This lovely two story Northwoods Tuckaway four bedroom cabin was designed for our large family. Located just outside the city sitting on beautiful bass lake. It gives you the best of both worlds, a quiet peaceful setting, within minutes of shopping. It will sleep 12 comfortably, has a fully equipped beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher and large antique oak thrashers table. A large cathedral living area with extended deck overlooking the lake. There are fireplaces on both levels, 1 smart TV upstairs,, 1 TV for videos downstairs, lower level has a recreational room and screened in porch. Outdoors we have a playground, row boat, electric motor boat, canoe, paddle boat, 4 kayaks, floating swimming dock and fire pit at no extra charge. There is a gentle sloping sand beach with a walk out pier. We take pride in keeping our property clean and our equipment up to date and functional. The swivel chairs are a perfect spot to sit by the large window overlooking the lake: it truly is a beautiful view!The shoreline is described by many as the best fishing spot on this 544-acre lake. Pan fish are easily caught right off the dock. Muskie and bass are also frequently caught right out in front of the unit. The lake is fully recreational and has plenty of crappies, perch, walleyes, and northern pike. There is a newly-remodeled, heated fish cleaning house for you to use after a successful day of fishing!Connect to the famous Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail and the St. Germain ATV Club Trail at the end of our private road. We also provide direct access to the lake in the winter for snowmobilers. There is plenty of parking space to accommodate your trailers, too.The St. Germain area is located halfway between Eagle River and Minocqua and is known for its many summer and winter activities. An immaculate 18-hole golf course is located nearby along with another 9-hole course and a par-3 course. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled home is located on a small bay of Little Arbor Vitae Lake. The lake is 480 acres and offers lots of room for boating, skiing and great fishing. It is right on the lake. You have your own pier and a campfire pit with 120 feet of fisherman's frontage. It is a great location for enjoying all that northern Wisconsin has to offer. The large deck area is a great place to soak up some sun and enjoy the beautiful lake view.The well appointed home features an open concept kitchen/dining and living area with a cozy electric fireplace. We have 1 king size bed on the first floor. Downstairs there are 2 queen size beds.
