Home is nestled in a quiet cove of Lake Hamilton. Sits at the mouth of Hot Springs Creek. Drive your boat up to a private dock, tie up, and walk straight up the lighted, flagstone stairs to your vacation getaway! No worries about your boat getting beat up from all the boat traffic since the cove is calm and only about 10 minutes to the main channel by boat. Home is over 3000 sqft and was built 2003 and will not disappoint. Drive the winding road to the home which seems a million miles away from the city but is only one mile from Central Avenue and Super Walmart; a nice convenience. If you are concerned about location; no worries this is perfect. Hot Springs Mall is one direction and Oaklawn Horse Race Track/Year Round Casino (3.1 miles), Downtown and Bath Row Houses are the other direction.
