Beste Wellnesshotels in Ashland

The Plaza Inn & Suites has been our go-to place to book accommodation for years when we visit Ashland. Nearby, there's a beautiful creek running through Lithia Park where we love to take walks, plus terrific dining choices and great shops lining Siskiyou Blvd. And now, we're even more grateful for the service and attention we've been afforded there. Thank you; we'll be back!

Let's start with the room I was amazed at how clean it was. It was perfect for what my husband and I needed it for. Other then that total disappointment when it came to the management. I guess you would say the head housekeeper that checks rooms after people check out was very rude and seemed like she was to good to be doing the job she was hired to do. She was a taller dark haired gal and she just had no personality. I witnessed a guest asking her a question and she ignored her like she didn't even hear her and just kept walking. There were a couple other housekeepers getting their carts ready for the day and they said good morning and smiled asked if we needed anything. The interaction between the tall gal and another employee seemed like there was tension and the nice employee tried to make light of the situation. It seems like your hotel should train management to be adaptive to all personalities and to leave their problems at the door. If management can not adjust their behavior for different personalities or attitudes maybe they shouldn't be in charge of others. That's my opinion.

If you are going to the Shakespeare Festival, this is a perfect location. It is easily walkable to downtown Ashland and the Festival. Great restaurants and shops only a few minutes' walk away. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There are three separate buildings, and I do think there is a difference. We stayed in Verona(?), which had its own covered parking lot. It seemed more secure than the main building, if that is a concern. (The main building rooms open up to the parking lot, and have easier access, but the building we were in had a keyed entry and rooms opened into a secured hallway.) The room was very clean and had all the basics. There is a large dining area for the free breakfast. Nothing fancy, but a wide variety of items. I have an EV, and didn't need to charge, but it was nice to know there is EV charging in the main parking lot.

Das Bett sah zuerst gut aus, aber sobald du es aufgelegt hattest, fühlte ich mich wie auf einem Steintisch, ich habe überhaupt nicht geschlafen. Nach dem Badezimmer: Der Auspufffan wurde in Staub gekackt und sieht nicht aus, als wäre es schon lange gereinigt worden. Sie können sich kalte Luft aus der Hinterseite der elektrischen Platten über den Ausgang und auch aus einer Platte, die nicht verwendet wurde, so dass das Bad sehr kalt machte. Dann keine heißes Wasser überhaupt aus dem Dusch oder Tauch. Wir fahren 13 Stunden, und ich hoffte, dass wir vor dem letzten Bein unserer Reise nach Hause eine Dusche machen würden, aber das konnte ich nicht tun und glücklicherweise hatte ich genug Sanitär in meinem Tasche, da Sie nicht richtig Ihre Hände waschen konnten. Sie konnten auch eine lange Streifen in der Dusche sehen, die schütteln musste, aber nicht hatte sie und konnten sehen, Molde/Mildew dort gekackt, nicht zu erwähnen, es war extrem klein wie 2x3” Frühstück: TERRIBLE! Wie alles, was ich und meine Tochter hatte, gefroren und entweiht mehrmals, der Kaffee schien auch nicht frisch. Muss Frühstück und Kaffee woanders, Glücklich gibt es einen Starbucks auf der Straße.
