While the hotel has a lot of positives, there were a few factors that made my stay less than ideal.
First, the location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling by bus, as it’s right next to the bus station. However, that proximity comes with some downsides. It’s quite noisy at night, with people blowing whistles and random noise from the street. What really stood out was someone blasting techno music at 6 AM—definitely not the wake-up call I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a good variety, and the quality was better than expected for a hotel breakfast.
Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, friendly place to stay with a good breakfast, Microtel delivers. Just be prepared for some noise if you’re a light sleeper, especially early in the morning.

Ich war bereits geprüft, Das Front Desk Office rief mich und informierte mich, dass ich vergessen habe, für den Service im Lebensmittelzimmer zu zahlen, den wir bestellten, die ich auch überwachen, aber mein Punkt war, dass ich wartete, wie viele Minuten, weil sie bereits meine aber noch nicht enthalten war, als sie mich entschließte. Als sie mich angerufen hat sie mich gebeten, über Banküberweisung zu hinterlegen und den Beweis an ihre E-Mail zu senden, aber die E-Mail, die sie gesandt hatte, war falsch und blieb auf schlagen zurück zu mir und sie bleibe auf Anruf und nach dem, wenn ich die Balance bereits bezahlen, was für mich nicht mehr meine Schuld ist, weil sie die ganze Zeit hat, um meine Transaktion zu überprüfen und zurück zu meinem ursprünglichen Einlagen.

Alles über unseren Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen, der Service am Frühstück und das Personal am Frontdesk. Sie waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und respektvoll. Das ist der beste Aufenthalt, den ich je in einem Hotel hatte, und ich habe weltweit reisen und in vielen Hotels geblieben. Sicherlich ein 5-Sterne-Hotel!

Hotel is right beside burnham park which makes it accessible. Session Road is about 15min walk away from the hotel. Staff is friendly. 24 hour front desk and spacious parking area. Free breakfast was plated, nothing special. Hotel is quite old. Overall our stay was ok. Best asset of the hotel is the location and the staff which were polite at all times.

The room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee,and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had an awesome stay! There was a grand production for their light show, with almost a theme park attractions except for the rides of course. There was a playground, some walk-through domes and practically the trees and plants were wearing their best suite. We had a blast witnessing everything around us. I have to add that for a moment I was confused where I was. The show was almost like watching America’s Got Talent, some parts were cheerdance competition and a shift to a musical. It was unexpected and it’s spectacular! The room had an old vibe but well-maintained. There’s espresso machine available that I personally enjoyed. I think this is a new addition. It’s convenient and the coffee was good enough. Next day, the breakfast area was setup really beautifully. We had a great experience. The spread was ample and wide-enough. Everything that we tried was udelicious. Even the in-room dining that we had for dinner was commendable. Our requests were promptly carried out too. The checkin and checkout both took a long time than our usual experience but you know the team was doing their best. Still a pleasant service. We couldn’t miss the decors for the season so even for just an overnight stay, we went to Manor like we always do. It turned out to be a memorable and most enjoyable one!

頭頭木Dies ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sauberen und schönen Umgebung und Einrichtungen. Die Wachen und das Personal sind auch sehr warmherzig und höflich. Es gibt rund um die Uhr sehr heißes Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Obwohl die Lage ein Traum ist Etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem höchsten Punkt des Hügels, die Landschaft vor dem Fenster ist wunderschön, es fühlt sich an wie ein Urlaub auf einem Gutshof
Abschließend möchte ich Herrn The Hotel Counter danken, der mir gestern sehr freundlich beim Einchecken geholfen hat. Mein Englisch ist nicht sehr gut. Er war sogar bereit, auf seinem Handy zu tippen und zu übersetzen, um mir zu helfen, es zu erklären. Ich habe fast 30 gebraucht Minuten nur für ihn, was mich sehr berührt hat.
Abschließend kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen, zu reisen und zu bleiben. Dies ist ein sehr kostengünstiges Hotel, in dem Sie sich im Urlaub entspannt fühlen können. Ich gebe ihm 95 Punkte

I was recently diagnosed with asthma and since I wasn’t aware of all my triggers, I didn’t know that the fumes and the delicious smell from the kitchen would worsen my condition. Our rooms were close to the kitchen and I kept coughing so hard that my husband called the nurse. The manager (Neil Dominic), the nurse and the bellboy came to my rescue. They transferred us to a different floor in just a few minutes. The nurse checked my oxygen and even bought me my prescribed meds from the drugstore to make me feel better. After that, I was getting well already and yet, the manager and the nurse kept checking on us. They also told us that there is a standby shuttle ready to take us to the nearest hospital anytime. They delivered service beyond my expectations in such a short time. Our whole family feels we are really safe and well-taken cared of whenever we are there. Because of this, I will always call Forest Lodge my home in Baguio. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay there this Jan 2024. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The hotel offered precisely what I envisioned: a quiet, serene atmosphere with a balcony and a picturesque view of fog-shrouded trees. It was the perfect retreat.
While the hotel excels in providing a peaceful ambiance, the absence of an on-site restaurant or cafe is worth noting. Guests must venture out for meals, which can be inconvenient, particularly during inclement weather. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant, Arca's Yard, is within walking distance, offering a viable dining option.
A minor suggestion for improvement pertains to room readiness upon guest arrival. While our reservation was confirmed, we experienced a delay of approximately one hour before we could occupy our room, as it required cleaning. Ensuring rooms are prepared before guests arrive, especially for pre-booked accommodations, would enhance the overall guest experience.
For commuters like us, the jeepney terminal is right outside the hotel gate, so it's easy to go to the city center.

EErica0207The hotel was nice and clean but the thing is i request a quiet room upon booking at trip.com…when we reach at the hotel we want to take a rest for a while before we have a business meeting, pero d kame naka rest dahil ang door sobrang lakas ng pagsarado , ung mga housekeeper nag chichismisan sa hallway, then meron group of families na napapalibutan ung room namin at napaka ingay nila mga kids d sinsaway sa pagdoorbell , then nag sisigawan sa hallway..i ask for help at the frontdesk i called them twice and nag paakayta sila ng guard sabi nila lilipat kame in higher floor pero d nagawa so ok lang kasi baka madami talaga nakabook and pag akyat naman ng guard eh tumahimik sila..then we went out at 6pm and come back at 9pm hoping makakarest na kame ng maus at baka tulog na ung mga katabi naming rooms , pero hindi start pa lang ng nightmare pala, at 11pm they started making sounds again like talking at hallway again so nagising na naman kame ng alanganin oras..we dont call at frontdesk kasi super antok at pagod na imagine ung wla kang maus na tulog then bumyahe ka pa baguio para makarest pero disaster..then they wake up at 4:30 am same routine sigawan sa hallway ,bagsak ng door until 9:30am..i would not recommend this hotel if d nila kyang gawan ng paraan ung ganitong issues..hindi ako maarte sa hotel pero ung gusto mo magpahinga d ka makapg pahinga gawa ng ibang guest na akala mo pag mamay ari nila ung buong floor ng hotel sa sobrang ingat nila first time ata nila mg hotel kaloka..i always stay at alvea hotel , dahil sa hype sa tiktok kaya ngtry ako sa soto grande..at d na ulet uulet pa🥴

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.

GGastnutzerI thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.
