All experiences were wonderful at Sanctoo!!

One of our most favorite hotel in Bali. We have been visiting it for the last 7 years and love everything about it. Will come back again in a heart beat and special thanks to all the employees for always giving their best 🫶

Great stay especially if you are planning on visiting the zoo as it’s a 2 min walk from the hotel. Service was also good.

Near zoo , great hotel , prefer the villa .. we book suites n villa .. but villa is great .. many mosquitos at night .. but we love that we got free unlimited tickets to zoo n only 5mins away from zoo…

To visit Bali zoo, waterfalls, coffee plantation, the hotel has a perfect location. it is away from Ubud traffic jam. The villas are great. The service super quick and kind. free zoo tickets and you can book elephant mud activity their. keep in mind that the activity is for kids taller than 120cm

Overall a great resort, the location is not ideal.

Hotel yg tenang..smua staff ramah..free masuk bali zoo..hanya saja makanan yg kurang variatif..but overall is good

Sanctoo staff were all respectful and went the extra mile for us especially the two ladies who checked us in. The room is little tired however still very nice. One advice to the hotel is to please upgrade the food quality, we stayed at 5 different hotels during our time in Bali and Sanctoo’s food was the worst in terms of quality of the food and presentation. Breakfast buffet is a very sad experience with hardly anything on offer. We did however enjoy our floating breakfast besides the food. The staff are very gifted individuals in hospitality and for that reason alone I would come back.

방 깨끗하고 레스토랑 음식 맛있고, 동물원 입장권까지 제공되어 사실상 투숙비용 거의 반값에 한 셈이였습니다. 아이가 아직 어려 동물원 매일 갔네요~ ㅎㅎ 프라이빗 버기투어 750,000루피아(한화 약7만원)가량으로 2시간 편하게 투어 가능합니다~ 추천드려요 ㅎㅎ
