However, we certainly did not expect just how incredibly untruthful and blindsided your review would be, and we have no choice but to expose what actually happened in this reply, although it will sound disgusting for your side. Firstly regarding the AC, you practically admitted yourself that you are not smart enough to operate something as simple as an AC unit. You cannot expect an AC to cool the room when you set the mode to Fan Mode, and all our manager had to do (By your own statement of "adjusting something") is simply change the mode to Cool Mode which took less than 10 second and the AC worked perfectly afterwards - might sound like magic to you but that is how ACs work. Second regarding the wet patch on the bed, you wrote in your review that it was our manager who told you that it was gecko urine - we can 100% confirm that our manager never suggested that, and it was actually yourself who insisted that it was gecko pee. Funnily enough, during your visit it was yourself who insisted it was gecko urine and now you've gone back saying it is caused by something else. Again, it is just ridiculous how your story is completely different from what actually happened. And here is the disgusting part. After you left the property, we finally had the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the room and we found absolutely zero traces of wetness on the ceiling of the room, which is the most common place for geckos to be present if any. We then initially thought that it was due to condensation like you said, however condensation would not have such a strong smell. This all points to the answer that something or rather someone purposely created the wet patch - not the gecko, not the condensation, but someone else who had the access to the room, and this all points to yourself who did all this. Fortunately we were quick enough to remove the duvet before the wet patch reached the mattress, and now both the duvet and mattress has been washed thoroughly. We were indeed fully booked out on your visit and therefore we had no other rooms to move you. For the record, your booking was indeed non-refundable which is an undisputable fact according to the policies that you agreed - you just need to read, understand and remember policies more carefully. And yet you are twisting the story further by saying that much arguing was required for the refund - it is funny how you did not mention the fact that in addition to the refund, you also demanded for an additional compensation of IDR 1 million for no legitimate reason - this is the part that required much explanation even though it made absolutely zero sense, which you eventually gave up with and you walked away with the full refund that we agreed at the first place.
