Dies ist eine intime 5-room Einrichtung, die sich in der Nähe der Straßen der Altstadt befindet, so dass Autos nicht an der Tür treten können. Einfach genug, um einen Shuttlebus für EUR 8 vom Flughafen zum Busstation am Hafen zu fangen, von dem Sie von einem Makarun Mitarbeiter treffen und Ihnen mit Ihrem Gepäck zum Hotel helfen, ein 10-minute Spaziergang entfernt. Das Frühstück ist eine La carte, wie für ein solches kleines Betrieb erwartet werden, das 3 Kurse umfasst - Pasta/Toast, Eier Ihrer Wahl mit kalten Schnittstellen und ein Dessert, ergänzt durch Teekaffee und/oder Saft. Das Lebensmittel war in Bezug auf Menge und Qualität mehr als ausreichend. Mein Zimmer war bequem genug, obwohl 2 Fragen bemerkbar waren: * Statt eines flachen Baumwollbettblätters, gab es ein befestigtes Blätter aus dem, was aus dem Gerste aussah, und sah mehr wie ein Matratzenschutzer.Dies wurde pillen und grob, im Gegensatz zu dem weit glatteren Baumwoll-Quilt-Beschichtung. Als ich das hier an die Mitarbeiter brachte, erklärten sie, dass es für das Hotel Standard ist. Obwohl es die Qualität meines Schlafes nicht beeinflusste, war die Brust des Blatts nicht ganz angenehm * In der Badezimmer wurde die Dusche an der Taille hoch angebracht, so musste man entweder die Dusche in einer Hand halten, oder, wenn es eine Notwendigkeit, beide Hände zu waschen, dann müsste man unter der Dusche setzen, während es in seinem Besitzer war. Nicht besonders bequem. Insgesamt ein komfortables Aufenthalt in einer bequemen Lage, verbessert von der freundlichen und anspruchsvollen Ivan und Mario.

Ich war von diesem Hotel sehr begeistert! Das Zimmer war sauber und neu. Es hatte die perfekte Lage mit der besten Aussicht auf Split und man kann die Altstadt/Burg in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am schönen Meer entlang erreichen. Das Frühstück hat mich wirklich begeistert. Der Hotelservice war auch sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage wurde mir ein später Check-out um 13 Uhr gewährt :) Ich kann dieses Hotel Besuchern von Split wärmstens empfehlen!

I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!

I had a fantastic stay! The property was super easy to find using Google Maps, and the receptionist was kind and very helpful right from the start. My room was spacious, clean, and looked exactly like the photos — no surprises. Bonus: the TV has Netflix! The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet. I could occasionally hear other guests closing their doors, but otherwise it was very calm. It’s about a 12–15 minute walk to the Old Town, which made it easy to explore while still being able to come back to a quiet, relaxing space. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

We were so happy to stay in this lovely apartment. It was beautifully decorated and had such a charming atmosphere. Although it's located a little uphill from the Old Town, the location was excellent. The shower room was spotless, and the apartment was equipped with air conditioning, so we were able to sleep comfortably at night. On the day of our arrival, we ended up checking in a little later than planned because our flight was delayed. We let the host know, and they replied very quickly, which gave us great peace of mind. If we ever visit Split again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality!

Excellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

Pro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up. Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages. (2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to. (3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times. (4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos. (5) There is no lift at the property. We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.

Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Die einzige Beschwerde ist, dass der Pool bis 9 ist geöffnet und auf der Website ist angegeben, dass es bis 10. Žnjan jetzt erscheint phänomenal und Sie nicht einmal brauchen weiter zu gehen.

The room was clean and well prepared. The location is pretty good if you don’t mind walking a bit. All in all I would recommend this hotel if you plan to explore the city by foot.

Tolle Lage, der Ausblick war fantastisch und das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet! - Das Personal war sehr abwesend und man braucht einen Schlüssel, um ins Hotel und aufs Zimmer zu kommen. Wir haben unseren Schlüssel im Zimmer vergessen und das nach dem Abendessen gegen 23 Uhr bemerkt. Obwohl das Personal bis 3 Uhr morgens im Hotel sein sollte, war niemand da. Wir konnten nur telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen, aber da wir Kanadier sind, hatten wir kein funktionierendes Telefon. Wir hätten fast draußen geschlafen. Das benachbarte Restaurant half uns. - Das Personal sollte um 7 Uhr morgens wieder anfangen; wir gingen um 8 Uhr ohne auszuchecken, da wieder niemand da war. - Meiner Tochter wurden die EarPods in unserem Zimmer gestohlen. Wir konnten sie mit der Apple-App orten und genau sehen, wo sie waren. Wieder war überhaupt kein Personal im Hotel, das ihnen hätte sagen können, dass die Reinigungskraft sie gestohlen hatte. (Wir sind 100 % SICHER, dass sie gestohlen wurden, da sie das Zimmer nicht verlassen haben. Wir haben nie elektronische Geräte irgendwohin mitgenommen und der Ort, an dem sie sich befanden, war 7 km vom Hotel entfernt, wo wir noch nie gewesen waren. - Sie bieten einen Dampfservice an. Ich wollte ihn nutzen, aber sie sagten mir, es würde eine Woche dauern, meine Kleidung zurückzubekommen. Wir waren 4 Tage dort. Das Personal bot mir an, mir einen Dampfglätter aufs Zimmer zu bringen, damit ich es selbst machen könnte. Sie brachten ihn nie… - Es gab eine wunderschöne Terrasse im 4. Stock, aber davon erfuhren wir erst an unserem letzten Abend. - Wir wollten an den Strand und das Personal sagte, es sei ein 45-minütiger Spaziergang und das sei die einzige Möglichkeit. Wir gingen zu Fuß. Als wir endlich dort ankamen, hätten wir für 3 Euro einen Trolley nehmen können … Den nahmen wir für den Rückweg. -
