Alles war in Ordnung, keine Beschwerden, abgesehen davon, dass das Frühstück, auf das ich mich seit meinem letzten Hotelaufenthalt (anderes Geschäft) gefreut hatte, wegen Covid kein Frühstück bot. . um herauszufinden, dass das Frühstück nur eine Mini-Müslischale / Mehrkornriegel ist. Kein warmes Frühstück, wie ich angenommen hatte, als mir gesagt wurde, dass Frühstück angeboten wurde. Meine Schuld für die Annahme und wieder, dass ich verstehe, ist eine staatliche Vorkehrung, nicht die Schuld des Unternehmens.

Mein Mann und ich mussten im lokalen Hotel bleiben, während unser Platz renoviert wurde. Das Personal war von der Verwaltung bis zur Hauspflege erstaunlich. Wir schlossen uns über 40 Tage an und jeder war während dieser stressigen Zeit so untergebracht. Die Lage war bequem. Das Hotel wurde wirklich gut gepflegt. Sie kümmern sich wirklich um die Art und Weise, wie alles aussieht und wie sie dich fühlen. Ich empfehle Ihnen, in dieser Lage zu bleiben.

1 Stern aufgrund des Rassismus und der Diskriminierung, die ich bei der Eincheckung von dem “Manager” erhalten habe, war buchstäblich nichts anderes als die Farbe meiner Haut! Ihr Verhalten gegenüber mir war völlig unannehmbar! Sie hat sogar geboten, mein Zimmer kostenlos bei der Eincheckung abzubrechen, nachdem ich vorherige Reservierungen mit diesem Hotel Wochen im Voraus basierend auf den Online-Bewertungen! Ich habe nie so unkomfortable auf einem Hilton Hotel ESP als ein langfristig Hilton Ehrenmitglied zu bleiben! Ich habe ein Fall mit Firma eröffnet, um von Firma nur zu erzählen, dass das Hotel den Antrag geschlossen hat, ohne mich selbst direkt zu kontaktieren, wie sie hinsichtlich meiner Erfahrung mit diesem Grundstück zu betrachten waren!

Ich habe so viel zu sagen! Phänomenal Hotel und Service 💚 Jason einer der mgrs auf dem Frontdesk ging ABOVE und darüber hinaus von der Eincheckung, zu mir verlieren meine Augenglasses, mich mit Ausstattung und Auscheckung zu zerstören. Es gab eine junge Frau, die ich ihren Namen vergessen habe, aber sie war wunderbar. Der Sicherheitsleiter, der Videoaufnahmen bewertet hat, danke! Ich sollte 15 Minuten östlich im Hof sein, aber es passiert, dass ich umher fahren und gerade in ...gestattet das andere Zimmer und hier blieb. Neue entworfene Zimmer waren chic, Lobby ist erstaunlich, Starbucks Bevs auf der Website und Restaurants. Halten Sie es auf und ich werde zurück sein!!! Eine Hiccup die Dame, die mich begrüßte, als ich zum ersten Mal in die Hilton Honors counter ging, muss bessere Kundenservice-Kenntnisse zeigen. Ich bitte immer um ein Zimmer vor dem Einchecken und ich bin seit 14 Jahren Honors Mitglied. Sie bestand darauf, „wir tun das nicht!“. Nicht sicher, was sie dachte, ich wollte, weil ich meinen Pass verlassen würde oder was Sie haben, aber sie war nicht nett! Kurze kleine Rahmenframe Frau mit Glas und dunklen Haaren. Ich vermiedete sie vorsätzlich den Rest meines Aufenthalts. Eines Mal mit einem mgr (Jason 🥰) hatte sie jemanden, der mich begleitet hat. Das ist alles, was ich wollte ... aber nicht freundlich. Ja, ich erinnere mich, dass Sie einen Eindruck hinterlassen haben. Dankeschön, dass der Rest der Crew Zitronen aus Zitronen gemacht hat ☀️

Ich und mein Mann nahmen am Donnerstag den 31. für ein wenig Getaway für ein paar Tage ein. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr nett. Die Teilnehmer überhaupt nicht. Nachdem wir endlich in der Lage waren, ins Haus zu nehmen, mussten wir fast 5 Minuten warten, bis der einzige arbeitende Aufzug uns auf unseren Stock nimmt. Nicht weil es ein großes Hotel ist, weil es nur 5 Stockwerke, sondern weil es extrem langsam war. Mein Mann wachte um drei Uhr und sah aus dem Fenster, um zu sehen, dass unser Truck nicht mehr da war. Erinnern Sie sich, wir waren nicht nur unter einem Licht, sondern auch eine Kamera. Als wir uns auf dem Tisch unterhalten, dauerte es ihr eine Weile, um aus dem Büro zu kommen, und sie bestätigte, dass unser Fahrzeug ins Hot-Wire-Gehäuse gebrochen und gestohlen wurde. Sie war verärgert, dass wir es so berichteten und ich zitiere, es geschieht hier, wenn sie es irgendwo hinlegen, sobald der Brennstoff weg ist. Sie war im Büro auf ihrem Telefon und nicht zu sehen, sagten Monitore. Warum haben sie sie, wenn sie nicht auf sie zuschauen?? Nach fast 2 Stunden kamen die Cops und der Betreuer konnte uns nicht einmal rufen, um sie zu treffen, der Sheriff musste uns rufen. Das war das letzte Mal, mit dem wir von der Mitarbeiterin gesprochen wurden. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal würde neben unserem Zimmer Autos parken, aber wir wurden nie einen Service angeboten, obwohl unsere Buchung für 3 Nächte war. Die Verwaltung hat uns nie in Bezug auf den Diebstahl kontaktiert. Keiner hat es getan. Ich werde nie wieder hier sein. Wir planen Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen, da wir fühlen, als ob das Hotel selbst eine Art Verantwortung hätte, und auch weil es hier wie ein regelmäßiges Vorkommen in diesem Hotel scheint.

Meine Frau und ich haben letztes Jahr bei Wooley's verheiratet. Also, für unser erstes Geburtstagstag sind wir nach Wooley's zurückgekehrt für einen Nachtaufenthalt. Wir haben am Samstag Abend Abendessen im Restaurant gegessen und dann haben wir am Sonntagmorgen ein Buffet Frühstück. Das Atrium in Woolley bietet einen ruhigen Ort, um sich zu entspannen. Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

GGuest UserPersonal über dem Durchschnitt, Zimmer wie erwartet, Immobilien sauber. Was machte diese schlechte Erfahrung ist die schlimmste Dusche in mir jemals in alle meine Marriott-Besuche (100+ pro Jahr) gelaufen. Der Duschekopf war auf der Decke, eine Person müsste fast 6ft hoch sein, um es zu richten. Der Duschekopf selbst spritz in einem breiten Kreis. Jemand kurz wie ich hatte um mich Wasser, aber nicht wirklich schlug mich. Ich war entweder verbrannt oder eingefroren, kein Mittelgrund. Bereitstellung für die Konferenz dauerte zweimal so lange, wie es wegen dieser Situation hätte sein müssen. Sehr bedauerlich.

We stayed here about a year ago and it was a wonderful stay, no complaints at all. Great room, great service, clean, no bad smells or obvious stains. This year though it was like staying in a completely different hotel. I am giving a rating of two because the staff were awesome and the bedding was comfortable (one point each for the positives) but the place smelled and not in a pleasant way. If I was basing my rating on just the staff, I would give RI a five but the problems were several. The cleaning product smell was overwhelming to the point that I had to leave breakfast when the worker started spraying the tables with some product that smelled toxic. The smell was everywhere, in the halls, in the guest rooms, in the lobby... The only way we tolerated the smell in our room was to open the windows. So happy that the windows opened even if it was only six inches. Carpets, soft goods - multiple stains, looked dirty. Bathroom door would not close properly. Telephone did not work. We reported the issues and I imagine they were dealt with but I really wish other guests would speak up when they notice things are not as they should be. It is not like the cleaning crew would be closing the bathroom door or using the in-room phone... We travel to Denver several times a year and would like to continue staying at the RI. I will watch the reviews and hope to see positive changes. Hopefully management will choose a different, less toxic smelling cleaning product, replace the carpets and other soft goods (furniture, etc) that have absorbed the cleaning product smells, and future reviews will mention how great the place looks and smells.

Check-in staff was not friendly -Hard to find a place to roast s’mores since multiple fire pits were out and staff said they couldn’t turn them on -Not a lot of breakfast option during the weekday -Overpriced My family, 3 adults/2 kids(5 & under), visited the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center this August (2024). It was our first time in Denver and we were really looking forward to our stay at Gaylord. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Not much restaurants or things to do were close to the hotel but we were ok with that. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how grand and beautiful the hotel was. The grounds and hotel overall were very well kept and updated. We arrived in the afternoon and did not have a wait to check in. The gentlemen who assisted with check in was not very happy with life. Didn’t smile and was not very helpful. Instead of welcoming me and telling me about the resort, I had to ask him all the things including: Where was my room located? Did I need a key to get into the pool? Would towels be available at the pool? My room also came with a $50/night resort credit, parking was pre-paid, and we pre-paid for s’mores vouchers as well. None of that was explained or given to me until I asked about each one. If I never asked, I probably would have never received all the things I pre-paid for which is frustrating when I are already spent and planned so much. In addition, I even had to contact the resort after I left because the $50 credit was not applied one of the nights. Once we arrived to our room, we found it comfortable and had great service daily from the housekeeping staff. Water park: My kids enjoyed the water park area. The outdoor slides that accommodated my 5 year old were a big hit. My little one enjoyed the shallow end of the pool where he could stand and play. The highlight for the adults was the lazy river. Towels are available at the pool. Finding chairs poolside were a little difficult on the weekends with how busy the resort was. Not a big deal for us when we showed up before 10am. One downside was when we asked various staff questions like how to get to a certain place within the resort or what was a good restaurant to go to in the resort, many could not answer our questions. One even replied “I’m sorry I don’t know, I’ve never been around inside“ I thought this was a strange response being that they worked there. This was poor customer service in my opinion. 3D wildlife rescue & Live animals My family enjoyed exploring and hunting for the digital animals scattered throughout the lobby. In order to participate, we had to scan a code on the floor and then download the app. Once in the app, you can scan each code on the floor and a 3D animal would pop up on t

Die Gesamtausstattung kann sagen, dass die Abdeckung der Abdeckung entspricht dem wirtschaftlichen praktischen Hotel im Inland. Der Ort der Abdeckung 🈚️ Die Abdeckung ist zu schwach, die Blumen sind zu schwach, kann die Größe nicht einstellen, und der Fluss drückt Ihre Haut direkt nach dem Öffnen des Wassers! Und die Wäsche hat einen Schlauch, der nicht funktioniert, und das Wasser im Bad ist gespült!
Das Klimaanlage ist auch nicht gut.

GGuest UserIn den frühen Morgenstunden konnte ich einige Stunden nicht schlafen. Ich habe das billigste Hotel gewählt, das das Flugzeug abholen und wieder abgeben kann. Es gibt keine hohen Erwartungen. Nach dem Aufenthalt fühle ich mich ziemlich gut, sauber, ruhig und um 3:00 Uhr mitten in der Nacht zufrieden geliefert.

Mi cuarto estaba muy limpio y muy confortable, está en una muy buena locación ya que tenía q ir al hospital y me quedo muy cerca de todo .

GGuest UserSchrecklicher Shuttleservice. Eine Nacht (6/27/22). Wir werden nicht wieder hier bleiben. Unprofessioneller und schlecht ausgebildete Shuttleführer. Unsere Erfahrung mit den Büromädchen des Hotels in der Nacht und am nächsten Morgen war angenehmen, professionell und effizient, so dass das ein Plus! Das Zimmer verfügt über komfortable Betten, ein großes TV und modernes Dekor (mit Ausnahme des Teppichs), aber es gab sich bemerkenswertes Tragen und Teig auf den Wänden, eine warme rosa (Nagelpolster?) auf einer der Bettblätter (die auf den falschen Weg gestellt wurde). Das kostenlose Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, sondern gut.
