Descend up the private drive, at the top you're tucked away in the secluded backyard, which houses the covered hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day full of activities, a back patio, and the parking area.
Unload, and take a breath of fresh, crisp, mountain air before using your personal code to access the home.
Upon entering the house you’ll step into the mud room, where you can find the washer and dryer immediately through, you enter into the kitchen which is generously stocked with everything you need to cook full meals! The kitchen flows openly to the bright and welcoming dining room where you can find a table with seating for 4, additional bar seating located at in the island, from the dining room you’ll enter the living room, which offers comfortable and spacious seating for the entire group to gather.
Off of the living room, you can find the first of the three themed rooms, our casino suit furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, and TV. At the end of the hall, our bear den suit sits, also furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, and TV.
Accompanied by a master bath, housing a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, and double vanity.
Down the hall to the left, you’ll find the third and final of the themed rooms, our mining themed room, furnished with 2 twin size beds, and a small closet. Directly across the hall, you’ll find the second bath, offering a shower/tub combo.
Out the front door your at the second of our outdoor areas, a perfect area to sit on the swing and watch traffic pass from a distance while enjoying your morning cup of coffee! Around the house, you’ll find the porch, furnished with plenty of outdoor seating, and a grill.
The house sits on almost 10 acres and has thousands of acres of BML land behind it leaving endless land to explore just outside your door!
There is not another house in sight! It’s surrounded with trees and mountains. If you look closely you may see the family of mountain goats that live on the mountain directly behind the house! The driveway is right off of a county maintained road so access is easy!

Spacious 2 story living environment that sleeps 13+ with a large deck, stunning views of the stars and a wood burning fireplace..
The Chalet is 2700 square feet and is only 3 years old. It has 700 sqft of decks. It provides 1 King master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 queen sofa sleepers, 4 bunk beds and a twin single bed. The chalet sleeps 12 or more.
Guests will have access to the main floor and upper floor. There is no access to the garage or upper floor office. Check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 10:00. The hosts will be staying on the property and will be available for guests. Hosts honor guests’ privacy, so you may see them on the property feeding the animals, or outside on occasion, but they are available for anything you may need anytime, just give them a call. Other than that, you will have total privacy.
Guest has access to 10-20 acres on the ranch to explore. If hiking around the ranch place be aware of the fact, that there are holes dug out from animals, and guest needs to be sure to wear suitable shoes. Guest also needs to be aware that this is Colorado, we have wildlife, like Elk, deer, large prey birds and bear so take care with small pets and children at night or unattended.

There are four bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Both bathrooms feature a shower, and we provide all the linens and towels you'll need during your stay.
Outside, there is a large deck where you can relax and soak up the sun, as well as a BBQ grill for cooking up some delicious meals. You'll also have access to a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with friends and family.
There is also a private hot tub in the back yard thats perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring.
We're located just a short drive from several hiking trails and outdoor activities, so you can easily explore the natural beauty of the area. And if you're looking for a little more excitement, the nearby town offers plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Being only 50 minutes from Colorado Springs to the east you are open to endless choices. Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs, Santas workshop as well as the beautiful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Canon City to your south and the Royal Gorge are only 45 minutes away, there you have the chance to enjoy the world famous Royal Gorge bridge, as well as seek the adventurous white water rafting that is near by, lots of fun begins in the royal gorge region. Rock Rest Eco-Cabin was built by the owners in 2018. It is thoughtfully designed with modern lines and rustic textures. Lots of special features. The bedroom has a queen bed and a suspended bunk bed. The back balcony overlooks the valley with farmland beneath the Pikes Peak mountain range. The bathroom is a perfectly clean and efficient space. The shower has a unique stainless steel surround with a polished river rock mosaic floor. With our new water well and tankless water heater you can always have a long hot shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal. The appliances are stainless steel and the counters are custom made with inlaid polished stone and fossils. The living room has a custom built twin XL daybed. A Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth sound bar, HD DVD player, industrial and rustic furniture. The HUGE Sliding glass door addresses the large deck with a twin XL swing and the beautiful forest and meadow where the deer frequently graze.
