Nice and friendly staff, check in and out very smoothly. Breakfast food is not much selection but nice.

I recently stayed at OMO7 for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel lobby is lovely, featuring a cozy atmosphere with plushies that I think children will particularly enjoy. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a free welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free, allowing us to quickly settle into our room. Overnight parking is available at a cost of ¥1000, which is quite reasonable. The breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the seafood bowl with yama wasabi and the hot waffles with smoked salmon. The addition of cracked black pepper to the waffles made them particularly delightful. Our room was small but decent, with all the necessary amenities. While it was a bit dated, it was comfortable enough for our short stay. In the evening, we took a leisurely 30-minute walk to Heiwa Dori for dinner, which was a nice way to explore the area. Overall, OMO7 provides a comfortable stay with friendly service and good amenities. It’s a great option for travellers who plan to explore Asahiyama Zoo.

The room was too crowded to accommodate two persons comfortably. Facilities were torn down. It took awhile to do checking in because of long queue. Amenities were good.

On chilly evenings, guests can cozy up next to a real bonfire, fleece blankets at hand, savoring the warmth after a rejuvenating sauna. Though the public bath boasts a modern, serene ambiance, its popularity can be surprising—on one evening, I found myself queuing for a shower cubicle, an unusual experience in such a tranquil setting. But any minor inconvenience was quickly forgotten, thanks to the small, thoughtful touches scattered throughout the hotel. Most memorable was the welcome drink station by the concierge, where Haskap juice—served from a bear motif faucet—offered a burst of refreshing, tangy delight. Breakfast at OMO7 is all about quality over quantity. The buffet may not overwhelm with variety, but each dish, from seasonal delights like salmon on waffles to the perfectly creamy scrambled eggs, feels lovingly curated. It’s a modest spread, but one where every bite counts, making the start to each day a little more special. OMO7 Asahikawa manages to balance fun and sophistication with effortless grace—truly a hidden gem for those looking to explore this lesser-known corner of Japan in style.

Great hotel! Enjoyed the evening drinks provided. Thought the activities provided for families and kids were wonderful and fun.

hoshino hotel never disappoint. Attentive staff and fantastic breakfast. The onsen and room bath is really old, walking distance to walking street.

Very very cute hotel. It is nice for children because there are a lot of dolls there. Onsen and sauna are good. Rest area after onsen is very cute. Not so many choices of breakfast but there is Tuna menu.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot bath ! However, breakfast was lacking as there wasnt much variety. You may skip that.

酒店早餐很豐富，主要為分日式及西式風格，裝修很有活力，酒店大堂近電梯口有提供牙刷或梳等個人衛生用品。不過房間空間不大，而且最近的便利店要行5-10分鐘。自駕人士要把車泊到戶外公共停車場，如果停車場已滿要再找其他。

ホテルに入ったら可愛い装飾、チェックインはデジタルでしたが丁寧な説明対応、並んで待ってる間にも簡単な説明がありました。ウェルカムドリンク美味しかったです。 お部屋は変わった配置でおしゃれでした。 設備が不満、冷蔵庫が冷たくない。大抵は上の棚に保冷剤置けば次の日の朝には凍るのですが、ちょっと冷たいくらい。飲み物は少し温くなるくらいの冷え方。外気温10度で部屋の暖房は何処なのか？冷房は付けれるのですがそれは暖房にならなさそう…フロントに聞けば良かったのか？館内着はフリーサイズ、旦那がキツそうでした。洗濯洗剤残りが付いていて白いところが数カ所に。歯ブラシは色違いがあると良かったな〜2個とも黒いし置いてあるところは日本語じゃないし袋には見えないくらい小さくしか歯磨きと書いてなかったからわかりにくかった。 朝食会場は席数凄いのに混んでてまさかの待ち、ホテルで朝食待ちは初めての経験でした。朝食自体はとても満足、特にパンがとっても美味しくて小さいサイズだったので色々沢山食べれました！朝食は最高！高いだけある。全体通して普通って感じですかね、星野リゾートなので期待しすぎたかもしれません。

酒店附近有多個停車場，泊車非常方便，適合自駕遊！酒店有很多不同的活動，晚上大堂亦有飲料提供，是一個很舒適休息的地方！
