Allgemein ist alles gut: Normales Frühstück(ja, Vielfalt ist klein, wenn Sie lange bleiben, aber in einer Woche hatte ich nicht Zeit zu fühlen), ausreichendes Zimmer, WiFi, ausgezeichnetes Personal und Preis. Das Zimmer war ein wenig müde (ein paar Punkte auf dem Teppich, eine Drehung), aber im Badezimmer alle neuen + regelmäßig aktualisiert die Kosten und die Hauptmöbel in hervorragender Zustand. Die Hauptminus - Lage: Bus stoppt, die von/zu dem Zentrum entlang und gehen OT oft, aber bevor die Stopps selbst durch den Parkwagen in den Services, Autohändler und Businstallationen passieren. Als Ergebnis verließ er am Morgen am OT und kehrte in ein Taxi zurück.

The hotel was nothing as advertised on ***********, when we made our reservations. Firstly, the hotel is listed in *********** as ”BS Hotel”, you will note a quick search on this name does not show any reviews online. Upon arrival we noted the real name is ”Boulevard Side Hotel”, see reviews here (https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g293934-d7721333-Reviews-Boulevard_Side_Hotel-Baku_Absheron_Region.html). Our first night (Apr. 25) we were not given the room we requested, a double room, but were instead given two single beds and promised we would be changed the next night. The air conditioner did not work in the room the first night, although the hotel states on *********** that they have air conditioner. We were advised by the front desk that temperature would regulate itself-this did not occur. We had to sleep with windows open with excessive outside noise due to it being next to an auto repair workshop/gas station and main thoroughfare in Baku. During the second day (Apr. 26) we were given the originally requested double room, however the room was visibly dirty, with garbage left in the closet and an excessive smell of cigarette. We note the hotel advertises on *********** as non-smoking, however the scent in the room was unbearable and the nightstands had visible cigarette burn marks. Only one ragged towel was left, we are two travelers. The air conditioner did not work in the new room, and we were advised by the property this time that they did not have air conditioner only heater. Please note Baku is currently on summer weather. After the second night of no sleep, we decided to move out and made a new booking on ***********. During the morning of Apr. 27, we advised the lobby of our decision to leave due to the poor state of the hotel and service. Regarding the air conditioner they advised that indeed it was only a heater as it had not been put into what they called ”Summer Mode”. Then they proceed to state we could not check out, I insisted on our decision, and they said they could change the room one more time. We declined and confirmed we would check out due to the state of the hotel. They said they would not reimburse the remaining four nights, we insisted we would dispute this but left as the hotel felt unsafe. We note this type of fraudulent postings are not in accordance with the regulations and standards of ***********. As you will note from my profile I have been a loyal customer and put my full trust on *********** for may years, booking for my personal and business travels as well as family travels. I am sure they listed themselves as “BS Hotel” instead of their real name “Boulevard Side Hotel” to deceive customers into not reading the reviews available online. Definetly do not stay here.

Es ist ein bequemes und komfortabeles Hotel in diesem Bereich. Ich fühle mich wie ein Haus. Ausgezeichnete Service gute Sprachkenntnisse des Empfangspersonals.

Das schlimmste Hotel jemals, von der Lage ein lautes spätnahs Restaurant bis zum betrunkenen Kampf außerhalb deines Zimmers!!! Starke Abwasserstein im Zimmer, in der Duschekabine geformt, müde Geruch von Handtüchern, die je Person in einem 4-star Hotel(!) Mit uns, zeigte uns ein Zimmer, und in der Tat bewegte uns in ein anderes Die Hotelverwaltung konnte nicht den Lärm lösen Gäste, die bis zu zwei am Morgen hinter der Wand waren! Das Bett für zwei war völlig unberührt, die beiden Matratzen halten sich ab und es war nicht möglich, zusammen zu schlafen Die Gesamtrein ist fragwürdig, Staub auf dem Fensterschrank, schmutzigen Teppich, Haar auf dem Bett Ich empfehle niemanden zu bleiben in diesem Hotel

First time using this hotel mainly due to the location and ease of getting to walk to work the following day. The hotel itself if great – nice and clean with all rooms being huge in size including good bed, TV refreshments and a decent bathroom. It’s a fair walk into the main Baku fountain square however on this occasion my work was around the corner from the marine hotel so perfect. – Would I use again? Certainly will – in fact I have reserved 2 future dates that coincide with my work, in fact the price is also amazing due to location – If you was there for the F1 you would be laughing as you could fall out of bed and be on the main track..

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

Unvollständiger, manchmal ganz fehlender Service, Bettwäsche wurde während der 10 Tage nicht einmal gewechselt. Zimmer sind über Kühlschranktemperatur nicht heizbar. Kredikarten werden schon bei Ankuft voll belastet!! Lage ist gut. Insgesamt scheint das Management etwas überfordert,

Sehr sauber und schön benötigt extra Star . Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und schöne Lounge und schöne Aussicht von vorne bis auf den Blick auf den schönen Park.
