Thalassa Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Lovely boutique hotel with the best pool area in the whole island. Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋 Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*

We were the 1st guests of the season.On arrival at 1pm our room wasn't ready ,which I found odd ,as we were the 1st guests.So we were shown to the bar.I think this is why the rooms weren't ready,so we would be spending money! We were shown to room 602,a superior room.No way was that room superior in any way.It was damp ,it had a damp smell.The floor was slimey with damp,as was the bedding.The furniture and bathroom were very dated.I complained about our room.The next day after asking our rep to intervene we were moved up a floor from the dungeon!! The room we were given was stunning.The view was superb over the sea.It was modern and spotlessly clean ,as was the whole complex.The staff were fantastic .The pool area was fab,with comfy beds and relaxing.Breakfast had a great choice and I enjoyed it everyday.The hotel unfortunately is overlooking a building site,which will be for a while ,looking at it.This was noisy from 8am every morning,even weekends.The walk u to the tavernas was a 10 minute easy walk.There wasn't alot of lighting at night and the road was quite uneven.We had a fabulous stay,but the building work which jet 2 didn't tell us about,spoiled it slightly.If we hadn't been given a room upgrade I would of rated the hotel 2 /5 as the room was terrible.But luckily we were given a super room .I would go back to this hotel in a deluxe room when the building work is complete

Wonderful quiet hotel with excellent staff. Food wonderful. Beautiful setting with lovely beaches. Very quiet village with not much there but not a problem to us. Ten minutes from airport. Very clean hotel and beautifully designed. Be aware they have open plan bathrooms in the bedroom!!!

Fabulous relaxing hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff, and can’t do enough to make sure you have good holiday. Great location, small walk to a stunning beach. absolutely amazing food, the Greek salad made with pickled capers leaves, such a special touch.

We had a week in this hotel and had a fabulous holiday. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a room with a swimming pool which was fantastic and was cleaned every morning. The room was a good size and bed comfortable, huge tv in room, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, bottle of water each day. Shower is glass in the middle of the room so you can’t be shy! The staff are extremely friendly even remembering what drinks we had. The food at the pool bar was excellent, little bit expensive. My only gripe is the drinks are on the expensive side but there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away so we bought drinks for our room too. Breakfast was good, and plenty of choice A short walk to the bars and tavernas with plenty of choice for food and drinks. Taxi to Argostolia was €8 lots of shops restaurants and a harbour. All in all a fabulous holiday and will return.
