Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace Bewertungen

Meine Familie und ich hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. Wir hatten eine Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern, die groß genug war, damit die Kinder herumlaufen konnten. Leider konnten die Kinder nicht im Tauchbecken spielen, da das Wasser kalt war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und das Spielzentrum hatte eine gute Größe, um die Kinder zu beschäftigen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder nach Bali kommen.

Erstens ein sehr altmodisches Hotel. Die Schlange an der Rezeption war sehr lang und es dauerte etwa 10 Minuten, bis eine Person eingecheckt hatte. Es schien, als ob nicht genügend Personal vorhanden war. Der zweite Grund ist, dass die Reiseleiter in ihrer Lobby mit den umliegenden Geschäften nicht vertraut sind und nicht über die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sprechen können. Sie bitten Sie lediglich, zu ihrem Schwimmbad und Einkaufszentrum zu gehen. Der dritte Grund ist, dass das Spa fast immer voll ist und man keine Nummer bekommt. Viertens werden sämtliche Toilettenartikel nur auf Anfrage ausgegeben. Viele Mitarbeiter sind faul. Dies ist mein Vergleich mit anderen Hotels, in denen ich übernachtet habe. Insgesamt....wirklich sehr gewöhnlich und altmodisch

The place is great and the staff are very helpful  A incident happened during check in, I was told that my booking has been cancelled, I was in shock and with my children, we waited for the staff from trip.com to confirm what happened. I am still waiting for the reply from trip.com to find out the reason behind this miscommunication. Overall staff from trip.com and the hotel are very helpful, besides the misunderstanding of my cancellation, everything was good. I hope that this would not happen again and I would use it again in the future.

Everything was perfect. The facilities are beyond my expectation. The foods also delicious.

This is the property to stay in when holidaying with a big family as their two bedroom apartments are great

We just returned from a stay at Bali Terrace Marriott Vacation Club, and I must say—it didn’t disappoint. As a family travelling with young children (and bringing along another family-friend group), space and comfort are often hard to come by. But here, our apartment was generously sized and well laid out, easily accommodating all 7 of us without ever feeling cramped. With little ones in tow, that sense of ease makes all the difference. We could gather for breakfast or wind down together over supper—a rare luxury for families holidaying in a group. The grounds are beautifully kept and peaceful. We genuinely could have stayed in all day and still felt like we were on holiday, with the many free in-resort experiences offered. The kids especially loved the Kids Club and swimming pools—so much so that they’ve already asked when we can return. The buggy service deserves special mention. It was consistently prompt—something that stood out especially when we compared it to our previous stay at their Phuket counterpart. The free shuttle service to the surrounding areas was also a thoughtful touch. And food-wise, the on-site restaurants offered well-priced, decent options, which made it easy for us to dine in when needed. That said, the only thing that fell short of expectations was the housekeeping. There were a few misses: our countertop wasn’t cleaned properly after breakfast, the paper towel dispenser wasn’t refilled, and the hair dryer was left out instead of being coiled and stored neatly. These may sound minor, but when you’re staying at a property under the Marriott name—especially one that otherwise hits all the right notes—you notice these things. Still, it’s a truly fantastic destination for young families, with helpful and friendly staff and a well-thought-out guest experience. I look forward to returning, and I hope to see the final polish in housekeeping that would make an already great stay exceptional.

We’re currently enjoying the most relaxing and rejuvenating stay at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, and it’s fair to say this resort is something truly special. The setting is tranquil, the accommodation immaculate, and the atmosphere throughout is warm and welcoming—everything you could want from a luxury escape. While the entire team here is outstanding, I want to give a huge shoutout to three exceptional pool bar staff: Budi, Bemo, and Desu. These three are simply fantastic—friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile with genuine warmth and care. Whether it’s a perfectly mixed drink, a thoughtful conversation, or just a big smile at the right moment, they’ve made our days by the pool an absolute pleasure. They’re a credit to the resort and to the Marriott brand. Also, if you’re planning any excursions while you’re here, look no further than Verry from Forever Vacation. He’s knowledgeable, reliable, and goes above and beyond to make every experience memorable. From cultural sights to hidden gems, you’re in the best hands with Verry. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-quality escape with world-class service, you won’t do better than this. We’re already planning our return.
