The driveway goes to the front door. The cabin features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with adjacent dining room, a great room upstairs, and a cozy family room in the lower level. The kitchen, great room, and dining room are open for comfort and convenience. Both the upstairs great room and the lower level family room provide great gathering spots with large windows that bring in the sun and make it easy to view the mountains and wildlife.The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, and pans. A propane grill on the deck is available for outdoor grilling. All you need to bring is your food. The washer and dryer are provided with laundry soap and softener sheets. The towels and bedding are washed on high temperatures. The outdoor deck provides an exquisite daytime view of Pike’s Peak and clear nighttime view of the solar system. Renting constitutes agreement.-Maximum capacity is 6 total, no more than 4 adults (13 and older), exceptions are per owner agreement before booking. Additions are $50/night and may be asked to terminate the rental depending on the situation. Please respect the owner's request on numbers of adults. The property is on a septic and well; and it is not designed to host a lot of people.-No children under the age of 13 allowed in the Hot Tub. Hot tub is Adult only.
