"We needed a room last minute so it was an easy place to stay. Big mistake. It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. The floors hadn't been mopped in months. There were dead bugs smashed on the walls. Duct tape holding the curtains together. I waited until I came home from the weekend to shower because I was probably cleaner than I would have been taking a shower in their rusty/moldy shower. And forget about security because the doors with key card only access are left unlocked throughout the building all night. The parking lot is insane because the lines are so light that you can't see them at night, so everyone is parked everywhere. Just demolish this place and rebuild it. "

"Came for cranberry fest. It was a nice resort. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. I really only had 1 issue which was not big but still didn’t set well. They were replacing the parking lot Monday morning around 7:30 or so. Totally fine, however when I checked in on Friday there was no mention of this. I even mentioned to the person at the front desk we would have a trailer Sunday night into Monday. Stopped by front desk Sunday morning and they didn’t mention anything. If it hadn’t been for my husband up early Monday to walk we would have been stuck. They were spraying in the lot right next to our truck and trailer and had it all blocked off. Finally we said something and they said oh yeah you have to move it. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Had to make several trips and walk all the way around up by the road to the back side and down to get our luggage out. Needed to have signs, sherbet check in or even put on peoples room doors the day prior."

"We rented the deluxe 3 bedroom cabin, which is a great unit. When we arrived the cabin was 50 degrees as they did not turn on the heat prior to our arrival. It took over 4 hours to get up to where we were not huddled in blankets. The bathrooms and floors were not clean, the mattresses and pillows are very hard, so hard my son opted to sleep on the futon since it was more comfortable. There is absolutly NOTHING in the kitchen except dishes. They said it was fully stocked with everything we would need, but not even a packet of salt and pepper so bring EVERYTHING if you come. The website says two large fireplaces, but only one is working, and there is nice game room with a poker table but no cards. I tried letting the owners know but got zero response."
