Unsere Gruppe von 9 genossen hervorragende Gastfreundschaft, Service und Unterkünfte in diesem zentralen Hotel. Das Personal war mehrsprachig, höflich und gedanklich. Würde dieses Familienhotel sehr empfehlen. Wir hoffen, wieder zurückzukehren.

Oh my goodness, this was beyond what I was expecting! What a beautiful experience staying in an authentic Trulli. Ours was No 59 down its own little side street just off the main drag. I felt like I had stepped back in time, but with just the right amount of modern touches to make your stay comfortable. Our host Francesco was so helpful in recommending our experience, and an excellent choice of restaurant for dinner at La Cantina, we even saw him giving guided tours around the village. Breakfast was in the wine bar, next to the check in area and was enough to set you up for the day. The photos you see of Alberobello just don't do it justice, you HAVE to come to experience it yourself. An amazing overnight experience..... thank you Francesco.

This boutique hotel is really very special. As others have said, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and with beautiful balconies overlooking the local Trullis. The hotel is beautifully styled, and continental breakfast was great too. But it’s the service that made Palazzo Scotto really stand out. Valerio, the general factotum, welcomed us to his hotel and to Alberobello warmly and with great style. He offered local history, recommendations and was very charming. After dinner at a local restaurant we came back to Scotto for drinks to find Matthew, a great young pianist, entertaining the diners at the hotel. What’s more, Valerio appeared again, this time to croon beside the piano. He’s a very good singer and they had a varied repertoire which built a fantastic atmosphere. Definitely the most memorable evening we spent in Puglia. The team at this hotel pull out all the stops. Highly recommend.

Ausstattung ist sehr gehoben. Gute Betten. großzügige Zimmer. Leider lässt sich die Temperatur der Klimaanlage nicht selbstständig verstellen. Das ist nur durch das Personal möglich. Ist dadurch etwas schwierig die richtige Zimmertemperatur zu finden. Restaurant bietet gehobene (dadurch teure) Küche. Durch die einsame Lage ist man auf das Restaurant angewiesen. Im Restaurant leider etwas Hallenatmosphäre. Personal aber sehr freundlich. Pool vorhanden, Leihgebühr für Badetücher. Dusche am Pool kostet leider auch extra. Sehr große Anlage. Hotel wird auch von Busreisen angefahren

Our stay in Alberobello, apart from the absolutely cute village that it is, was straight out of a pinterest doll house. It was so beautifully and aesthetically done, that at first we just stared at everything in awe. We didn’t even feel like touching and disturbing the amazingly delicate and wonderful room. It was a trullo, the special type of houses in the region, and we felt like we were two small children living inside a fairy tale house. The trullo was at a little distance from the office of the people who run these Airbnb like properties all over the village. There were no cars allowed inside the village. So we did have to carry our luggage for a bit. We arrived quite late in the office, but Leonardo, the manager was patiently waiting for us to guide us to our trullo. The apartment had a separate living room, a bed room, a small kitchenette and a washroom. It was very well stocked with cookies, coffee and other savories. One of the best advice that we received, Leonardo told us to walk around the village/town at early morning. True to his words, it was the best. The lanes were empty, an occasional cat here and there, very few people and the top of the trulli brilliantly lit up by the rising sun. Thank you Leonardo for this and the entire team who run these apartments. Our check out was pretty smooth but with a pleasant surprise. As a parting gift, we were presented with a beautiful ceramic showpiece and a letter of thanks. The showpiece stands pretty on a shelf in my house and whenever I see it, I remember Alberobello. This was definitely the cherry on top. Such a gesture- lovely.

Trullo tenuto in ottime condizioni, pulito, ordinato e davvero in una ottima posizione. Lo consigliamo tantissimo e ritorneremo super volentieri.

The most beautiful trullo in Alberobello. Charming, luxurious and elegant. The right place to stay in the center of the wonderful Alberobello. Our trullo suite was perfect, cared with attention and dedication to each single detail, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast served privately on the veranda is fresh and also very rich. There is also a common terrace with a breathtaking view of the trullis, where you can relax in the sdraios. In order to maintain a romantic atmosphere in total relax, the entrance to the resort is not allowed to tourists who many stop to photograph this beautiful area. The staff is very polite, friendly, professional and welcoming. It was a fairy tale stay. I strongly recommend choosing Romantic Trulli!!!

Wir waren für eine kurze Pause in Puglia, wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel mit der Halbpension, die wir nicht genießen konnten, weil der Abend vor der Ankunft uns angerufen, um uns zu sagen, dass es nicht mehr möglich war, die Der Junge der Rezeption ist immer noch bereit, wenn wir ankommen, um uns in den Einrichtungen, die sie kennen, zu empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft nimmt uns eine Frau entgegen, die uns keine Erklärungen über das Ereignis gibt, aber nichts macht, es geht auf uns, sie bringt uns ins Zimmer und tut ihnen Leid. Zimmer auf der Erde mit einem Fenster auf der öffentlichen Straße, das es dir nicht erlaubte, dich zu ändern, wenn du nicht nur Licht anzeigst, weil du nur dunkle Träger vorliegst, also auch am Nachmittag, wenn du auf dem Bett bleibst, du warst gezwungen, in die ganze Dunkelheit zu ziehen oder dich zu zeigen. Für die Parkpassagiere. Das Bad ist auch nicht, Null Fenster Null Luft-Recycling und Badewanne mit einem Tente Film-Stil Horror und Skull in Sicht. Wiederholen Sie die Träger anstelle des Schranks. Wir fordern eine mögliche Erhöhung zu zahlen, aber die Frau antwortet, dass es nicht möglich war, unser war der letzte Check in,(15:20, als wir erzählten, dass der Start Check in 15:...). Einzig bekannte OK Frühstück und Nähe zum Zentrum. Aber von einem 4-Sterne-Stern erwarten Sie viel mehr, auch ein Wort von der Mitarbeiter(ein einfaches geht alles gut). Daher wählen die Leute dann die üblichen Hotelketten. Die Standards sind mindestens 4 Sterne. Es tut mir leid, eine wahrscheinlich vertrauten Struktur negativ zu bewerten, aber Sie erwarten mehr als die Wärme, die hier nicht wirklich gefunden wird.
