Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 20 Auto-Minuetn vom Denver International Airport in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Walmart sowie ein Baumarkt. Den Verkehr von der nahe gelegenen Interstate 225 hört man so gut wie nicht. Restaurants und Fast Food-Ketten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotel wird ein kontinentales Frühstück-Buffet angeboten. Klassisch wie bei jedem Best Western. Einen Indoor-Pool kann man zu bestimmen Zeiten benutzen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, TV, Telefon, Wlan, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Außerdem war ein Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl vorhanden. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und es lag nirgendwo Abfall rum. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich buchte mein Zimmer online und der Kerl am Front-Zählwerk wartete auf jemand vor mir. Auf seinem Bildschirm pop-up $50 Einlage. Nun hat er die Dame vor mir nicht um die Einlage gebeten, sondern als es meines turns war; er hat mich gebeten, $50 zu zahlen. Ich sagte ihm, dass es für die Dame vor mir war und er fragte sie nicht, warum er mich um eine Einzahlung bat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut außer für den Vordertisch-Typ. Ich denke, ihr Jungs müssen persistent sein und alle um eine Einzahlung gebeten.

We stayed here about a year ago and it was a wonderful stay, no complaints at all. Great room, great service, clean, no bad smells or obvious stains. This year though it was like staying in a completely different hotel. I am giving a rating of two because the staff were awesome and the bedding was comfortable (one point each for the positives) but the place smelled and not in a pleasant way. If I was basing my rating on just the staff, I would give RI a five but the problems were several. The cleaning product smell was overwhelming to the point that I had to leave breakfast when the worker started spraying the tables with some product that smelled toxic. The smell was everywhere, in the halls, in the guest rooms, in the lobby... The only way we tolerated the smell in our room was to open the windows. So happy that the windows opened even if it was only six inches. Carpets, soft goods - multiple stains, looked dirty. Bathroom door would not close properly. Telephone did not work. We reported the issues and I imagine they were dealt with but I really wish other guests would speak up when they notice things are not as they should be. It is not like the cleaning crew would be closing the bathroom door or using the in-room phone... We travel to Denver several times a year and would like to continue staying at the RI. I will watch the reviews and hope to see positive changes. Hopefully management will choose a different, less toxic smelling cleaning product, replace the carpets and other soft goods (furniture, etc) that have absorbed the cleaning product smells, and future reviews will mention how great the place looks and smells.

Das Front-Desk-Personal begrüßte uns mit warmem Willkommen. Die Lobby war sehr sauber. Betten und Kissen sind komfortabel. Zimmer könnten eine Aktualisierung verwenden. Das Kühlschrank befrohrt unsere Reststücke. Der 5. Stock hatte große Bauarbeiten an. Wir buchen hier und verwendeten Marriott Punkte. Der Flughafenshuttle war schnell. Es war sehr angenehm zu Abend beim Ted’s. Kleiner Spaziergang vom Hotel.

Meine Frau und ich haben letztes Jahr bei Wooley's verheiratet. Also, für unser erstes Geburtstagstag sind wir nach Wooley's zurückgekehrt für einen Nachtaufenthalt. Wir haben am Samstag Abend Abendessen im Restaurant gegessen und dann haben wir am Sonntagmorgen ein Buffet Frühstück. Das Atrium in Woolley bietet einen ruhigen Ort, um sich zu entspannen. Das Atrium-Point in Woolley hat schöne Koi-Fisch. Jim und Rose, 1. Oktober 2022.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. My issues are in areas other than cleanliness. As a lifetime Diamond Hilton Honors member, I have expectations and they were not met. Our soccer team recently stayed there. This hotel was chosen because I’m the team manager and I’ll always pick a Hilton branded hotel because of my Diamond status even when there are cheaper options. When we got to the hotel, we discovered both the pool and gym had been closed a week prior for renovations. This should have been communicated to our team prior to arrival. Having a pool for the kids to play in after their games is a huge benefit to us. As part of our rate, we were given coupons for the breakfast, which includes cooked to order items. Our coupons explicitly said no cooked to order items. Additionally the apple and orange juices were extremely watered down and not good. The cranberry juice didn’t seem to be watered down. The hot options included eggs, potatoes and some kind of sausage. It would have been nice to know if it was pork, chicken or some other kind of sausage. The toast was good but the jelly was off-off brand and watery. There were only 4 parking spots designated for Diamond members which didn’t seem like enough given the size of the hotel and the hotel van would often be parked in one of the spots. The most inhospitable thing we encountered though was a sign in the lobby that said no outside food or drinks in the lobby even when the restaurant was closed. Our boys like to get together and we usually do a pizza night in the lobby but that was not allowed. The hotel is clean and if I was traveling alone would probably stay there again but would not choose it as a team hotel.

Aaka916Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center Pros: -Beautiful hotel -Activities for kids (some with additional fees) -Clean Cons: -Multiple staff were not very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities nor locations of things. Check-in staff was not friendly -Hard to find a place to roast s’mores since multiple fire pits were out and staff said they couldn’t turn them on -Not a lot of breakfast option during the weekday -Overpriced My family, 3 adults/2 kids(5 & under), visited the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center this August (2024). It was our first time in Denver and we were really looking forward to our stay at Gaylord. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Not much restaurants or things to do were close to the hotel but we were ok with that. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how grand and beautiful the hotel was. The grounds and hotel overall were very well kept and updated. We arrived in the afternoon and did not have a wait to check in. The gentlemen who assisted with check in was not very happy with life. Didn’t smile and was not very helpful. Instead of welcoming me and telling me about the resort, I had to ask him all the things including: Where was my room located? Did I need a key to get into the pool? Would towels be available at the pool? My room also came with a $50/night resort credit, parking was pre-paid, and we pre-paid for s’mores vouchers as well. None of that was explained or given to me until I asked about each one. If I never asked, I probably would have never received all the things I pre-paid for which is frustrating when I are already spent and planned so much. In addition, I even had to contact the resort after I left because the $50 credit was not applied one of the nights. Once we arrived to our room, we found it comfortable and had great service daily from the housekeeping staff. Water park: My kids enjoyed the water park area. The outdoor slides that accommodated my 5 year old were a big hit. My little one enjoyed the shallow end of the pool where he could stand and play. The highlight for the adults was the lazy river. Towels are available at the pool. Finding chairs poolside were a little difficult on the weekends with how busy the resort was. Not a big deal for us when we showed up before 10am. One downside was when we asked various staff questions like how to get to a certain place within the resort or what was a good restaurant to go to in the resort, many could not answer our questions. One even replied “I’m sorry I don’t know, I’ve never been around inside“ I thought this was a strange response being that they worked there. This was poor customer service in my opinion. 3D wildlife rescue & Live animals My family enjoyed exploring and hunting for the digital animals scattered throughout the lobby. In order to participate, we had to scan a code on the floor and then download the app. Once in the app, you can scan each code on the floor and a 3D animal would pop up on t

GGuest UserZunächst möchte ich sagen, dass ich normalerweise sehr positive Bewertungen abgeben, aber das ist nicht der Fall diese Zeit. Auch kann ich nur für das Zimmer, in dem wir waren 413. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und Sie könnten den Sanitär stinken, als wir zuerst im Zimmer gingen. Es war nicht übertrieben, aber Sie konnten es riechen. Meine Probleme mit diesem besonderen Zimmer waren das Badezimmer. Die Beleuchtung war extrem schlecht und es war nicht ermutigend, Make-up anzuwenden. Auch die Dusche ist nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich eingerichtet. Die Tür kann in oder aus schwingen, aber sie ist so platziert, dass wenn Sie das Wasser aufdrehen, es zu erwärmen, Sie müssen insteigen und mit kaltem Wasser geblasen werden. Nicht etwas, was ich liebe, geschehen zu haben. Zwei von drei Aufzügen waren in einem Punkt während unseres Aufenthalts aus der Reihenfolge. Als wir verließen, gab es noch einen Aufzug, der aus der Reihenfolge war und die meisten unserer Aufenthalte waren. Das Front-Desk-Personal war nicht freundlich und niemand am Desk gab mir eine warme und fuzzy glücklich, Sie sind hier fühlen. Das beste der Mitarbeiter ist im Restaurant und der Shuttle-Führer. Schreien Sie nach Kookie, Jessica, Fernando und Jason im Restaurant. Sie wissen sicher, wie man mit den Gästen interagiert und machen Sie sich begrüßen. Austin der Shuttleführer war freundlich und freundlich. Ich würde gern dieses Hotel einen hervorragenden Rating geben, aber meiner ödmlichen Meinung ist nichts außer dem Restaurant und dem Shuttlefahrer wert.

Und die Wäsche hat einen Schlauch, der nicht funktioniert, und das Wasser im Bad ist gespült!
Das Klimaanlage ist auch nicht gut.

GGuest UserSchrecklicher Shuttleservice. Eine Nacht (6/27/22). Wir werden nicht wieder hier bleiben. Unprofessioneller und schlecht ausgebildete Shuttleführer. Unsere Erfahrung mit den Büromädchen des Hotels in der Nacht und am nächsten Morgen war angenehmen, professionell und effizient, so dass das ein Plus! Das Zimmer verfügt über komfortable Betten, ein großes TV und modernes Dekor (mit Ausnahme des Teppichs), aber es gab sich bemerkenswertes Tragen und Teig auf den Wänden, eine warme rosa (Nagelpolster?) auf einer der Bettblätter (die auf den falschen Weg gestellt wurde). Das kostenlose Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, sondern gut.

Wir blieben eine Nacht während des Besuchs Anschutz für eine Konsultation. Das Hotelpersonal hat alles getan, was es konnte, um unseren Aufenthalt so komfortable und dramatisch wie möglich zu machen. Das Zimmer war sauber und in großem Zustand. Die Einrichtungen waren topnotch. Wir hatten keine Chance, ihr Frühstück zu versuchen, aber ich bin sicher, es wäre toll gewesen, weil alles andere war! Fünf Sterne, sicher!

GGuest UserAfter reading reviews I was very hesitant about booking but let me tell you when I arrived the staff was prompt and accommodating for early check-in ($10 fee.) Girls made sure my room was clean and ready also to the back so I was close to the light rail walking. I am here for a couple weeks and honestly very happy with the price and size of my room but the customer service is the CHERRY!
