Staying here felt like being welcomed into the home of a deeply cultured family. The décor is a beautiful, personal curation: art and personal book collection, vintage porcelain, silk cushions, and carefully chosen artworks. Nothing feels excessive or staged. Every object has intention behind it — a celadon vase here, a bronze figurine there — and yet the overall feeling is one of warmth and ease, not a museum. The rooms are serene, the linens impeccable, and the little touches — embroidered pillow slips, a hand-painted watercolour above the bed — speak of a host who genuinely cares. The lady boss is a gracious and soft spoken lady. She offers just the right amount of company and showed us the warmth of Gongtan residents through her actions and food. This is not just a place to sleep. It is a place that stays with you.

We had a wonderful stay at Ancient Town Manshi.Xiaoqi B&B. Perfect location!! The highlight of our experience was definitely the warm hospitality from the lovely young couple who run the place—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We booked both the family room and the 3-bedroom suite, and were very pleased with the comfort and space. The balconies offered absolutely stunning views, making it a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The shower facilities were also excellent—modern, clean, and very enjoyable hot shower after a day out. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was the host personally picking us up from the carpark and guiding us to the accommodation, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. They also kindly provided breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. And of course, the adorable cats around the property added an extra charm to the stay! Overall, we highly recommend this B&B for its beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality. We would gladly return again.

Umwelt: Die Leute sind am Rande der Wolke, es bedarf einer kleinen Treppe, ein kleiner Hof umgeben von rund um die Seite, viele Blumen angebaut, auch altens gepflegt, gut eingerichtet. Tatsächlich hat ein Gast vor dem Zimmer des Volksgebirges einen Teil der Sicht, aber weil auf der Halbinsel noch die Landschaft einiger alter Städte gesehen werden kann, ist die Landschaft gut! Es gibt eine große Plattform vor dem Volkswagen, die auf der großen Plattform zu gehen und die Landschaft zu sehen ist sehr gut! Anlagen: Holzzimmer, aber die Fensterschirme sind nicht so hell und können Augenbrauen tragen, wenn sie Licht empfindlich sind. Das Toiletteschrank scheint neu zu sein, sehr sauber und neu, scheint sehr gesund, trocken getrennt und lobenswert. Dienst: Der Boss war sehr enthusiastisch und half mir sehr. Es regnete, als er ging, und ich habe auch einen Regenmantel.

Probably the best hotel in the area of the old town. Near to food areas. In the night, this stretch of street is lighted as compared to the lower parts of gongtan. However to walk down towards the river is abit of a distance.

Das Wohnzimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Innendesign war schön und gemütlich, wodurch unser Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel war. Es gab auch einen Aufzug, der es sehr bequem machte. Von dem Balkon können wir einen schönen Blick auf den See genießen, und die Landschaft am Morgen war besonders erstaunlich. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und bedenklich. Sie führte sogar unsere Gruppe von 8 in die alte Stadt zum Abendessen und kam nach 11:00 Uhr zurück, um uns zu holen. Wir schätzen wirklich ihre freundliche und hervorragende Service. Das Frühstück war auch lecker, und sie gab uns freundlich zwei zusätzliche Portionen.

**龔灘古鎮序風緣入住體驗：邂逅詩意棲居，遇見情懷主人** 在龔灘古鎮的序風院我真正體會到了“慢生活”的魅力。民宿依山傍水，屋外便是烏江的瀲灧波光與層層疊疊的吊腳樓，彷彿住進了一幅水墨畫中。 **環境：優雅別緻，處處見匠心** 序風院由老宅改造而成，既保留了土家族傳統建築的木質結構、青瓦飛檐，又融入了現代設計的簡約與舒適。庭院裏綠植錯落，一盆盆多肉與古樸的石板路相映成趣；房間內的原木傢俱、手織布藝和暖黃的燈光，細節中透露着主人的用心。最愛最上面兩個房間外面各自帶有露台，清晨看薄霧繚繞，夜晚聽江水輕吟，恍惚間有種與世隔絕的寧靜。 **主人：有情懷的在地文化守護者** 田老闆是位温文爾雅的中年人，以前是一位美術老師，因厭倦世俗而隱於自己家的老宅子過着愜意的生活。言談間能感受到他對龔灘古鎮的深厚感情，以及對自己生活的憧憬。當然也有對自己的序風院的未來規劃。不由得讓人心生敬佩，讓你也想參與到這裏。老闆的太太也是位老師，從未離開過這裏。她為我們沏一壺本地老鷹茶，和你聊古鎮的歷史跟人文，晚上也會有鄰居上門品茗聊天，無不透漏着這裏的質樸與美好。聽他們説著為了修復這棟老屋付出的種種，這種對文化的尊重與傳承，讓住宿體驗多了幾分温度。 **後記：** 如果厭倦了千篇一律的酒店，不妨來這裏小住。它不衹是一處歇腳地，更是一段關於時光、情懷與山水的記憶。想對老闆和老闆娘説：“下次我還會回來，龔灘是我們共同的家。”——這樣的院子，這樣的老闆、這樣的序風院，值得我們專程再來。

淡季的古城有些冷清，客棧也沒什麼客人。晚上到達後餐飲可選不多，去吃了客棧推薦的魚，不算踩雷。 客棧在古城北門旁，自駕可沿古城外的街道一直往裡走，停在街邊再步行上台階。北門外應該能停車，到客棧很方便，但我們去時北門外在修繕，似乎不能停車。 客房設施還行，符合客棧定位，乾淨衞生。早餐是老闆娘給煮的麪條，還行。

Wir sind von der alten Stadt von der Wang Beach, die wir mit dem Boot von Wang Foot erreichen, und wir können die Gäste sehen, wenn wir das Boot abfahren. Ich habe den Boss im Voraus kontaktiert. Der Boss hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Da wir ein besseres Zimmer im Stock bestellt haben, hat der Boss uns mit dem Fahrstuhl vom Südport Touristenzentrum gefahren. Die Gästezimmer sind gut angeordnet. Das Zimmer ist groß, ein eigenes Balkon, und der Abend ist gut zu trinken.

Nos sentimos muy contentas con el trato que hemos recibido en este hotel. Desde el primer momento en el que nos ayudaron a llegar al hotel, buscándonos en el coche, hasta el día que nos fuimos que nos ayudaron a encontrar la estación de autobuses. Ha sido como una familia para nosotras estos días, la comida que hay en el restaurante es deliciosa y a muy buen precio. La habitación es básica pero está limpia y el aire funciona muy bien. Muy céntrico. Muy recomendable. Si volvemos seguro que será a ver a nuestra familia 🤗
