Er hat mich angemeldet und gab mir auch ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht... Die Zimmer sind mittelschwarz am besten die Hallen sind mustig und riechen wie Zigaretten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre Allergie Meds bringen die Menge an Staub auf der Decke vom Luft-/Wärmewind def wird Sie aus!! Wir bleiben eindeutig dort für die Restaurants & Atmosphäre Andere dann genießen!!

My wife and I researched most of the hotels in the area finally deciding on the Borgato. The visit started off by trying to valet my car at the Water Club; was told that because my car was a Tesla I should go to the other side. Cool, no problem. Check in was simple, used the app. Stopped at the desk anyway, asked about getting a suite for the weekend. The person called her supervisor who directed her to tell us that our visit was too long. My guess is that charging me $50 more for three nights wasn’t enough money when compared to what they could charge someone for one night. Whatever, I should’ve booked a suite in the first place. They were able to “upgrade” the room - but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so it I’m sure it wasn’t too big of an issue. The food selection was okay, the first night we ate at the food court which was hidden. Average cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The next morning we are at Bread and Butter. We stood at the line entrance and weren’t greeted, so we moved to the other end where three associates were conversing. Two of which retreated to the back and the third moved to were originally stood.I ordered French Toast, it was okay. Clearly microwaved, which I wouldn’t have expected. My wife ordered egg sandwich that was also frozen and served on a burnt bagel. The tables were crowded and limited. The dealers had no personality, rarely interacted with the guests. A moved an empty bottle to the side of one of the tables - a pit boss asked if why I couldn’t put it in the garbage. That night we ate a Oldholme Stead Steakhouse. The only special was an A5 Waygu Steak, I was told it was the best steak they had. The steak had no sear and not cooked to my liking; I ate it because I had a hard time sending back a $200 steak. Again, we were met with service that was inattentive.We returned to the tables but due to the lack of additional staff to accommodate, the few extra tables were slammed. I waited on the sidelines for about 45 minutes to eventual open.The next morning we ate at the Metropolitan. Walked in and was met with a, “Two!?”. We sat and ordered after about 10 minutes. The food eventually arrived 35-40 minutes later, the quality was about the same as the morning before. However, this time part of my order was missing. When I asked where it was, I was met with “you still want it?”. Granted it was just sausage, but I ordered it. Instead of offering an apology at any point, I was given two cold *****s of bacon.

Ich liebe, wie Hadia auf der Frontbühne immer für mich sorgt und es war so nett von ihr, mich anzurufen und mir zu sagen, dass mein Zimmer bereit war. Es scheint, als hätte Harrah die größten Zimmer aus allen ******s (Waterfront Tower). Es fühlt sich immer wie Luxus. Der einzige Abstand ist, dass es keinen Behinderungszugang von der Garage zum ****** gibt. Wenn Sie in einem Rollstuhl sind, müssen Sie in den Elementen raus gehen, um auf den Frontdesk zu kommen, die ich für schrecklich halte.

Wir buchen in diesem Hotel am 22. Juli 2022 für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt mit vier Paaren, die sehr gute Freunde sind. Von der Eincheckung bis zum Auschecken war der Service großartig. Wir baten um mehr Handtücher und es wurde sehr bald geliefert. Die Zimmer waren sauber, a/c war kalt, die Dusche war stark, das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer guten Auswahl an Lebensmitteln ( nie aus Eiern oder Sausages, Getreide usw., die Person, die für Lebensmittel zuständig war, war immer auf der Suche nach Lebensmitteln, die laufen niedrig und Ich füllte ihn sofort. Meine Kudos zu Mar ( Magellan, da sie so freundlich, persönlich, freundlich und sehr dienstorientiert war. Jedes Mal, wenn ich sie eine einfache Frage fragte, was sie auch tut, würde sie mir freundlich antworten. Ich würde hier nochmal buchen, wenn ich wieder ins AC gehen würde.

We loved our stay. The staff was kind and courteous. Great locations to restaurant's and downtown. The beach is only a short walk. We will return again!
