Warm Grüße aus Deutschland! Dies war mein vierter Besuch im Grecotel Caramel Boutique Hotel, und wie immer hatten wir dort eine wunderbare Zeit! Das Resort verfügt über eine magische Atmosphäre und eine sehr schöne Lage, voller verschiedener Blumen und Pflanzen sowie einen wunderschönen Strand. Ein perfekter Ort, um sich zu entspannen und zu genießen! Aber was dieses Hotel so besonders macht, ist das zufriedene Team ✨ Ich möchte meinen herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team ausdehnen, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt wunderbar und komfortabel war! Ein besonderer Kommentar an Herrn Alex vom Restaurant a la carte. Zusammen mit seinem Sternteam überstiegen sie wirklich die Erwartungen. Die kulinarischen Freude, von den Hauptkursen bis zu Desserten und Getränken, waren nicht nur von höchster Qualität, sondern auch tanalisierend lecker und schön dargestellt. Jeden Abend genossen ich großes Essen, Live-Musik und einen schönen Service. Meine warmste Anerkennung geht auf das gesamte Personal aus! Ihre Freundlichkeit, Effizienz, Gastfreundschaft und echte Wärme haben zu der Gesamterfahrung enorm beigetragen! Lovely hotel, a good 4 out of 5 from me The hotel is impressive looking, especially at night. The pools are lovely and staff great. I was especially touched by the effort Irina, Debi and Demitris put into make sure my partner had a very special 60th birthday at the resort. The hotel group also own a farm which you can visit and enjoy a fabulous meal as part of the package. A sister hotel has a water park which we enjoyed too. Our room was a fabulous location with a little garden leading right out to the pool. It was a little dated but perfectly functional. The swim up rooms looked amazing but i rarely saw people in the water. Not sure how suited they would be for kids. My one frustration was the a la carte restaurants. You have to book 6 days in advance and you are limited as to how many times you can use them. Although the buffet was by far one of the best we have experienced, we much prefer to have an a la carte dinner. We maxed out our booking slots (accepting we would have a handful of buffet meals, but did this before we knew about the hotel entertainment schedule. We had to forgo two a la carte restaurants in order to enjoy the entertainment. Also worth noting for families that one restaurant is only available for 12+ guests and another published on the website is only open in high season so we had a greek, Italian and asain available to us. The hotel has a lovely chocolate shop and does fabulous desserts (although very chocolate based). There is a crepe and waffle place open till 6pm. the buffet closes after mealtimes. I understand the bar offers late night snacks. The drinks are good quality although I have to say the drinks from the long bar by the restaurants are by far superior. Shame there isn’t a lounge area to sit at there. Would I go again, probably. I must admit though the offer at Mitsis with the creperie open til 2am and the a la carte ‘street food’ by the pool is a bit more suited to our tastes.

AMAZING!!! This hotel is 10/10 for couples to stay!!! Very close to the city centre (10 min walk) and all the bars and restaurants but far out enough to have some peace and quiet. We arrived from the airport at around 11pm and they left sandwiches and crisps in our room (very nice gesture). The time from chania airport is 2.15 hours on a shared transfer. (Splash the cash and pay for a private one lol) The room we had was very spacious and ideal for our 4 night stay. The house keeping cleaned every day and gave us fresh towels and made our bed. comfy bed and pillows and we loved our little balcony for drinks before we headed out for dinner. We hired quad bikes for $80 for 24 hours which was really good! We saw a lot of the area on this and even managed to take it to Baja Beach club! (would recommend) We also hired a car for $45 for the day and visited Bali Beach where we found a nice beach club called Baboo beach! Would definitely recommend this place :) On the last night of our stay my Fiancee proposed to me on the rooftop of the hotel with the background of the city in the view. He arranged this all with the reception and they closed off the rooftop and bar for us for the hour. This was definitely amazing and we want to thank the hotel for being so cooperative! Will definitely be returning on our anniversary! Thankyou to all the amazing staff :)

Sehr angenehm Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Alle Dienstleistungen dieses Hotels werden mit größter Sorge durchgeführt. Wenn es bereits Kommentare gibt, werden sie aktiv gehört und sofort versucht, sie zu beheben. Obwohl es sich um ein großes Hotel handelt, ist dies nicht wirklich so, weil verschiedene Plätze gemacht wurden, wo die Gäste vermutlich verzweifeln können. Außer im Hauptrestaurant kann es sehr belastend sein, aber an anderen Orten ist es gut zu tun. Das Frühstück am Meer ist ein Anrater. Die Auswahl von Getränken ist sehr groß und sorgfältig. Die Mahlzeiten sind sehr schmackvoll.
