🚗 Verkehr: In Bezug auf den Verkehr, da Assuan nicht sehr groß ist, ist es sehr bequem, überall hinzufahren.Der Nil ist besonders schön, wenn das Wetter schön ist. 🧹Hygiene: Das Hotel wird hygienisch sehr aktiv gereinigt, es fühlt sich überall sehr hochwertig an und es gibt keinen Müll. Nirgendwo ist es schmutzig. 🍃Umgebung: Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass die Umgebung sehr angenehm ist. Die Kellner sind sehr engagiert. Sie tragen Smoking, wenn das Wetter sehr heiß ist. Die Serviceeinstellung ist sehr gut. Grundsätzlich kommen sie oft, um Sie zu begrüßen. Was brauchen Sie? 🔔 Service: alles einfach perfekt super

This hotel is one of those ”5-star hotels” in the city, and it offers nice views of the Nile River, and on top of that, they also own the other side of thstreet through an underground passageway. That was actually interesting to see. The pool was pretty cold and a welcome relief for the sweltering heat during our stay in Aswan, in the mid-40s! The staff helped us assist in our luggage and did not ask for tips afterwards. Finally! Professionalism right there! The breakfast was of great quality and also offers a nice view of the river. The breakfast room has an outdoor balcony seating if you want that fresh Sahara air! One downside though was that the washroom was pretty dated and you can tell by how old the door was due to repeated exposure from humidity. Also, their spa is not free unlike my hotel in Cairo. The staff were initially excited that we went there to have fun, she even turned on the music to set the mood, only to find out that the service was paid and we all rushed out of there. Haha that was funny!

We chose this as a base while in the area for a few days and it was a great choice. The room while basic was well presented and had a lovely view. The breakfast was included and served us very well with a view over the nile. The main thing that really stood out were the staff, they were excellent. Any questions were answered with helpful information and we organised a couple of trips/transfers from them. If we had an early trip they had organised a take away breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Das Hotel hat im Oktober 2019 als Management eine Namensänderung durchlaufen. Wir haben in einem der drei Zimmer in der Nähe des Pools geblieben, was es sehr bequem machte, die Terrasse, den Pool zu erreichen und die Übersicht über den Nilen zu schätzen. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit ein paar Dinge zu verbessern, Die Dusche musste unschließbar, da es fast überflutet und die AC war inoperativ, dankbar Zeit in der Nacht im März und es war nicht erforderlich, und auch Lärm war ein Problem In der Nacht, da die Menschen in der Poolzone bis spät Stunden erlaubt sind. Das Personal war sehr Gastfreundschaft und half uns, eine Reise nach Luxor mit einem Halt in ein paar Tempeln zu planen.

I immediately typed this review on my phone upon departure because I was so excited to post it when I had some time and internet. Hadouta Masreya is an incredible experience! My ONLY regret is that we didn’t have enough time as we didn’t land until 1:30 am and had to leave around 9 am. Hospitality: Hamed and Shereen were extremely accommodating during and before the trip, respectively. Shereen helped me coordinate via WhatsApp transportation from the airport (and to our Nile cruise pick up point), as the Nubian Village is not directly off a main road. Our drivers were there for airport pickup on time and patient with all of our luggage and how late it was. They even came back to take us to our Nile cruise pickup point. Furthermore, one of the drivers helped us contact our tour guide when we couldn’t find our guide at the cruise point. They ensured not to leave us until we were in safe hands! Upon arrival to the guest house, Hamed welcomed us with open arms- literally! He was on the steps upon arrival (it’s 2:30 am at this point) and super friendly and helpful! He offered us juices and helped set us all up. In the morning, he offered us snacks and beverages (as we were too tired to wake up early enough for breakfast- which was definitely offered!!). Just such wonderful hospitality and we felt so sad to leave! Room: My parents had a private room on the first floor and my husband and I had one at the top floor with the view of the Nile. Both rooms were clean and had functional AC! The bathrooms were updated. Like the vanity and tiles look better than the ones in my bathroom at home LOL. The mattress was on the stiffer side, but that’s a good thing for us, as we do prefer these types of beds. The view was incredible too in the morning when we woke up! Heads up before you book: the Nile view rooms have a lot of stairs so be prepared if that’s what you book. We knew that going in so we had ourselves mentally ready! Ambience: Nubian Village is so special and beautiful. I really want to come back and visit again! The colors are so vibrant and you could feel the sense of community and pride in their village as you’re driving through. There are cute markets within walking distance too. Overall, these positive reviews are spot on, and the pictures simply don’t do this properly justice.

Il y a tout d’abord l’emplacement, idéal. On ne peut être plus près de l’embarcadère qui permet de rejoindre la corniche d’Assouan en à peine 5mn. La guest house est aussi à deux pas d’une petite épicerie, vraiment pratique et tout près de deux très bons restos : Nile Dream et King Jamaica. La maison a été rénovée très récemment, est très propre et très bien entretenue . La chambre et SdB sont fonctionnelles et la terrasse sur le toit bien agréable Mais il y a surtout les hôtes Yousra et Ahmed, aux petits soins pour leurs résidants et qui essaient toujours de vous aider. Un couple qui fait vraiment tout pour s’en sortir, dans une situation difficile. Yousra cuisine également d’excellents petits déjeuners nubiens. Ils sont vraiment adorables et le rapport qualité /prix excellent.

I arrived from Luxor after staying at the Luxor Pyramisa Hotel and I have to say this place is sooooo much better!! Not just the location or the size of this place but the most important thing was that all members of staff are really friendly, welcoming and always smiling, greeting you when you walk past. A few members stood out very well to me, who are Carlos & Christine from guest relations, who are really friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed and my stay was pleasant. They also sent a complimentary drink to the pool when they saw i was taking a swim. I think these guys definitely deserve a reward!! Mostafa and Ahmed from the taxi/souvenir shop booked a few taxis with them and also an excursion to the Nubial village. Good prices and the taxi were always on time and waiting for me. Finally, I can't forget Faisal, the lifeguard/swimming pool guy. Very friendly, and as soon as he knew I couldn't swim that well, I decided to give me a couple of hours of lessons! a shame. I only went to the pool once on my last day at the hotel. But in general all staff are great but these guys are the ones who I spoke with on a daily basis while staying at the hotel. The hotel, in general, is kept in immaculate condition. The gardens are nice and green and perfect for an evening walk. It's on an island, so no one to haggle you outside and the crossing is free, runs 24hrs, every 20/30mins. Rooms are a bit old but you have to remember we are not in New York or London and in fact very south of the country where its remote and for the price its a good deal!! Views are good, and sunset and sunrise while crossing on the boat to mainland is a view for sure!! I had half board so that was breakfast and dinner on a buffet service. Good selection of hot and cold food at both times. Can't say anything bad. Drinks are extra and the fresh juices are great! Will definitely be staying here again for a longer time when I visit next time!!

Wir hatten direkt im Nubian Palace zu viert für 3 Nächte 2 große Doppelzimmer gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es Probleme mit der Zimmerzuweisung, die wir aber mit dem Manager später lösen konnten. Es gibt sehr schöne große Zimmer, aber auch recht kleine Zimmer, in denen man Schwierigkeiten hat, das Gepäck abzustellen. Ein viel größeres tägliches Problem war die Wasserversorgung. Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes selten Wasser im Bad dh Duschen oder Waschen war praktisch nicht möglich oder nur sehr eingeschränkt mit wenig kaltem Wasser oder Wasser aus der PET Flasche. Täglich gab es neue Erklärungen dafür und Versprechungen ...in 1h, am nächsten Morgen, Abend... etc so wurden wir jeden Tag vertröstet, aber auch nach 4 Tagen war keine Lösung in Sicht. Und morgens vor 12 Uhr war kein Verantwortlicher zu erreichen. Das hat uns ziemlich geärgert. Wlan gab es nur eingeschränkt auf der Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich vor allem Mohammed hat uns jeden Tag zuvorkommend bedient.
