibes, especially by the river with its pure water pools. The service is impeccable, and the staff are incredibly kind and dedicated. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking peace, relaxation, and beautiful architecture. Well done to the whole staff and to the owners

What an absolute surprise when you enter through the humble entrance of this resort. It is beautiful, atmospheric and quaint. Both the swimming pool and spring fed pools are delight to swim and relax. Felt safe as a solo traveler despite lack of locks on doors. Food was delicious and attentive to sustainability and presentation. A special mention for the wonderful staff. You made my stay even more memorable. Thank you

Best Hotel in Ubud. It's a beautiful place, all the construction are made by bamboo, amazing architecture. We had a very good service at the pool and the bars. The nature around the hotel is just amazing, the natural pools are unreal, and the river is amazing. You can see all the rice fields around the hotel and the sunsets are just amazing!

Bambu Indah is a magic place! From entrance to the pools/Warung for lunch… it’s such a fabulous experience. The views, the interior, bamboo bridges, elevator, treehouses, the natural pools, the river…. We loved all. We only visited this place during the day, but I highly reconmend this place for visit, lunch, dinner and stay. Unique place!

The hotel is spectacular, staff super friendly . Our family stayed at River Bend house close to the river and Jambu house upstairs. Both rooms INCREDIBLE!! Bathroom in Jambu house with tree inside and swinging tube is insane . Bambu bridge and elevator inside the hill made each day walk for a breakfast like a little adventure for kids (and us as well). Thank you for everything.

This place was amazing! Beautiful scenery, wonderful and helpful staff. The bed was so comfortable. Overall, the resort was so relaxing. The natural spring pools were refreshing. We got massages and did the flower bath. It felt like 1st class. We would 100% stay here again!
