Strategisch gute Lage aber alt und dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Zimmerservice hat gar nicht stattgefunden. Sauberkeit der Lobby war auch eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Stayed here for one night for the second time in the past year. My first visit in September 2023 was wonderful. My visit was 4/1-4/2 - the first room in which I was moved in, the TV did not work, they changed the room - there was no water in the washbasin, an unpleasant smell from the sewer. In the morning it turned out that there was simply no breakfast!!! There is absolutely no food!!! Just an apple and a boiled egg! no yogurt or hot breakfast.

The staff and service was wonderful. The night manager was very sweet and professional and the morning person was so busy with setting up breakfast by her self and she kept her professional above help.

Employees were polite. The room was nice a little noisy at night with other guest but nothing terrible overall stay was good.

We have access to 3 rooms for 3 days. Smell in one room is unbearable. The other 2 are just bearable. Wifi appeared to be compromised by hackers. Browser and antivirus went off nonstop during our stay. TV in one room did not work. No shampoo in one room. No towels and sanitizer in the gym. Staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. Without them, we would have moved elsewhere.

My room was smoked in and it had a strong cigarette smell. When I asked to change the room, I was told there was nothing else available. It is supposed to be a smoke free facility. The breakfast could be better.

I felt uncomfortable in this hotel. There was so much mold and peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Blonde hairs were all over my black socks. A pillow had makeup on it and the flat sheet had lint balls all over it. I slept fully clothed on top the sheets. I touched nothing besides the faucets, doors and a light switch. Staff didn’t have the best attitude while checking in. Breakfast that was available were waffles and a few muffins or bagels. Staff stated the breakfast was limited because a truck hadn’t come in. I spent my second night at a friends house who lives in the area.

The staff is rude. We stayed for two days and the beds were not made the second day. The towels were not changed, trash was not picked up. Holes on the bathroom door. Bathtub was not clean. All of this made me question if the room (sheets and bed) had been cleaned at all before we arrived. There was hardly anything for breakfast. There was not water to drink. The TV did not work, several people cam in the room, trying to fix it, and nothing. It still didn't work. The wifi kept cutting on and off. I tried to talk to someone in the front desk, but there was noone, everyone was outside smoking. I have never seen anything like it before. I stayed after driving for many many hours, i was too tired to go and look for a new hotel, and to deal with ******* refunding me. It was terrible. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel is amazing! Slept through breakfast so I can’t review that part however, the stay was amazing.
