The location was good and you can start your city walk directly, there are bus stops nearby as well. The room facilities are enough but I think it is time to do some renovations. The toilet were smelly and I think cleaning is not enough. Considering the price (breakfast included), it is still ok.

Great hotel to stay

Отель очень грязный и плохо убран. Везде плесень в ванной, все старое, ужасное рваное постельное белье и полотенца. Для такого состояние цена не соответствует реальности. Завтрак так себе, а еще расстроило , что нет рампов на входе , багаж нужно нести по ступенькам или оставить его на улице и подняться и попросить ресепшениста поднять его. Отелю нужен ремонт.

旅館在居民區，有停車位，距海濱大道約300米，9月16-20日連住四個晚上。房間還算寬敞，衞生間比較大，房間的地板因雨水侵蝕而翹起。早餐比較豐富，前台服務員友好熱情。

Отель не очень. Мебель пошарпанная, в душевой комнате вся вздутая от воды или от потопа. Завтраки не очень. Запах сырости.

Номера с плохим ремонтом, интернета нет от слова совсем. Не рекомендую

Das Frühstück ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich: In solchen Fällen gibt es nicht nur den üblichen Aufschnitt, sondern auch zwei Arten von warmen Gerichten, Müsli, Salate, Gemüse und Obst sowie verschiedene Arten von Backwaren. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Hotel ist sauber. Zur U-Bahn sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß, man muss ins Zentrum, das Hotel liegt an der 8. November Avenue.

Erster Eindruck – WOW! Großes Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, Tee, Kaffee, Wasser. Und dann... zerfetzte Handtücher, abgenutzte Möbel im Badezimmer, es gab keine Bademäntel wie angekündigt, ein sehr schmales, unbequemes Bett, synthetische Bettwäsche, die nicht die frischeste war, die Matratze und das Kissen waren „durchgeschlagen“, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur noch für Heizung, worauf uns gesagt wurde, dass „das jetzt in ganz Aserbaidschan der Fall ist.“ Das Zimmer wurde zwei Tage lang nicht gereinigt, bis wir uns fragten - sie haben es einmal gereinigt und nicht noch einmal gereinigt)) Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das inakzeptabel! Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war natürlich atemberaubend, aber neben dem Hotel befand sich eine Straße, die es nachts unmöglich machte, zu schlafen. Das Gute ist das Frühstück. Lecker, abwechslungsreich, gutbürgerlich. Es stimmt, der Kaffee ist nur Instantkaffee. Freundliches Personal, ich habe mir angewöhnt, ständig „Hallo, auf Wiedersehen, danke, einen schönen Tag noch“ zu sagen. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, konnten wir kein Geld wechseln, da Banken und fast alle Wechselstuben am Wochenende geschlossen waren – wir durften später bezahlen. Im Allgemeinen ist es in Ordnung, wenn es für kurze Zeit stoppt. Für uns kosteten drei Nächte jeweils etwa 3.500 Rubel – ich denke, das ist ein angemessener Preis für dieses Hotel, und die vierte – 7.000 (aufgrund des Beginns der Formel 1) – ist es überhaupt nicht wert

It was a great experience. The hotel was very clean. The hotel staff were very professional and kind, especially Mr. Ilkin Huseynov. He was very supportive and knowledgeable, providing excellent guidance about tourist attractions. The hotel's location and access to the metro and bus station were convenient. Most importantly, the hotel's view towards the sea was amazing, and at night, it had a very interesting view. Overall, I felt comfortable, and it felt like staying at my own home.

we stay at Nobel Hotel for second time, this march for second time. the hotel room was clean and room service and house keeping was good,breakfast was okay for the price,the staff were friendly and helpful specially Mr Ilkin and Ramin who helped us during our travel.

Very poor hotel : 1- All the beds are old and make noise 2- From the highway in front of the hotel, due to the broken windows, the sound of cars enters the room until the morning 3- The water channel on the floor of the bathroom is closed and broken, and water collects in the bathroom 4- This hotel is 2 stars and has very poor breakfast 5- The furniture inside the room is very dirty and old

Very unprofessional people, i think they run a scam here, they will over book and then cancel at the last minute, they do this by declining your card and will not inform you, And when you insist they will allocate all the unsold dirty rooms. AVOID

Sent them a message while booking (for another person to be the guest) asking whether they can change full price from the credit card used, since the guest could not pay at place on her own. Got no response on that during several days, and in the night before the guest arrival they sent a message that the credit card is invalid (it is being actively used without any issues, including by others hotels) and they require a response in 4 hours, then cancel the booking.

We stay at Nobel hotel for 4 night,our experinence overally for this hotel was good.location of this hotel was good near to sea side walking street.the hotel was clean and neat,breakfast was good for the price,there was many amenity kit in room.the staff were friendly and help us if we need something,specially Ilkin who was kind and help us so much.in conclusion this hotel gives you good price value in terms of services.
