This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Großer Preis für Geld mit allem, was wir für eine Woche dauern müssen, während wir arbeiten und genießen die Sonne! Highlights: - geräumiges Zimmer mit arbeiten - Personal waren erstaunlich. Insbesondere der Koch Ferri Andre im Backstage Restaurant (Entschuldigung, Unsicherheit beim Sprechen). Er war erstaunlich, dass er jeden Tag Vegan-Möglichkeiten für Frühstück bietet, die sicherstellen, dass wir alles haben, was wir wollten, während er persönlich zu uns kam und das Essen lieferte. - Julio, der Mitarbeiter des Marriott Urlaubsclubs, war sehr hilfreich und organisierte unsere komplimentäre Spa-Behandlung. - Großes Spa mit angenehmem holistischem Massage für 60 Minuten - Lap Pool war eine schöne Ausstattung sowie ein großes Fitnesscenter - Shuttle zu Bali Collection (Shops) & der Strand war bequem. Bereiche der Verbesserung: - Hauptpool war gelegentlich zu laut. Als sie den großen Sprecher auf hatten, konnte das überall im Resort gehört werden und war übermacht. Wenn an den anderen Pools, gab es dann 2 Quellen von Musik, die hörbar waren, was nicht ideal war. - Unser Zimmer wurde als 'Sea view' beschrieben, das wie Sie aus dem Bild sehen können ist eine echte Strecke ... - Obwohl die Kochen super hilfreich waren, ist es nicht groß für Vegans. Tierprodukte in den meisten Artikeln, die Sie nicht erwarten würden (Brötchen/Pasta usw.). Das schien etwas unnötig. - Der Strand der Renaissance ist nicht großartig. Ich würde es anstatt zu 'Canna Bali' empfehlen.

Älteres Hotel, insgesamt aber gut gepflegt und sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und professionell, auch das Frühstück ist super! Nicht gefallen hat uns aber der Lärm, es war durchgehend ziemlich laut im Hotel, tagsüber waren es laute Menschen, abends die Live-Musik an der Bar bis 22 Uhr, nachts haben die ganze Zeit die Hunde gebellt. Trotzdem ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, es muss aber unbedingt nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt werden!

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und riechen gut. Jeden Tag im Make-up-Raum. Lage in der Nähe von überall. Das Frühstück ist recht gut. Nur ist es für Kinder noch nicht verfügbar. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich zufrieden

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Nice hotel, nice food, first time to Bali so can’t say if food and drinks were well priced, felt like drinks we a bit overpriced. Service was really good for the first couple days then dropped off dramatically. Was very few visits from staff asking if we wanted drinks and food, and the wait times for delivery were as long as 20mins for drinks for the pool side service. Was a bit far from Seminyak square for us and cost 60,000IDR per taxi ride so 120,000 round trip every time you went out. Would likely look elsewhere next time

Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr aufmerksam und legen Wert darauf, die Gäste sehr herzlich zu behandeln, immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Straßen, in denen viele traditionelle balinesische Artikel, darunter auch Kleidung, verkauft werden, und in der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen. Der Aufenthalt im Hard Rock Hotel Bali hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt und ist eine hervorragende Option für alle, die einen qualitativ hochwertigen und ruhigen Aufenthalt auf Bali wünschen, auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, wie es bei uns der Fall war. Dripz Kaffee unter dem tatsächlichen Eden Hotel bietet großartige Kaffee plus Mahlzeiten, Snacks usw. freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal!! Wir haben viele Frühstück im Eden Hotel - sehr schön und großartig!! Wir hatten amerikanisches Frühstück, und es gibt auch eine Option für ein Frühstücksbuffet. Recommended hotel located at strategic location at the center of Seminyak area Junior Suite of Kamaniiya is so spacious and feels like home! Has a sofa that could be lay down as an extra bed. Friendly staff and good hospitality. The gym is comfy and have almost all the basic equipments. Tasty food and great stuff, very good atmosphere! And clean swimming pool. Great location, near many nice restaurants. I had a great time here. Worth it place for every penny you spend!
