Wir haben hier nur zwei Nächte verbracht, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war schön. Es war blitzsauber, das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Angestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am nächsten Tag haben wir uns eine kurze Auszeit gegönnt und die heißen Quellen besucht, was ebenfalls sehr schön war. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber man erreicht das Stadtzentrum mit dem Taxi in etwa fünf Minuten zum Einkaufen und für einen Supermarkt. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht probiert und können daher nichts dazu sagen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, und wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Wir hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

Hotel check-in was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making for a great first impression. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything neatly prepared before I arrived. I especially enjoyed the sea view from the living area, which was relaxing and made the stay feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay. The facilities were also impressive, with well-kept common areas and a pleasant atmosphere around the property. Overall, the service was consistently warm and attentive, and any small requests were handled quickly. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this was a great hotel stay, and I would be happy to return and recommend it to other travellers.

Walk 12-15mins from Qionghai Railway Station. Good location. Hotel has 7 floors serviced by 1 lift. Big lobby, premises clean, Free tea at lobby. Stayed on 4th floor, next to laundry room, 1 washing machine, no dryer. Room has usual amenities, 2 single beds, 4 pillows, 6 clothes hangers, long shelf below projection TV. No breakfast. Separate toilet/bath. Bath n face towels, floor towel mat, 2 sets slippers. Besides water, 4 sachets of tea provided, ceramic mugs. Writing space with Chair, shared bedside table. Adequate sockets for charging phones. Balcony with full height sliding glass. Got rain shower. Easy parking, restaurants, supermarkets within 400m radius. Clean and comfortable hotel. Qionghai itself quiet, less attractions and not so vibrant. Public buses need long wait, you probably need to use taxis or Didi.

Excellent location, clean rooms, very close to the sea, the view from the balcony is incredible. Of course, you can hear a cart with a clean belt going from floors to 8:30 in the morning, but this is not a problem. The only thing I didn't like was that the description of the hotel says free parking. The fact that parking turned out to be paid is not a problem. I don't like the guard's attitude. When I drove the car to the barrier, the guard showed me a QR code that I had to pay 10 yuan. I have a question why I have to pay, usually people pay when they leave the parking lot. When I asked why I had to pay, the guard didn't say anything, but just left. He sat on a chair and ignored my questions. I'm a foreigner, but I speak Chinese, and I think it's a huge disrespect to treat customers like that. The boy at the registration desk didn't pay any attention to me until the last moment. He was communicating with my friend who doesn't speak Chinese, and I was standing in front of him, speaking Chinese. I asked him to explain to me why I was asked to pay for parking, but he didn't hear me at all, as if I were speaking in another language, even though I was talking to him in Chinese. Honestly, I didn't like this situation very much. I know that this is an absolutely normal situation when your interlocutor does not understand that you speak Chinese, but in this situation it was as if he did not want to communicate with me because I am a woman and he was talking to my friend, who is a man, although my friend does not speak Chinese. I'm not offended, but it was just unpleasant. I advise you to stay in this hotel there is parking there is a car charger there is an underground parking lot very quiet close to the sea

Sehr komfortabel und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt, der Chef ist super schön und liebenswert, um nicht zu gehen, hat das gleiche Gefühl zu Hause! Die Entfernung vom Hafen und vom Strand ist sehr nahe, und die Kinder haben die zweite Wahl, das Meer zu spielen!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique. Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. Nice place to stay with great rates. The restaurant on the 26th floor offers great food at very reasonable prices for breakfast and dinner (we did not partake of lunch there, but I believe it's available). The view from our room on the 23rd floor was fantastic to see the long beach coastline. Quiet area without the traffic and noise of the city life...great for rest and relaxation. Definitely worth checking out if you plan to visit Qionghai and Bo'ao.
