The hotel room was clean. The location was great. There’s many food establishments near by. The staff goes out of their way to welcome and provide for their guests. My son’s high school wrestling team returned to the hotel at 9:00 after wrestling all day. One of the kids mentioned being hungry. The staff member said she would go bake them some cookies and be back in 20 minutes. They sat in the dining area and snacked their hungry hearts out. This was very much appreciated. The staff was also very nice to them the following morning at breakfast. The staff made these hungry teens happy! This is our 2nd year staying here for this tournament. I look forward to coming back next year.

Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichhaltig im chinesischen Stil. Es ist geeignet, um Eltern und Kinder oder Paare zum Entspannen zu bringen. Es wird empfohlen, mehr als zwei Nächte zu bleiben, um sich zu entspannen.

Loved loved this Amazing Plantation and Gardens. The Houmas House and Museum are just astonishing. We stayed two nights in a gorgeous junior suite. Very plush, very quiet. Every amenity you could think of. Very comfortable bed too!! We had no issues walking anywhere and we had use of golf carts if we needed them. We had dinner in the Carriage house. One of the best dinners we have had in a long time. Excellent attentive service. Food was amazing. Redfish, scallops, pumpkin and crawfish soup, and to die for white chocolate bread pudding. Along with great cocktails. Could not have been better!! Oh and the buffet breakfast in the am that comes with your stay here, is outstanding!! Fresh coffee, orange juice, grillades and grits to die for! Eggs, sausage, eggs and ham, homemade biscuits, potatoes, fresh jams, yogurts. What a spread. The grounds here are more beautiful than anywhere we have seen traveling all around the world. Black swans, white swans, ducks, peacocks, bunnies. Loved our stay!! Will be back. Loved the resident labs too. ❤️

Marriott sollte Sensitivitätsausbildung durchführen.

Wir wurden in Zimmer 126 geprüft; mit Königsbett. Wir begannen unverpackt zu werden, als mein Mann das Wasser im Tauchschrank wechselte. Es war HAT. Er konnte das kalte Wasser nicht bekommen, um kaltes Wasser zu geben. Genau wie das Bad. Ich habe das Problem an die Empfangsstelle gemeldet. Inzwischen berichtete mein Mann, dass ein Socket ausgelöst wurde, als er seinen Handy-Ladegerät zurückgezogen. Die Rezeption kam, um die Wassersituation zu überprüfen, lief es in den Tauch und in den Tub, und stimmte mit uns, aber sagte, die Wartung war wahrscheinlich nach Hause gefahren. So, sie gaben uns Zimmer 118, das war eine kostenlose Upgrade, und wir paketen wieder und bewegten uns in dieses Zimmer. Das Bett war komfortabel. Wir hatten am nächsten Morgen Frühstück im Speisesaal, es war typisch Quality Inn-was gut war. Das Frühstückszimmer war gut gepflegt, wie es die Lobby war. Am Morgen, als wir auscheckten, sagte die Rezeption, dass die Wartung auf Rm 126 angesehen hatte und das Wasser war gut. Einiges wurde gesagt, dass die Rohre heiß waren, als wir ins Zimmer gecheckt, so dass es länger dauerte, bis das Wasser zu kalt registriert. Nun, das war ein ”erster” für uns - in allen Hotels, die wir bislang verblieben. Ich denke, etwas sollte mit dem Wasser angepasst werden, so dass sowohl Gäste als auch Rezeption nicht denken, etwas ist in Zukunft nicht falsch.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es war überhaupt nicht besetzt. Betten und Kissen waren großartig. Nicht genau in Donaldsonville. Unser GPS konnte es nicht finden, so mussten wir jemanden fragen. Das Frühstück war die Norm, seit COVID begann, aber insgesamt gut.

Ich kann nicht genug über den Manager, Frau Coleman, bei Home2 in Gonzales, La sagen. Wir haben einen Block von Zimmern für ein Hochzeitsende reserviert und hatten mehrere Probleme mit der Website.
