A quiet, serene location with great service. Rooms were clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom had a large bathtub in addition to a shower.

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. Recommended . 👍👍👍

Nice room

Неплохой отель, хороший бассейн, есть качели у пляжа, номер стандартый. В отеле ресторан с хорошими ценами, рядом есть небольшая деревня, но кафешки там специфические. Выход к морю есть, но купаться там возможности нет, сильные волны, пляжа естественно нет. Здание ресепшен на реставрации, шумные работы нам не мешали, было достаточно тихо. Нужно прокачать сервис в ресторане, так как девочки достаточно часто переспрашивали разные моменты, принесли не тот кофе (горячий вместо холодного, хотя спросили 2 раза), есть над чем поработать. В отеле есть фишки с выездом на вирджин бич, и на снорклинг (бесплатно).

無敵悠閑舒適，晚上還有舞蹈表演，景色絕美，工作人員特別熱情。人少，房間全部離海很近，晚上能看夕陽，早餐還能看到海豚。

Während unserer sechsmonatigen Reise durch Bali verbrachten wir 2 Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Wir hatten nach einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt beschlossen, dieses Hotel noch einmal zu besuchen, da es uns dort so gut gefallen hat. Wir hatten allerdings auch einen Oceanview Bumgalow, der allein durch seine Lage direkt beim Meer und seine Größe sehr beeindruckend war. Strand gibt es dort keinen mehr, aber die Meeresbrandung könnte nicht näher sein. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück und Kaffeespezialitäten kann man bis zu 3x nachbestellen. Es gab auf unserer Reise bisher nur ganz wenige Hotels, die KaffeespeziLitäten anboten, daher hierfür alleine schon ein großes Lob ! Die Bungalows sind modern ausgestattet, es gibt einen großen Pool und das Resort bietet einen complimentary Afternoon Tea an, welches wir sehr genossen. In der Umgebung gibt es leider nur wenige Restaurants usw., aber etwas zu Essen findet man auf jeden Fall. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und man fühlte sich in dieser Anlage wirklich sehr wohl. Wir haben unsere 3 Wochen dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall auch dorthin zurück kommen. Ein Vorschlag / Wunsch : ein kleines Gym wäre eine tolle Abrundung für dieses Resort und Platz gibt es dort genügend ! Ansonsten volle 5 Sterne !

I’m really disappointed with this resort. We arrived to see that the lobby is undergoing renovations to find out its major building additions that happen to be right next to our garden view villa. Although works was supposed to happen between 9am and 6pm, workers would start hammering around 7.30am. But on the worst afternoon, workers were using a rotary hammer drill for 4 hours non stop. Not acceptable. This shows the utter disrespect management has towards some of its guests. And then this morning the groundsman was using a 2 stroke line trimmer to cut the grass. The stench of exhaust fumes and the rattle of a two stroke engine was not pleasant. Maybe they have never heard of battery powered garden tools Overall management could have organised these renovations a lot better by maybe keeping the 3 or so villas impacted by the building works vacant for the duration. The resort itself isnt too bad but still falls down in a couple of areas. One of the barmen couldn’t make a cocktail to save his life and was impertinent when I asked to have the drink made again… and he didn’t. And one of the nasi goreng dishes we had was inedible. On the other hand we did have some great food. Different cook I was told. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, Nirwana Beach and Resort fell way short of our expectations. I do not recommend this resort to anyone while building works are in progress. There are better offerings in Candidasa

Located on the edge of Candidasa is this charming resort set amidst pretty gardens and lawns. We had a sea view room that was lovely and big verandah directly in front of the pool and out to the ocean. The rooms were kept very clean and any mention of an issue (our loo was playing up) was dealt with swiftly. If you look closely you’d see the rooms are getting a little tired with a few stained bench tops here and there, but nothing major. Super comfy beds and nice decor. Food in the restaurant was ok, not fabulous but service all round was attentive and kind. Great value, good location and terrific pool. I’d recommend this place.

The Nirwana is a small hotel at the Coast (no beach!) With few rooms /bungalows located in a wonderful garden. The rooms are very lovely. The restaurant is great, sea-facing, yummie food, very Kind nad friendly staff. I can really recommend the Nirwana!

Its stunning beautiful Resort, Shangri la with big waves comming in. High class resort all the way, great staff. Lovely bungalow, big, first good bed sleep Asia for two weeks. The breakfast fantastic great tasty, lovely made, friendly morning staff. Promise be back more days soon.

Absolutely love this place,rooms and views stunning Beds Perfect bathroom amazing Staff friendly and service perfect. Gardens beautiful no beach to swim in but close to great beaches Lovely pool and swing over water. Good place as part of a honeymoon or just relaxing. BBQ dinner offered ok, need to set up an hour before not when people arrive. I probably won’t try that again. But don’t let that put you off if’s convenient and live music. Easy to ride scooters around or a car if hiring, but note more trucks on the road in Candidas. Accomodation 3 min drive off main road very peaceful and relaxing. Close to 1. Virgin beach that I recommend for a half or all day relaxation relaxed snorkelling or swimming 30 min away cheap daybeds and massages or 2. The blue lagoon but go early it’s a busy area with boats and snorkelling also 30 mins away. Restaurants are hard to find in regards to good ones We did find an amazing little cafe in the end of our stay called the loaf great coffees breakfast and lunch we definitely will go back here And lunch at the Bloo Lagoon Cafe Restaurant amazing and view to die for Massage here highly recommend this place for food and massages perrrrfect

This resort is located in an idyllic setting, with beautiful manicured gardens & beachfront bungalows. The staff are excellent & very friendly. Our beachfront bungalow was perfect, with a large bath & very clean throughout. Whilst there’s no longer a beach to swim at, the pool is gorgeous. The town of Candi Dasa, with plenty of shops & restaurants is a short drive away.

Stayed at Nirwana for 6 nights to explore the east of Bali. The stay was perfect in every way. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I like how they clean your room while at breakfast. The gardens and pool area are really amazing with great views and you do get a sunset. There is no beach here but the pool area makes up for that. The restaurant served great food and there are so many choices for breakfast to meet your taste. There was also free afternoon tea serving small treats. All the staff were very friendly and provided great service. The setting is perfect however please note it’s a walk into Candidasa to explore other restaurants. Really happy we stayed here!!

This is not our first time to stay in hotel even 5 star or just simple hotel and We fully aware about check in and check out time. The guy in reception treat us SO RUDE like We never stay in Hotel or other hospitality property. He kept saying that We need to check out at 12 PM, He said once when We just arrived to look around the hotel. While checked in process He again mention twice. And the next day which is the day that We need to check out, We was thinking that maybe We will extend our stay and would like to upgrade to beach view since I really like the one of their room near pool and facing to the beach. After breakfast around 8.45 AM We passed the lobby and We have plan to go check fishing area 5 minutes from the hotel and again We met with the same guy and the most thing that We really upset is He approached us asked Where will go now and He even dare said like this “I would like to remind you that check out time is 12”, Sir, We go out 3 hours even more before check out time but you keep remind us. After We heard that We already fully decided to cancel our extend booking. This is not finished. 11.10 AM I arrived at lobby and He just said “Please let me know, if you ready” This is so rude. I hope management know how to train their staff how to better communication. Even if your room is back to back you need to train your staff how to deliver prover words and tray to upsell other room or provide other option. He should not keep telling customer like that and He need to learn more and find out more information. Other case, My Fiancé try to booking romantic dinner since We there to celebrate Valentine day and the guy in reception said We couldn’t booking because supposed to be 1 day before. He even didn’t try to call or asked the restaurant is it possible or no since that day is special day. He kept say can not. The funny thing is, When We asked to restaurant staff is it possible or no and They just said of course They can provide. So silly. We hope management can read this and take as learning lesson for the next.
