很有趣，竟然可以為酒店撰寫首則評論。由於這間是新酒店，各酒店平台都找不到這間酒店的評價，加上以往在歐洲及澳洲均有令人失望的的住宿體驗，訂房的時候只能以碰運氣的心態試試看，幸運地這次住宿非常滿意。
酒店的正門在教堂背後的小路進入（注意並不是面向馬路的那邊門口），酒店設施新淨，地下大堂有咖啡機，早上有麵包及瓶裝果汁提供。酒店員工熱情主動有禮，check-in時主動幫忙即時將行李送到房間，check out時也有問我們是否需要幫忙call Taxi，得知我們自己有安排Super shuttle，亦有主動幫我們與司機溝通，指引司機把車駛到酒店正門口（原來酒店地底有另一個車位入口）。酒店房間很乾淨，空間足夠打開兩個大行李箱，窗外景色非常漂亮！房間內所有零食飲品均免費供住客食用。洗手間很寬敞，洗護用品亦都很香很好用，惟洗手間枱面略嫌空間不足。我們在這裏住了三個晚上，隔天整理房間表現也令人滿意。整體上有不錯的住宿體驗，在經歷長途飛機抵達紐西蘭後可作休息充電的好地方。

Clean and new hotel. However, the pillows were too soft/flat and not enough hangers provided. Location was great! Except that it’s on a slope, so there’s climbing up and down when u wana go out and get back. There’s road works going on just outside. Breakfast spread was ok. Overall a comfortable stay.

Kids wanted pizza. The pepperoni was actually a peppercorn salami which the kids really didn’t like.. the pizza was also extremely cheese.. as in over the top cheese. Even the kids couldn’t finish all the cheese. The rooms are definitely not for a family of four. Our girls are small but you absolutely cannot maneuver around the room with bumping in to each other. And because we are a family, we have two suitcases, which have to go on the floor (very valuable real estate lost there). So we were constantly have to open and close and shuffle our suitcases to get our stuff. Other than that, the room did its job for two nights. It was clean and the staff were accommodating as they could be.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids. The room was very clean and well equipped. The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids. Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

While everything about this hotel was excellent, the staff stood out. Whether reception, room cleaners, or the concierge, they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows and are up to date with electronic features such as touch lighting. A 10 minute walk takes you to the harbour with a vast variety of restaurants and the Maritime Museum. As well it is only a 2 block walk to Queens Street with upscale and regular shopping. The location couldn’t be better. A skywalk takes you to the Sky Needle as well

Das Zimmer ist noch sauber, aber die Küchenzubehör sind Mikrowellen, Backofen und Speisen einschließlich Pan & Steak, schlechte Wartung, nicht alle durften zu verwenden.
Während des Aufenthalts (5. Tag, 4. Nacht) gab es keine Hausaufbewahrung. Die Hotelbediensteten haben bei der Überprüfung keine Anweisungen dafür gegeben, wie man die Handtücher und die Abfallbewahrung ersetzt und die Verbrauchsgüter wie Papier, Sack und andere verbraucht werden. Glücklicherweise gibt es keine Nahrung, keine Menge an Nahrung und gibt es eigene Taschen.

Sie müssen in Trip.com Hotel reservieren, es sei denn, Trip.com hat keine Zimmer. Normalerweise nehmen Sie keine Reservierung vor. Ich schätze Trip.com wirklich. Jeder Anschluss ist sehr qualifiziert. Englisch kann zwar einige Worte sprechen, aber trotzdem ist die Auslandssprache und die Sprachgeschwindigkeit nicht schnell anpassen, so dass Sie bitten, Trip.com direkt zu helfen. Waren für 3 Nächte in der Junior Suite. Ich fand, dass die Toilettenartikel des Hotels von Hermes sind, was sich von dem Zimmer mit Wasserblick unterscheidet, in dem ich das letzte Mal übernachtet habe. Die Suite hat zu viele Fenster und die Sonnenblenden müssen hoch- oder heruntergezogen werden, was zu viel Arbeit ist. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wählte eines Tages auch das Café neben dem Hotel, einfach, sauber und schnell.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Es lohnt sich, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu buchen, es wird an nebligen Tagen wie ein Landschaftsgemälde aussehen. Es gibt viele Fernsehkanäle und viele Ladebuchsen . Mir gefällt das geschwungene Design des Bettes. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und in der Nähe. Es gibt viele köstliche Internet-Promi-Restaurants, die sehr zu empfehlen sind.

AAylwinDBooked Novotel at AKL airport since it was the closest hotel. Room was fantastic and since we had a flight out the next day, saved a lot of stress of getting a shuttle bus with our bags. The room was furnished with a very comfortable bed and bathroom was huge. Even though the AKL airport runway was visible from the room, due to double pane glass windows, we did not hear sounds of jets taking off or landing.
Highly recommended if staying to catch early flight out to save time and hassle

The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

DDENNIS1315Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und es gibt einen Shuttlebus für 8 $ pro Person. Alles in allem ist es sauber und ordentlich, mit Standard-Holiday-Inn-Konfiguration. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön, der Service ist auch sehr gut und die Unterkunft insgesamt ist recht zufriedenstellend, geeignet für Geschäfts- oder Transitunterkünfte. Wenn Sie auf Reisen sind, können Sie näher an der Stadt wohnen.
Das Einzige, was mich gestört hat, war, dass es tieffrequente Geräusche im Zimmer gab, wahrscheinlich vom Rauchmelder, der sich nachts nicht ausschalten ließ.

GGastnutzerI am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. GGastnutzerThis hotel is a great value choice if you're arriving in Auckland and want to establish a base. My sister and I stayed there on 10th-11th July as I had made the reservation because of the hotels proximity to Auckland Airports and to Snap Rentals, a car hire company (very good) I have used before in NZ. We called the hotel reception and shortly afterwards they collected us (Exit door 9) in a minibus. Our transfer to our hotel took about 12 minutes. Check-in was quick, our room was very clean, en-suite, the beds were comfortable and we had a fridge and usual toiletry accessories. Food and beverages were still available (at 23.20hrs) from the bar.
We both slept well and the next morning, a transfer service was available back to the airport to very near the car hire business location, but the driver very kindly took me directly to Snap Rentals, and I returned to the hotel which has easily accessible ample free parking to collect my sister.
As the hotel had been so good, fantastic value and the staff had been so helpful, I decided to re-book for 15th-16th July for the night before our return flight to the UK. Once again, a great value price with the helpful service as on our previous visit. My sister ordered some food on this occasion - and it was very good and again, great value. Don't be put off by the remarkably keen prices, this is a great little hotel with more to offer than we had time to enjoy (swimming pool etc). I'd highly recommend it.

SshinebykamMy time at this hotel was amazing! The view from my room was so pretty, looking out at the water. The staff were really nice, and my room was super clean . Also , Being a tea lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of tea flavors available in the room which was complimentary . It was a delightful treat to explore the various options and indulge in my favorite beverage while taking in the beautiful views. Overall, my stay at was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I left feeling refreshed . I definitely suggest it to others!
