Beautiful surroundings, lovely poolside view, great helpful service. The hotel went above and beyond, upgrading us because it was our anniversary and giving us an anniversary gift too.  Very convenient for getting into Ubud too, just needed to ask and they arranged a car. Will definitely be returning here!

先説下唯一亮點：房間比較大，景色可以，兩面落地窗採光OK的 但是衞生真的一言難盡，床單三天才能換一次，説是環保考慮，如果乾凈就算了，一股人油味兒的枕頭，床單各種污漬，湊合住了一晚，然而我們按要求把牌子放在枕頭上，第二天依然沒有換床品，一千多一晚的酒店就這水準，住下來，峇裏島過千的酒店真的還不如國內的亞朵嘖嘖 房間WIFI也沒信號，就這還號稱數字遊民聚居地，網都沒有的怎麼遊，房間沒有，酒店站堂的WIFI信號也是時有時無 服務：就是説咱大包小包已經走到大堂台階下了，工作人員還在那裡注視你一動不動，checkin時候旁邊一個工作人員還目不轉睛盯着你一直看，怎麼沒見過中國人還是啥意思，及其無理無語就是了 位置是遠離烏布主城區的，去哪裡都要打車，峇裏島的交通你懂的，我們幾天都是租摩託所以位置不重要了 早餐衹有簡單的白人飯和印尼必備巨幹無比的炒飯炒麪，連點一份Omlet都要問你房間號，可能雞蛋已經算那邊珍饈了

Ich war das zweite Jahr in Folge hier. Das Greenfields-Team ist höflich, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Hotel sorgt dafür, dass Sie dort ankommen, wo Sie sein müssen, und dass Sie eine gute Zeit haben. Pool, Essen und Getränke waren super. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist kaum zu übertreffen!

Eine enttäuschende Erfahrung in diesem Hotel, nachdem ich in so vielen schönen Hotels auf Bali übernachtet habe. Wir reisten mit unserer 20-jährigen Tochter und dachten, wir würden unsere Reservierung auf zwei benachbarte Zimmer erweitern, bekamen aber stattdessen zwei nicht miteinander verbundene Zimmer (Bale Sukat-Zimmer), die beide vom Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer aus einen Blick auf einen der Swimmingpools hatten – mit praktisch keine Privatsphäre, es sei denn, die Vorhänge waren geschlossen. Das Hotel wird im Internet überverkauft – die Fotos der Zimmer und der Aussicht täuschen. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Blick auf die Reisfelder – aber unsere Terrasse blickte auf die Felder und den Parkplatz des Monkey Forest. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne mit nicht passendem Stecker und nur eine Handbrause. Das Frühstück bot eine Standardauswahl an westlichen und indonesischen Speisen. Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist der Shuttleservice, der die Gäste ins Zentrum von Ubud bringt und von dort wieder abholt. Dies ist kein Hotel, in dem ich in Ubud noch einmal übernachten würde.

Wir waren im Rahmen unserer Flitterwochen im Juni für ein paar Nächte in diesem Hotel. Alles an diesem Ort war erstaunlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hätte nicht hilfsbereiter sein können. Alle Einrichtungen, einschließlich des Pools, waren großartig und es war so friedlich, umgeben von den Reisfeldern. Wir kamen am ersten Abend ziemlich spät an und entschieden uns daher, im Hotel zu essen, und das Essen war hervorragend. Wir haben dann tatsächlich wieder dort gegessen, weil das Essen so gut war. Da wir gerade in den Flitterwochen waren, haben sie uns einen Kuchen gebacken, was eine nette Geste war, und unser Zimmer zu einer Suite aufgewertet, die sie dekoriert hatten. Wow, das Zimmer war fantastisch. Es war geräumig, komfortabel und sauber und hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Reisfelder. Es ist auch eine gute Lage und es gibt bis spät in die Nacht einen Shuttlebus von und nach Ubud, was großartig war.

Ich würde dieses Resort wirklich empfehlen. Der Service ist hervorragend. Wir kamen nach Mitternacht mit einem sehr freundlichen Empfang und einer erstaunlichen Dekoration des Bettes an. . Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, es gab alle Arten von Toilettenartikeln und mehr wie Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und Rasierprodukte. Überlieferung. Wie Obst auf dem Tisch, Snacks, ... . Wir hatten einen privaten Swimmingpool im Zimmer Die drei Engel. Mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Reisfelder. Außergewöhnlich. Gutes Essen und Frühstück. Es ist auch einfach, nach einem anstrengenden Tag im Hotel zu essen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.

First of all: watch out as there are two resorts called the same so it can cause mix up. Both seem fine but still: it would be good to change the name at least slightly. We had really good time is Green Fields, hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and with the great view of local rice terraces. Very good and relatively cheap food. We used hotel buggy to centre which is free and further the hotel driver which was also efficient and cheap. Super nice staff, we resigned from our last night as we wanted to spend some time in the beach hotel and Green Resort refunded us, in spite they did not have to.

It is a bit confusing but there are 2 locations with the name Green Field in Ubud . But having arrived at this one - we could not be more satisfied, Located of the main ( and very busy) road to Ubud centre . Build in an open resort style which it is quiet and secluded. The rooms with view of the rice fields are spacious and clean. Small issues such as a leaky faucet and missing laundry items were easily fixed - with an apology ( no need) and a smile . Because of the distance to the city centre we choose to dine in and were pleasantly suprised by the level of quality of the food and the service of the staff,

The hotel is very good, has serene environment and good taste in general. However it smells old and moldy. It has an awesome looking clawfoot bathtub however only the cold water works. All of this is sort of acceptable im comparisons to all the serene environments. The staff is also friendly. But for me the deal breaker is their dishonesty about the laundry bag. They didn’t say anything about the need to bring your own bag for your dirty laundry nor providing a disposable laundry bag like other hotels. When we checked out they said we had to pay Rp50,000 to use the laundry bag or returning it to them. ***??? I hate dishonesty and feeling cheated, I will not go back to this resort.

The whole vibe at the hotel was calm and relaxed, yet excellent and fast service. Food was very good, free mineral water. Big pool with unlimited towels. Within walking distance of Monkey forest and restaurants and shops. Very well located. Also have their own transport. Rooms was clean, neat and beautiful. Cleaned every day. Ketel, fridge available. Staff very friendly and helpfull. We loved our stay here, we would definitely come again. Thank you very much for making our stay in Ubud memorable.

We are at the hotel right now and I have to leave my opinion. Wi fi is too weak, it doesnt work well, wait minites so you can download one picture! Year is 2023 and it’s a shame the internet doesnt work properly. The water from the Shower doesnt have any pressure, it takes a long time to take a shower, it is a trickle of water. We complained, they were supposed ti come back today and fix it but they didnt. I wont come back!

Let me start with the positives. As in pretty much everywhere in Bali, the staff are courteous and greet you with warm welcoming smile. From the cleaners to the executive chef, it's obvious they take great pride in delivering the best experience they can for their guests. This hotel also offers lovely views onto lush rice terraces, which is a quintessential Ubud experience. Now onto the areas of improvement. If you ask me (and this is one person's opinion) the design of the rooms are in desperate need of an update. The overall style is a bit old fashioned for my liking, and there's a lingering sense that the whole place has seen better days. The furniture felt rather dated and worn out. The wifi was very weak in my room. The bathroom has calcium build up everywhere, and the water from the shower had a funky smell. And the room safe would not open after I programmed it (even though it's digital I had to use a key to open it). All these factors added up to a very mediocre stay at best. There are MANY beautiful resorts in and around Ubud that are comparable in price to Green Field. For my two cents, I think it's better to look elsewhere.
