Friendly and helpful staff. Really good location for what we needed to do during our stay. It’s worth paying extra for a car park as it was convenient and to get to and from our room to our car. Good for families with a washing machine and dryer so you don’t have to wait to return home to do a big load of washing. We would definitely here again with our family or just ourselves.

Es gibt einen Abholservice vom Flughafen und die Lage ist angemessen, aber da es sich um ein allgemeines Motel handelt, sollten wir nicht ein Gefühl der Sauberkeit des Zimmers erwarten? Das Wasser war gut. Entlang der Hauptstraße fühlte sich das Zimmer abseits der Straße nicht laut an.

Die Lage ist durchschnittlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und die Dekoration ist im Maori-Kulturstil gehalten. Besonders gut ist, dass mir die Rezeption eine Karte mit 100 Megabit kostenlosem Notfallverkehr gegeben hat.

Booked Novotel at AKL airport since it was the closest hotel. Room was fantastic and since we had a flight out the next day, saved a lot of stress of getting a shuttle bus with our bags. The room was furnished with a very comfortable bed and bathroom was huge. Even though the AKL airport runway was visible from the room, due to double pane glass windows, we did not hear sounds of jets taking off or landing. Highly recommended if staying to catch early flight out to save time and hassle

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for my travels, but it was the outstanding service, impressive facilities, and delicious food that truly made my stay memorable. The service at the Gateway Airport Hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful assistance with my luggage, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. Ein großes Zimmer und weit von der Straße so ruhig. Der Flughafentransport lief rechtzeitig.

Es war in der Nähe des Flughafens, also habe ich es am letzten Tag meiner Reise genutzt. Alle Mitarbeiter, die mit uns zu tun hatten, verhielten sich durchweg höflich und stressfrei. Die Zimmer sind auch sauber. Ich habe zum Frühstück French Toast bestellt, aber sie hatten zu wenig Personal und konnten mich deshalb nicht bedienen, was etwas enttäuschend war.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil man in der Nacht 1AM erreichte und das Hotel zeigte eine kostenlose Shuttle die ganze Nacht. Auf unsere große Überraschung begann der Shuttle (gelbe Bus) bei 4AM. Also, beachten Sie, wenn Ihr Flug in der Nacht kommt. Das Personal war sehr nett,, sie haben uns einen späten Abflug angeboten, ohne dass man es fragt. Mikrowelle im Zimmer, Große Zimmer, saubere Bettwäsche, aber der Rest war nicht sehr sauber. Haar in der Mülleimer, Haar elastisch im Bad, man sieht im Boden Staub und voll schmutziger Finger auf den Türen.

Die Rückkehr des Gästes ...so muss ausgezeichnet sein, aber ich blieb nur übernachtet, es gibt dort keine Nahrung, aber das Zimmer hat die Hauptanlagen sehr komfortabel und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.
