Pool and Garden Facing Apartment in Riviera Foothills Near Baga, Arpora

The society security and attendant are very bad to worse.Our Zomato delivery was not allowed inside.Car was parked outside despite plenty of space inside.Pool attendant was allergic to outsider therefore big no from her inside pool. I Suggest better select any four star hotel because they are managed by people from hospitality industry and not some rude untrained staff. Satish Kumar Sardana

Although the rooms and location of the resort were delightful for our Christmas getaway, our experience at the pool was disappointing due to the behaviour of the attendant. Despite being in appropriate swimwear, we encountered rude treatment and unclear guidelines. Even after discussions with other staff members, the attendant remained inflexible. This encounter significantly impacted our overall enjoyment and makes us hesitant to revisit.

Hi friends, In spite of going through negative feedback reviews also, I opted this property so that the kitchen and other facilities will help to maintain my small kid for food and other stuff. When I started my journey from my home town the property owner called me and started telling the booking is for only for two adults and not mentioned any children.!!!! And started demanding extra money to pay before check in and that to full amount!!! And later I had no option to go for other hotel or property and we were fully tired and I paid full amount to check in …. There was no reception and no manager to receive guests and to answer for any queries, owner demands the amount and remotely completes the transaction via google pay!!! No invoices issued and no proper response for stay related. Mainly while booking they mentioned to give 5% discount , and they asked to pay advance amount of Rs3k , and during our check in day they started ‘they haven’t told anything like discount’ and they didn’t stand to their words. My whole Goa trip spoiled undergoing these dramas. At last after completing my trip also I didn’t received the invoice, so I was cheated and I lost my hard earned money by paying extra charges for my stay. Very bad
