"這次是帶着媽媽去檢查身體，就住了附近這家酒店，一直忙着沒時間評價，今天就想着點評一下，首先説一下環境吧，1.冰箱裏面有點臟，水瓶底下有臟水。放水進去的時候是沒看到還是懶得擦？2.浴室的地上比較臟，有清晰明瞭的煙灰。這説明上一個客人退房的時候，是不是就沒有打掃浴室呢？再説一下退房的問題:房卡在不到12點退房的時候就已經不能刷開房門了，當時刷的時候應該是11點多，我去前台刷了一下，結果還是刷不開，找阿姨刷，沒見到人，就喊他，也是等了一會阿姨才來幫我們刷，我很疑惑我都去前台刷了一下，怎麼就打不開呢。這不應該吧？關鍵是這讓我媽媽在外邊等了很久，當時我媽媽比較難受，如果説我自己也就算了，等了很久才進屋裡休息，這就很讓人煩。住過多次全季酒店，這一次真的讓人不怎麼愉快。"
