+: The service was really kind and let me check in even though the beds weren't made since I was way too early. The location is really nice not too far away from the train station and close to the sea side promenade and beach. Luggage store room under bed was quite spacious They have an extra room with a small billard table -: only one shower and toilet for men (same for women), so you had to wait sometimes, the most in the morning before check out. Entrance is hard to find in a dark small alley in the corner of a street.

Terrible! This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. owner / manager is extremely impatient, rude and aggressive. There was a large bug in my bed and the temperature in my room was far too hot. I felt very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep well. I was made to feel very unwelcome from start to finish and when I returned to the hostel to collect some of my belonging which I had accidentally left behind, the manager slammed the door in my face and told me to go away. I highly recommend paying slightly more if you want a good nights sleep. There’s a reason why this place is cheap.. It’s terrible!

雖然離熱海車站有一點距離，但離ATAMI GINZA還挺近的，不影響，然後熱海七湯也在附近，所以很方便

Ils n'expliquent pas avec précision comment entrer et sortir de l'hôtel avec le système de reconnaissance faciale. Résultats j'ai dû téléphoner via la France au numéro affiché sur la porte de l'hôtel pour pouvoir rentrer...ce qui m'a coûté deux deux fois le prix de la chambre.....😤😤😤 Le lendemain matin pareil j'étais enfermé à l'intérieur parce que le système d'ouverture ne fonctionnait pas... cause mauvaise connexion wifi 😤😤😤 Leurs systèmes dépourvu d'humanité est complètement nul a mon avis, dans cette hostel il y a 50 prescriptions pour ne surtout pas déranger le patron, mais rien n'est fait pour rendre un véritable service au client, il n'y a aucune bienveillance ni attention destiné aux clients a mon avis. (Je suis hôtelier de métier depuis deux générations.) Je suis tellement content de tout les hôtels où je me suis arrêtée au Japon 👍👍👍 Mais cet hôtel là est vraiment une catastrophe pour moi et je me dois d'en parler. Cordialement

翌朝自宅までの前後泊に利用しました。 熱海市役所近くゲオを正面に見て左手に看板と入口が見えます。 無人チェックイン機でドアに貼ってあったメモの通りiPadで操作して入退室しました。 11時チェックアウトも有り難く室内は機能的で冷蔵庫や電子レンジも備えられており3階のため海も見えます。 夜、門限時刻過ぎても携帯で話されていた方がいたので22時以降はお互いに静かな環境を保てるよう心掛けて頂けると良かったかなと思いました。 熱海の中心でコスパ最高だと思います！

這是在這裏幹什麼？你管我定的這個叫單人房？這是個膠囊，請明明白白在標題中寫出來好嗎？照片也拍的模稜兩可，故意沒有體現這是一個膠囊。400多的價格，一個小小的男女混住的膠囊，而且衹是用簾子擋住！我一個女生，有多不安全！當天發現後，也訂不到其他酒店，真的很危險，真的是最最不好的一次體驗

スタッフの方がみなさんとても親切な方で好印象でした。清掃も行き届いていて、清潔感があり、快適でした。 ありがとうございました☺︎ セルフチェックインの方法がユニークでした。

非常非常好，特別乾淨，設施也都是新的。管理員爺爺人特別nice，整體是一個非常舒服的體驗，而且離海邊很近。唯一的問題就是房子在三樓，沒有電梯… 如果帶很多行李，要做好心理準備

在熱海站跟來宮站中間。推薦去的時候來宮站下，因為來宮到酒店就是一路下坡（有點陡）回的時候熱海站（酒店門口有公交200日元。）走到熱海也可以（15分鐘吧，路不好走。）然後你訂了房間名字會在車站上面顯示。

クチコミを見て入り口にドキドキしてましたがすぐに分かりました。 フロントに上がるまでの階段はこれって正解？と思えますが中に入れば親切なスタッフさんがお出迎えしてくれます。 今回は個室系のお部屋だったので下の段に気を使う事も上階からの音も気になりませんでした。 ただ近くに消防署があるので夜中に何回も救急車出動で目を覚まします笑 バスタオルも清潔なものをレンタルできるし洗面所もクイックルワイパー装備で快適に使えました。 清潔感あって過ごしやすかったです。 飲み物が買えたらもっと良かったなー。 オススメのお宿です♪

7月の熱海花火の為利用させて貰いました。 今回利用したのは2段ベッドの下でしたが、ホテル側の配慮か上段や隣りを使ってる方がほぼおらず、ゆっくり休むことが出来ました！！ ありがとうございます♪ 個人的には空調がややキツめに感じましたが、それ以外は特に不満はありませんでした。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 (入口がやや分かりずらいので、行かれる方はご注意下さい)

宿舍地點非常靠近煙花大會，旁邊有2-3家Familymart很方便, 唯一缺點是沒有電梯，其他都好。床位乾淨衞生。前台也會説英文，也有中文告示。

環境：挺破的 沒有電梯要自己走到三樓 門口也不好找 衞生：一般水平 服務：牙刷毛巾全都額外自費。。。 設施：也就及格 要是讓我重新選擇，我還是寧願加錢選別的酒店 兩百多也不是很划算

좀 구석진 곳에 있긴하지만 금방 찾아냄. 숙소가 계단을 타고 가야되서 짐이 많으면 불편함. 내부는 깔끔하고 조용하고 좋았음. 아타미역에서 좀 멈.
